I truly wish I could leave negative stars !! I am leaving this review as a warning for any one looking for a reputable and dependable provider. My experience has been filled with frustration and delay. I have scheduled with this location months and months out and each time they cancel and “reschedule “ the appointment each a month or more out . The first time is understandable and accommodated, however the 2nd and third time were just too much! The latest cancel was the day of the appointment after having confirmed and followed up the day prior and completely rearranging my schedule to make it work. I had already worked with multiple reschedule requests , and so it is clear this provider must feel as their time is the only one of value. Secondly the women who called to do the rescheduling was completely callus and entirely unprofessional. She was clearly not concerned with the situation that their neglect to follow through multiple times had now put me in and basically their view as a whole is “ oh well “ it’s your problem not ours! WOW! I must say I have never dealt with such disregard from a professional. Needless to say I would much rather go elsewhere and work with a provider that is actually accountable for the scheduling that they make with their clients. If your time is valuable and you will need a dependable schedule this is certainly not the provider for you. If you ask to be made a priority as you have accommodated multiple reschedules you will be met with sarcasm and point blank get told take it or leave it. Can’t even imagine that a provider would treat clients in such a way. I hope that this concern is really addressed. Not only the schedule issue the practice has but also it’s customer care issue as well.

Way overpriced. Shop around if you dont have insurance. Unfortunately it was a situation that couldnt be avoided, and this dentist took full advantage of that fact.

Brought my 9 year old daughter for her 2pm appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early. We watched 11 people come in, get seen, and leave in the hour we were there. I asked how much longer after 30 minutes, they said another 10 minutes. We walked out at 3pm without being seen.Ridiculous!

This place took care of my 13 year old who has incredibly high anxiety. They gave her nitrous, relaxed and calmed her, and performed a very difficult root canal. Thank you for being so patient and caring.

I cant sing the praises of Dr. Hall and his staff enough - thank you all so incredibly much for such an amazing experience. I had a wisdom tooth extracted with just numbing meds today. I generally have terrible anxiety about these types of procedures as Ive had bad experiences in the past, with less experienced and unequipped providers, and today, I went in there with the same kind of anxiety. But, God got me through it, and Dr. Hall is so skilled, and kind - and had my wisdom tooth out within 5 minutes! I was so happy! I mean, the skill is unbeliebale. Please do yourself a favor and go with an experienced oral surgeon as opposed to a densist, where you might find yourself in a world of trouble and more pain than its worth. Previous extractions Ive had with a dentist took 45 minutes and forver to get numb. Here, the numbing process was indeed painful, but quick - and I was numb within 3 minutes. 5 stars all the way. Thank you so much Dr. Hall - I have already recommended you to everyone I know!

Wonderful people here. Darlene of the front office took a late afternoon call requiring care for emergent need, and really helped me get in to meet Dr. Hall quickly as a new patient. Dr. Hall is friendly and personable, and takes his time, which is a rare quality in todays healthcare system. All the office staff was polite and professional in conduct. I could heartily recommend this office to those in need.

Dr.Hall and his staff are truly amazing..From the front desk to assistants.Super friendly,professional, knowledgeable and experienced..Worth the wait, worth the time,..worth every penny.I have a really big treatment plan,and a mouth full of mess..To the point of embarrasment, and I cant wait for completion of my treatment plan.

Had the BEST dental experience EVER today! TWO root canals... WAS NOTHING! I cant say what an unexpected surprise it was. Great service and smooth experience all around. My favorite part was Darlene! Dr. Gallaster was very skilled and did my root canal efficiently. My issue came from the lack of bedside manner. The entire time I was in the chair the assistant was watching the tv instead of paying attention to me. One of the bits for the drill was dull or not working and another nurse came into the room and her and dr gallaster talked about ordering from a different company while he was working on my tooth. Felt like I wasn’t a concern

Absolutely amazing staff & Dr !!! They take time to listen to you and make sure everything is in place so you are comfortable before, during and after the procedure! If you suffer from anxiety this is definitely the place to go!!! I had 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed at almost 40 and they did an amazing job from start to finish! This will definitely be my first choice in the future if ever need a surgeon again. Thank you!

