Mike did an excellent job on my lanai which had accumulated an area of dark mold. The best job I’ve ever had over the years using a large circular brush that gets everything off. Mike is the Best.

We had our tile roof cleaned this week by Mike and he did a fantastic job! The roof was VERY dirty and now it looks brand new. He was friendly and efficient and left no mess - just a nice clean roof. He called back when he said he would and he showed up to do the estimate when he said he would. Very reasonably priced - I highly recommend Mike.

The outside of our home looks spectacular! Mike certainly goes the extra distance. He is very thorough and even presoaks all of the shrubs to make sure they are not harmed in anyway. I even had a boat canvas I couldn’t get clean for years. Mike worked his magic on it and now it looks like brand new. He has done other homes in our neighborhood and everyone is completely satisfied. I don’t write reviews very often but when someone is exceptional it needs to be recognized.

I called Mike the end of last month and he gave me an extremely fair price for soft washing my tile roof my screen pool enclosure, and my circular driveway, I told him I would call him after the first of the month it was about 30 days from the first time I called him and he remembered who I was where I lived and the price he quoted we set up an appointment he came out and did a spectacular job, for the first time in my life I learned what a soft wash was and I am extremely happy that he does not pressure wash because that’s what I was expecting Mike left my tile roof like new again my screen enclosure is like new again and my driveway is like new again I cannot say enough nice things about this man , he’s very personable and friendly and patient with explaining to me all about what was in the chemicals he uses and he took great pride in his work like I have not seen for a long time nice to see they’re still A few that take pride in their work if you need your roof screen cage home or driveway or anything else this is the man to callI will be using him for my other properties as well
