Brittany and staff were great! They did a very good job, rain interfered just before completion but they came back and finished up promptly. great quality job at a fair price. I will recommend them to others.

I called many shops in Cape area, All American had the best price. The entire home, not just the roof, is looking so much better and All American took care with all of my plants and landscaping around the home as well. Great value and the best price and very friendly people.

Outstanding job cleaning our tile roof. Due to certain conditions some lawn and a couple of plants were damaged. Everett and Brittany were very concerned and followed up promptly. Their concern was genuine replacing the sod and plants. A very professional business that operates with honesty and integrity. This is the only roof cleaning company I will use at my home.

Had leafs all over roof and gutters after Irma. They came and cleaned. Then more leafs were on roof due to tree next door dying...they did not hesitate to come again, and cleaned it again. No hassle, no problem, extremely professional. Invoice sent to email and paid right there with my mobile. This company deserves a 10 star. Thanks

This company started out as a great company to deal with and then in the last year it was difficult getting them to show up for bi-yearly roof algae treatments. My roof now has algae on it and looks terrible. The last treatment, when he showed up, he said he didnt have the algaecide with him so he was treating it with chlorine. They were supposed to treat my roof months ago and in the last month it has been excuse after excuse for why they dont show up. Im moving on to a more reliable company. I referred SO MANY friends and neighbors to these guys and they just dont care when they obviously have bigger and better things going on.

A job well done! My tile roof looks brand new. The guys were courteous and explained the whole process in detail. I am not giving them 5 stars because some of my plants did suffer from the effect of the chemicals, But, they do guarantee to replace any plants lost due to the cleaning process.Thank you.

From the initial call to the end of the job, we were extremely satisfied. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the job.He found broken tiles on my roof before he started the job, took pictures so I could see and after cleaning repaired the tiles as requested. They found some mold under one of my windows on the North side and even though it wasnt part of the contract, they cleaned that wall as well.Roof looks great, driveway and walkway look great, makes the house look new. Highly recommend this company.

All American Roof Cleaning LLC did a fantastic cleaning job on our shingle roof that was discolored and had something growing on it. They arrived on time and worked hard the whole time they were here. The low pressure cleaning is very quiet and not annoying at all! The end result exceeded our expectations and the cost was reasonable. The roof, almost 10 years old, looks brand new! Amazing. I initially chose Everett and All-American Roof Cleaning based on the reviews that highlighted his attention to detail, friendly disposition, care for clients, and excellent customer service, and I certainly was not disappointed.Everett took the time to answer all of my questions beforehand, explained to me all of the products and procedures, and never was annoyed by any of it nor gave the impression that I was wasting his time.As far as the job itself, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The roof is beautiful again, they took great care in protecting our plants, and even helped me remember where our downspouts went! They discovered a cracked roof tile but I was out of town and unreachable, so they went ahead and just repaired it for free.Price-wise, they are within a few bucks of the least expensive in town, if not the lowest for some services, but you cant put a price on the quality and top-notch customer service. Id recommend this company to anyone who asks.
