I have had H2O water systems work on my well system on the few occasions. I have a contract with them for maintenance and they come out and check my system every couple of months. Recently I was having issues with my pumps not turning off and on at the right time. They had to come out twice but they always came immediately. I would recommend this company to anybody on a well system who is having an issue with it. I would also recommend there maintenance contract.

Ray, the service tech, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called in advance before arriving and showed up on time. He did a fantastic job, and the price for the work done was fair. Definitely I would use this company again, they come highly recommended. Thumbs Up!

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst customer service, will “fix” your system just to have more issues the very next day, you will be charged after hours service fees to fix what should’ve already been fixed. After months of having them out multiple times trying to fix the system we have No water once again and they are saying it is five days before they’re able to come out. HORRIBLE! Is there a NO STAR option?? We have a brand new home... Within a few months the pump outside was leaking... they said it was normal... called a couple more times and they finally came and replaced it... new pump leaked as well... they said it was normal so we left it.. Fast forward 4 to 6 months later and we call and tell them its leaking non stop again! My boyfriend set an apt but they said we have to pay because its out of warranty... the lady was so arrogant and snooty... i told her we have always had issues with the pump and we tried telling them that and now its broken again... i canceled the appointment and we will take our business elsewhere... horrible customer service! My mom had issues with her system as well and with everything I have went through with them I know they screwed her over too!!I will be contacting our builder to make them aware of the issues we are having with this company.

We have been using H20 Systems since we purchased our new home a year ago. This is our first experience with septic/well, water softener systems and RO and I have nothing but praise for this company including the office staff, and most especially, our tech Vinny. Hes fantastic! Hes patient and friendly which is not something we have found much in people since moving to Florida from the Midwest 5 years ago. Trusting a company and especially their techs and staff are extremely important to us and with Vinny, we know we can trust him completely. Vinny is highly knowledgeable about the water systems and always takes time to answer our questions. I hope H20 Systems realizes hes an exceptional person and employee!!

No water even after replacing pressure switch.called them Saturday at 4pm.they returned my call Sunday 7am. A tech.Phillip came out in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and had everything up and running quickly. This was during hurricane and holiday weekend.very happy

I was looking for someone to repair my well and H2O Systems, Inc. was recommended. I am so happy with their service and the technician was wonderful! I called in with a no water problem on a Saturday and the girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and very helpful. She contacted the technician that was already on another Job and she called me back and said he would be at the house in 3 hrs. He arrived in that time, repaired the problem and I now have water again! Great Job.....Great Company!

The estimated price for the future job is about $1100. less then what another company quoted me. I will definitely be using H20 when Im ready to do it. Dont hesitate, this is a nice, honest company.

The company was in charge of drilling a well for a home being built next to ours. They caused our well to collapse and sand has clogged our system. We are still 5 days without it being fixed. According to Sarah, the Project Manager, they have “ gone beyond what other companies would do”. They will not even help get a hotel so we can at least shower or clean clothes. We have children and animals and a person with medical issues. Their attitude is oh well. I would give them no stars if I could. Bad business practices 😡

My pressure tank failed, which also caused my well pump to fail, mere months from hooking up to City water. Absolute worst timing. But H20 Systems had my back. They had me up and running in two days. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They told me exactly what was wrong, gave me a quote for repairs and gave me updates as the work was being performed, which I appreciated. They were also able to tell me that both my pump and pressure tank were under warranty because they save that information in their system. Im so glad they keep those records. My house has water again because of H20 Systems. Thank you.

H2O is one great company to work with. Darrin came out to rescue our well pump when it had been dropped down into the well. He and his crew were able to quickly retrieve and replace it, along with 150 of pipe. He even checked the plumbing all the way to the aereator where he installed a new solenoid. The system works better than ever. Great work Guys.

I accidentally messed around with one of the pipes that was serviced by H2O systems and a couple days later it flooded my house, but they were nice enough to help me and my family out. Great company. Others would normally just tell you it’s not their problem.