If I could give it a negative rating, I would. Had an extraction done on August 6th. Made an appt to come back on September 9th at 8:30 AM for a bone graft. Just got a call 20 mins ago to confirm an appt at 1:45 PM!! It is September 8th! I told the receptionist my appt time is at 8:30 AM. She said your appointment time has changed. I was livid! I am self-employed and dont have time to switch schedules with a day notice. I asked her why it changed and she wouldnt tell me. Then I asked when the next appointment opening is and she told me OCTOBER 16th! I told her that it wasnt my fault you double booked me and asked her for a quicker date. She refused to own the fact that THEY messed up and couldnt get me in just out of consideration of my time. Thats why you set appointments. I asked her when she found out the schedules have changed and she said LAST WEEK! How are you going to know about this a week ago and not call patients that this affects and reschedule? She had the nerve to catch an attitude with me because I was upset her department messed up BIG time. I will take my business elsewhere. I dont have time for incompetence and a weak attitude of not owning your mistakes. If she took the time to humble herself and apologize for not calling me last week, they would definitely take my money.

I highly recommend Dr. Hall! He removed my four impacted wisdom teeth in March, and a few days after, one of my blood clots was dislodged at around 4am. We called Dr. Hall, and he offered to meet me at his office to check on me within an hour even though it was the middle of the night and his office was closed due to COVID-19. When we got there, he took his time making sure I was okay and was nothing but caring and compassionate even though it turned out not to be a true emergency.If you want a dental surgeon who is patient, has a big heart, and deeply cares about his patients, see Dr. Hall!!!! I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Hall and his staff are amazing! They took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth under IV sedation and it was great. They made me feel comfortable and they worked fast. I was out of there in less than an hour.

My son had four teeth pulled and from the time we walk in the front door til the time we left we felt like family. Dr Hall and his whole staff went above and beyond to put my son at ease. I got a referral to Dr. Hall’s office from my primary dentist for wisdom teeth removal. I had to read the receptionist my entire Aetna card(?) rather than just the ID number, and had her make fun of me for confirming my father’s birth year in order to schedule two months in advance, only to get a voice mail about rescheduling two weeks before my surgery. Ive been on antibiotics for a month. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

I called this place for an emergency wisdom teeth. The lady who answered wasnt helpful at all. I called on the morning of the 20th of April, hoping for an appointment as soon as possible to get my wisdom teeth extracted. However, The lady wasnt helpful, and she got me an appointment on the 26th of May! I told her is that the nearest appointment she said yes I said to her, but I have an emergency. Im in pain, and I cant sleep at night. She said thats what we got available. I hang up with her called their branch in Fort Myers even though I live in cape coral, and they were super helpful. They got me an appointment the next day early in the morning, and I got two wisdom teeth extracted.

I never write reviews, but I just have to rave about this office. I have never been to an office, of any kind, that was as nice and pleasant as Dental Specialty of Cape Coral. Every single person there went above and beyond on the customer service, but especially Susan, Darlene and Kimmie. ( I asked for their names 😁) Two thumbs up, way up!!

The staff at Dental specialty centers of Cape Coral are amazing. Susan was super helpful and spent over a hour making sure that my son was able to get the procedure he was sopossed to. Susan and Darlene took their time and expertise to handle the insurance miscommunication. I would definitely recommend this dental facility to any one.

Best health or dental care I have received in Florida. Susan and Darlene greeted me as I entered and treated me courteously and kindly. Everyone there was understanding and professional. Great experience with Dr. Galsterer. I had been in an enormous amount of pain for weeks on end and finally he was the doctor that solved the issue once and for all!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and helpful with all and any questions I have. Dr. Hall is a great doctor who helped my 17 year old son feel at ease. Each time we have come in, Dr. Hall talks directly to my son, shakes his hand and explains the procedure to is both. I highly recommend Dr. Hall and his staff.

Today I had my first consultation. No one in the city of Cape Coral would see me before January. Darlene and Susan in the office jumped at a chance to get me in today when there was a cancellation. I brought my friend to have 6 wisdom teeth pulled. (She had extras). The staff was so welcoming and eased her nerves. She had never had an IV before and the doctor and dental assistants made it a non-issue. Would definitely go back if I ever needed dental work.

