We just moved to the area so I needed to find a new nail salon and t-nails was recommended. The salon is very clean but I was completely disappointed with the service and customer care. My technician was very rude right off the bat which was disappointing since I was really looking forward to some relaxation away from the kiddos plus I had a business trip to prepare for. Not only did he make me feel unwanted but the quality of service was the worst I have ever experienced. He spent 20 minutes total on my pedicure which included almost no exfoliation an application of lotion with non existent massage. My cuticles were not cut during my pedicure or gel manicure and the polish and gel was left all over my skin. When I asked as nicely as possible for him to clean up the polish a bit he used his finger nails instead of a polish brush. All in all I felt like he didn’t want my business and was annoyed by my mere presence .

New to the area so gave this place a try.$35 pedicure.Good:-conveniently located-plenty of parking-decent massage chairs-cleanBad-Not friendly/Uncommunicative-Cursory service-Poor polish selection/old polishes-rough but not thorough callous removal-more concerned with their comfort than mine-minimal leg “massage” zero foot massage-only 1 small hot towel for use on both legs-terrible polish application-HE CUT INTO MY TOE, did not apologize, and it still hurts two days later!See photos

Another beautiful job done. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and came in ready with a design in mind. I went for a deep powder manicure and they really took their time during the process. I also got a pedicure and they gave me the most delicious massage.

I got dip nails and a toe color change and they were so sweet during the whole process! I almost felt asleep on those as the lady gave me drink and hot towel to relax. To be honest, with that reasonable price, this place was perfect.

Clean, nice atmosphere. They are busy and need a receptionist. Operators are excellent.

Dont have acrylics put on there. They grind down the nail by your cuticles so that you have to have them filled a week later! They also did not trim the cuticles or push them back!! When you have a pedicure done they act like a plain Pedi is not an option and hand you a brochure to pick out a special option and tell you to pick one! Very intimidating and the cheaper one is available!!!If they didnt have such a great location, I think they would be missing Alot of customers!

Very great service. They were very detailed and very considerate. She did a great job on my nails and they are reasonably priced. They salon itself is also very nice and clean looking.

Place was clean, pedicure was far from being perfect. Not very friendly people. They barely acknowledge your presence as you come in, they don’t thank you for your visit as you leave, not even a thank you when I handed him his 20% tip........they need better customer service. Price way too high for the services.Will not return.

This nail salon is my favorite! I dont feel like another person in a seat. Instead, they remember their clients and make them feel welcome.The best part: They honor appointment times. They dont take walk-ins before taking a schedule appointment. This is amazing for busy individuals.

Very unprofessional. They had me waiting and were on their cell phones the whole time . Customer service was very poor for paying expensive nails . Never again .

It is a big enough place that they can accommodate more people than most salons and anyone there will do a fantastic job. Every time I’m satisfied with how flawless my nails look! All the staff are friendly and welcome you graciously when you come in.