I had this company install my sprinklers several months ago when one of my contractor friends looked them up. I am now expanding my sprinklers so naturally I want to use the same company. They guy comes out 30 minutes late and I need to go to work but apologizes and he starts to look at the job. He gives me a quote for $300-$400 to do this job. I think its a little high but we shake on it and I ask him to give me a written estimate. I need to call the office several days in a row to get the quote. When i finally get it, its now $500+. I called and spoke to Ashley. She said thats what the guy Ray said. She said she could call him to confirm and would call me back. When she calls back. She tells me that after shaking on it and leaving the property, a few days later he decides its more because of labor. Holes are already left open and I have a trencher and all the materials but thats the price. When I speak to Ashley and tell her thats not professional. I told her I would write a review, she threatens to write a bad review on my company even though she never had any dealings with me. I feel this company is a dangerous money pit company that hires very sneaky, low class individuals that cant stand on their reputation but instead has to lower themselves to bullying and threats. Go ahead Ashley write all the reviews on my company you want. I will cut and paste your unprofessionalism right back on this site. I will tell all my contractor friends of my dealings with this company to be aware of this bait and switch.

We were experiencing problems with our softener. Roberto came out and troubleshot our issues and fixed our problem. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company.

I would NEVER recommend this company!! They sent a truck out to drill a well in a residential area with no respect to the time or noise ordinances! They started setting up at 6:15 am and were using flashlights to try and do so. By 6:30, they were drilling at maximum noise level. I contacted the company and was told that the trucks are loud even on the street. I said the street is a non-issue, but drilling at 6:30 am is, there are residential noise ordinances in place. She said she was sorry to hear that and told me they could start setting up at any time, drilling at 7am and that they were probably done (this was 8am). It is now almost 3 hours later and they are still here. I plan on filing a formal complaint against them with the City of Cape Coral! I hope they get severely fined!!

I have a monthly maintenance contract with this company to service my Iron system. Part of the monthly is to clean injectors, inspect hoses and test hardness of water. I recently installed cameras and was able to see exactly what they did. All the technician did was look at timets and add salt and res-up. He did not touch anything with the system at all. In order to prevent issues it’s important for the injectors to be cleaned. I’m disappointed that yet another company doesn’t do what they are supposed to! I could add my own salt for 8.00 why would I pay 55.00**update** once I made H2O aware they had tech out here doing it right!

We had no water ! The technician Roberto corrected the problem in a timely fashion while explaining what the problem was and why it had happened. He was very friendly while always acting in a professional manner. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and will continue to call them when needed.

I had another company that had serviced my system and had done my landscape irrigation and a full landscape job. They came out inspected the system and determined the pump was faulty, ok fine. Was not willing to work on the price. Then I called H2O systems, and explained to Sarah what was happening to my system, to explained a couple possibilities and price options. Robert the technician came out couple of days later, what a great gentleman, I asked him if I could watch him work on my pump and test the system to see what was wrong with it before doing any work. The system was not working correctly and the water levels were dropping below the pumps reach. So they extended the pipes length and got myself a new more powerful pump. Sprinkler system is working better than ever getting better coverage than before. Thanks guys you are awesome. John S

Rey did an excellent job fixing my lawn sprinklers, I had my pressure back up within an hour. Pleasant and respectful. Would recommend to anyone.

They drilled a 4 irrigation well for me, it pumped almost as much sand as water, ruined pump plugged irrigation lines. Refused to drill a new well that pumped clear water. We hired Ken Baker well drilling. They drilled a new one without the sand. Guess which one I would suggest to drill you a well.

This is really a great company. I just had a home built in Cape Coral and they did the installation for the sprinkler system. Following the installation, I had a fence installed that had to go over the sprinkler lines and Several of the lines had to be cut to install the fence. H20 came out the next day to move and repair the sprinkler piping at no charge. Additionally, they came back after I moved in to adjust several of the heads that I asked them to, again, for no charge. A good company is one that stands behind their work and only charges when its absolutely fair to and this company meets both of that criteria. Very friendly and helpful on the phone too. Each time I had an issue, they came out the very next day which is important when you have young landscaping that hasnt rooted yet.