Entire office staff was exceptional in service and scope. The dental assistant was professional, organized and instructional. Dr. Kevin Hall extracted my tooth. He was concerning and thoughtful, making sure I was comfortable and assured. Later the same day, Dr. Hall called me at home to check how I was doing. Unbelievable! In addition, even though I had to be worked in to the schedule, i was seen at 7:45 am and on my way home at 8:55 am. The entire appointment was timely and smooth receiving caring attention.

Dr. Kevin Hall was a blessing for our son and us. We had an emergency situation which was very serious. We were referred to Dr. Hall by Cape Coral Hospital. My son was seen very quickly and all the staff and Dr. Hall treated us with the greatest compassion and care. There are not enough words I can say to them for their kindness and help except thank you from deep in our hearts. Thanks to all of and especially Dr. Hall. One in a million. Very weird for them to have so many good reviews. I went a couple of weeks ago for my gums whose been hurting me. After they looked at it they told me what I had and the cost of the procedure, about $7,000 altogether, in which one thousand would comes from the insurance and the other $6,000 from me. So of course I went and get a second opinion from another specialist, after they examined my gums also, they told me exactly what Dental Specialty Center has told me about my gum issues, accept them, they told me it would only cost me $1,280 in which one thousand would pay by my insurance and $280 by me. Which I got done within two weeks, thats a huge $6,000 differential. Id advise everyone to always go for a second opinion as they are thief in disguise. Like I said I dont know why they have such good reviews maybe these poor people have been robbed blind!

I went to Dr. Hall to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it was a nice experience (even though I was getting teeth yanked) . Healed up fine and was eating cheeseburgers in a week! Was a lot better than I expected. Thank you

This is hands down the best dental office. I came in for a consultation to have a broken tooth removed and asked if I could have the procedure the same day. At first they said no but, after I explained the long commute I have to their office and not being able to take off work again, Dr. Hall and his staff made it happen that day and did an excellent job. The front office staff was friendly when I first got there. I was taken back at my appt time at 11am and xrayed. No one came back until 1215pm. Then it was to bring me the estimate before work could start. Due to some insurance issues, not the office fault it didn’t get started right away and I had a meltdown. The assistant assigned to me was kind. Finally the shots were given, the most painful I have ever had. The procedure started. The dentist nor his assistant spoke at all and when I jumped near the end of the procedure I was told it was just pressure. By the time I left the numbing was gone and I was in severe pain. When I explained I could not take ibuprofen I was told to take Tylenol. I have never had a root canal before nor would I ever have again. I feel like I have been punched repeatedly in the jaw. Maybe this is just the way it is....

Horrible experience with my 8 year old son who needed a root canal... He told me the Dr. yelled at him that he didnt care if he cried or not because he was scared of the needle to numb his mouth... made my son very scared and he came out crying because of it and didnt get the procedure done. Never again will I be back here..

Dear patients! Let me tell you how wonderful - Dr Mark Galsterer is!!! My name is Sergey and I am a big dental care procrastinator! I am afraid of dentists and doctors in general! I faint from the niddle and medical equipment! I am a terrible patient! Yet, I expect excellence in work done and quality service! And both the office and doctor receive A++++++! Google does not offer that manny stars to show my satisfaction level!So, I had tooth which needed to be taken out according to two doctors I met prior to DrMark Galsterer! I was so scared that I gotta lose the tooth while I Trully believed that this tooth could be saved! And guess what? Dr. Gallister did that!!! It was amazing experience! This doctor Trully cares about patients, you can tell how he is trying to help and how passionate he is about his work!!!!And besides the wonderful outcome with the tooth, I was so welcomed by the staff at the front desk! My procedure was a root canal on an upper molar which , after a 5 day recovery period , it was seriously infected and quite painful .I can now say that it was as successful as I could ask for , completely !My only problem came in contact with the office which after leaving phone messages I had to repeat same to receive a response . This may be due to the fact that the Cape Coral office has only 2 days open for treatment subsquently the messages may have been unheard for a time .I would not hestitate to use their dental service again , but hopefully not !Craig R.
