We employed the services of Arrow Environmental in Cape Coral in March 2019 with their sales representative Melissa Weber. She was very quick in setting up our accounts for 3 homes in Cape Coral. All were set to auto payment by debit card.The technicians were always friendly and responsive, very professional people. The reason why we cancelled all 3 of our accounts is due to the absolutely terrible unorganised and chaotic administration at this branch.After 6 months into their service chaos came upon us. Either they deducted the wrong amount from the wrong debit card, or double the amount was deducted from one debit card with no refund issued, etc. etc.When problems occur, do not count on the support of your sales representative, in our case Melissa Weber. She has no interest in any after sales problem solving, nor does anyone else at this branch. Still today, 6 weeks after we cancelled our service with them, they ow us $150 because they simply continued charging our accounts after we cancelled them. We have not yet received our refund and we will continue calling the Arrow customer service until we have our money back.If you wish to safe yourself headaches, stay away from Arrow, Cape Coral.

They have an awesome website that is very easy to use that you can make your payments on. Very reasonable and I have NO bugs! Thats all that matters right?

I have been using Arrow Environmental to take care of my lawn for the past two years. I have had three different technicians during that time, Kyle, Ricky and Juan. All have been professional and my lawn looks awesome!

We discovered that we had an issue with rats getting into the facility. We called our local branch in Cape Coral and Melissa came right over. She performed her inspections and confirmed that we had a problem. She scheduled a technician for the following day. He did a very good job blocking holes and then setting traps. However, that very night, new holes were made and more rats entered the building. We called to ask for more assistance. I know that the business had a full day scheduled already and it would be very difficult to fit us in. This company truly understand the urgent nature of our issue. This afternoon, the technician arrived to block more holes, inspect the status of holes that were blocked yesterday and set more traps. What a response! I highly recommend this company and specifically the Cape Coral branch. Thank you!

This company does not know how to take care of indoor wasp problems! Lucky that it was a free inspection service ! Don’t want to pay a company that is clueless !!!!!!!!!! And I never got a second call back into letting me know what else they can figure out, and do! Very unprofessional !SMH!!!!

Our lawn was beautiful when we hired them. Been making monthly payments for a couple years now and our lawn looks aweful. Manager suppose to call me and havent heard from him at all. Do not recommend.

He informed me of what he found and what he did to help the issue. He is well educated in his field and I couldnt be more appreciative to have him as our tech. My representative Melissa Weber was here in time frame she said. She was very helpful and told us our tech would be here the next day to spray our yard, that was yesterday Friday the 13th. Now its Saturday and no call no show. Now im left to wonder if i choose the wrong pest control company???

After having a rat and dealing with this company, I realized having the rat was better than dealing with this company. They charged us $1300 after coming out saying we had more than one rat and explained they had to do an exclusion sealing up the roof, any entry points and placing traps. They wouldnt show up when promised, they wouldnt show up at all, and when they did, they couldnt wait to do what they had to and get the heck out of here. It turns out, we had one isolated incident with a rat getting in, not a nest and we DID NOT NEED TO get the exclusion. The only employee who was at all pleasant to deal with was a former worker from BugFree who is working for the company. Deplorable experience and I pray each night our association changes companies.

We just moved into our new home and found a big ant problem. Other companies said to would take 3-4 months to clear fully. Its been 6 days since Arrow treated the problem and the ants are gone. Were sticking with Arrow from here on out. Professional, knowledgeable staff and quick service! Thank you!

Arrow provides quality product and honored my prior contract with BugFree before the merger. They do bimonthly exterior treatment with my annual contract, and interior treatment as requested.

I had called last week. I was looking for someone to come out and do a pest inspection for a VA refi. They told me it would cost $250. I told him that the lender said it should only cost @$130. I was then given a ridiculous excuse why they charge $250. Very shady! Called another company and was charged $120.

Called and spoke with Jared, first question that was asked, do you do lawn mowing Jared replied yes and he will go over all of the details of the services, but first i need all of your information. Once he had all of my information he proceeded to try to sell me on bug suppression services, i said jared no no, i am looking for mowing service, he replied oh, we dont do that... What? It took him 5 min collecting all of my info to tell me that the 1 service i needed and stated in the first 30 sec of the conversation, the company doesnt do....Extremely unprofessional! Better communication skills Jared! Wow...

Arrow personnel responded promptly to my phone request for help with my lawn. The sales representative was out measuring my yard and identifying problems. A couple days later she joined the technician when the first application was made. They both contacted me to see if I could be present for the primary effort. The tech provided an educational analysis prior to treatment plus his phone number. Both of these representatives were above and beyond! Thanks

Poor service...yes......losses keys....key......slow technician.....yes.....service supervisor......is no better then the technicians. I would not recommend them if they were the last pest control company around.

Thieves! I have a contract that clearly states that I have coverage for mice and rats, and theyve now told me that they wont honor it because the rodents got into my attic. (I guess they dont consider that a part of the house?) They did tell me that for $850.00 they could fix the problem. Ill get a more reputable pest controller to remedy the problem and will collect my that expense back in small claims court. Awful way to do business, but thats not uncommon in todays world.........

Deceptive billing practices, Always send out a bill on the 1st of the month when services were not or could not have been performed. Then the service occurs 7-10 days later. Cancelled that service and was still billed the following month. Reduced service to pest control, service was done on6-22-16, received another bill on 7-7-16 for service again. I was home all day, the lawn was mowed and I was doing projects on the pool etc and no one showed up. Manager to call Friday, wonder what his excuse will be.

They bought out my pool service, Sureshot, which I had for ten years with no problems. They would not show up, come on non scheduled days, lie about the work performed, switch technicians every week or so, claim the technician quit and took the customer list with them, they made that claim two times, claim they could not get in, although given a key.On 3/10/2016 they did not show up and when I called the next day was told they just learned that morning the pool service was sold.I then spoke to a neighbor who has not used them for months and she new of the sale via her technician. So I confirmed they lie to their customers. I now must hire a new business and being seasonal have little time to review the new work.