H20 is a well run operation. Their service is efficient and the repairs that I needed were done in a timely manner. Ray, their rep, who did the actual work was knowledgable, efficient and a personable young manI would recommend this company to anyone who has a need for their particular type of service.

Tech left house after monthly maintenance and didn’t plug power in and tank emptied. Called because after I went out to plug pump back in the pressure would not go back to original setting. So now I have to pay 40.00 for the service call for there mistake. Terrible business. I would never recommend !

This company installed a water system in our new construction home. We requested an aerator be installed with the system about 5 different times. Each time the company denied that we needed an aerator because of the depth of our well. This was based on a faulty test that didnt actually test the water in the well. It tested the rainwater that was about 4 feet below the surface since we have a high water table where we live. Long story short our water smells terrible and instead of the builder including the aerator, as would have happened during construction, we now have to pay for it. The actual results of the water test are way off of the results they stated they found. The last time we had to call the company about a problem they were rude and no one ever called us back to follow up on the issue. We will not be calling them back since customer service doesnt matter and we wont be spending another penny with them. We recommend you avoid them.

The new construction home here in NE Cape Coral next to our house hired them to work on their new well system install. We noticed Thursday that the well behind the new construction home was overflowing with water. We went about our day. Friday morning same thing, we minded our business. Saturday again, water flowing out still. Saturday late afternoon ....Our water stops working. Luckily Im home and turn off the well breaker. We noticed the well on new construction home had a note that said do not turn off, running for a purpose...We realize the new construction home drained the water bank that all our homes share. We call to inform them that they drained the water bank and we have no water because of it. So we call the real estate number, No answer. The h2o number on sticker on well, no answer. With no other options, we call non emergency services and they come and make the same calls, leave voicemails, and turn off water.We wait 6 hours and turn on our well breaker just hoping the well pump didnt dry out. It worked! We had water. Great. But didnt last long. Monday morning h2o comes back.. turns on water again to flush new construction home well. We listen at the window..h2o are gossiping and talking about us saying neighbors complained yes them etc.. Keep in mind we have 8 cameras that record 24/7 with sound. H2o left the water on and left the new construction house.Us worried, called h2o to tell them its been 3 full days they ran that water and its causing problems to our well running it completely dry. Lady tells us There are no laws against them. That they can do whatever they want. Theyve been in business for over 40 years. Water rules dont apply to them. Of course we hung up on her because at that point we realize THEY DO NOT CARE.We call city of Cape coral. Basically, there are no laws restricting water for flushing wells. (They are working on changing that, thank goodness!). So we feel defeated that Monday and decide to leave it all alone. We go about our day and go to bed. Guess what? Monday night as we slept the well went dry and guess what burnt out? Our well pump. Guess who has no water now? Us. Now its Tuesday morning.We call another company to replace pump. We were advised that since were needing the new pump that basically we should go ahead and drop the pump an additional 20 to 40 ft. They cannot install until Thursday. We went that Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday without water. The new pump and drop cost us $1800. Everything was installed perfectly by Thursday evening. We actually dropped the pump another near 40 feet. Our home is older and new construction homes are putting well pumps in deeper.Plus, we dont get assessments until like 8 to 10 years since were the last zone. We caution you.. this company does not care for the COMMUNITY. They may treat their customers okay; however, they do not care about the repercussions of their actions on their jobsite. We do feel they ran the pump so long out of spite. Evil evil people working for a company that will soon be out of business! They drained that well for about a week straight. We have water now thanks to another company, so were happy! This all happened last month. Proceed with caution!

Just met Tom. He was servicing the unit next door to our home. I asked him for some general information and he explain to me very quickly and without any BS whatsoever what is going on with my system and how it needs to be maintenanced. I learned more from him in 10 seconds than I have ever learned. I will definitely be using this company from now on. You just sometimes know instinctively who is blowing smoke up your butt and who is not. I recommend this company to everyone

I am a solar pool heating contractor, so I do a *lot* of plumbing. Two years ago I replaced my own well pump since I have the tools, skills, and wholesale purchasing power to get it done at cost. It went well enough, and I went totally overboard (I thought) in getting it done well, no pun intended.I noticed my grass getting brown a week ago, so I quickly realized something was wrong with my irrigation system. I easily diagnosed it as a broken water line in the well, which turned out to be right on the money. It also turned out to be caused by my lack of specific experience in well pump maintenance. I should have done a couple of things differently. Unfortunately, one small mistake turned into a big headache.Its pool heating season, so Im crazy busy with work. I was very happy to hire H20 to pull my pump and replace the water line and electrical cord. Aside from the broken water line, the pump had lost its check valve, which the guys replaced with an inline brass valve. They also made some improvements to both my plumbing above ground and properly protected the electrical cord in conduit. After putting the pump back down the well they checked my pressure tank and carefully adjusted my pressure switch and ensured good operation of my well pump without frequent cycling.All of the work was done with expert care and clear knowledge of the situation and equipment. I am fully satisfied. Even it I hadnt diagnosed the issue beforehand, I am fully confident that the technicians would have quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.Could I have done all of the work myself for about half the price by using my suppliers and my own two hands? Sure. But look what that got me last time - just two years of operation without trouble. It pays to hire an expert. I run into it all the time in my industry. Someone with just enough knowledge manages to install or fix solar panels just good enough to make it limp along... until they have to call me to fix it. Im so glad this is our busy season, or I would have made the same mistake again with my well. Now that I know H20 can get the job done right and at a fair price, I wont hesitate to call again.I read a couple of old negative reviews about customer service at H20. My experience was totally opposite. The office staff was responsive and pleasant. When I called this morning to get an ETA, I was hesitant to call because I know how hard that job is for the office staff in the morning to deal with customers waiting for service, and how difficult it is to estimate arrival times. But my call was handled extremely professionally and courteously. I was also given the promised 30 minute heads-up when the technician was on the way.Without hesitation I would recommend H20 Systems to repair a well that is out of service.

We had no water from the well and since this had happened before and they came out I decided to call them. He spent the majority of the time sitting in his truck. Finally I went out and inquired about the problem. He said the GFI was no good but if I gave him a multi-plug in strip he could rig it to work until we get an electrician. For this I was charged $75.00. Will not use again. I believe they purposely stay around to get the additional amount. This is a scam!

Husband called emergency services today (suppose to be an open line til 2pm on holidays and did call at 1:32pm), the phone rang and no answer. Called and left two messages. Water pump went out, now theres no water for my kids... and no guarantee if I use another company if H2O systems will honor the warranty. Great to know theyll be there to help when my water system goes out (that was a sarcastic remark btw)**** EDIT/UPDATE ****Company responded on their FB page & called back. Good effort to make amends BUT I called as a emergency caller for a reason, I needed someone to contact me then and not the day after. (Changed from 1 star review to 3 stars)

I bought a brand Adams homes house 4 months living in the house The PVC lines cracked and started leaking bad. I called their emergency line no answer I left a message no one return my phone call. But best home services came through and charge me $800. My warranty down the drain

I called themNot only was that truth..I also found out their technical staff that came .Were very professional and knew what they were doing.The tech took time to figure what was wrong,He also tested the water.The tech also explained in full the possibilities of extending the life of my equipment if they could order and get the parts..I authorized him to order the parts .They called me a few days later and re scheduled to return to my property to get it up and running.H2O office and staff including the techWere excellent throughout .they saved me a lot of money .I feel they are a true repair company .I will not hesitate to call them when I need a new system.and through my experience I would recommended them to anybodyB golds
