Let me start by saying that I’ve been going to focus for a long time. Nicky and Peter always do nice work. A problem i had was with one of the technicians, who was so aggressive filing my nails she made me bleed. Not once, but on three separate fingers. One of my biggest pet peeves about nail salons is they make you feel bad when you speak up. For instance, if the shape of one of my nails was crooked, I was told it’s just the shape of my hand. This is unprofessional to say the least. I had booked a pedicure the same day but asked to for a polish change instead when I saw I was running out of time. She didn’t listen to me and instead still gave me a “pedicure” that lasted for 10-15 minutes tops and rushed the entire process but still expected me to pay full price. She became irritated with me when I asked to be charged correctly. It was 97$ without tip and the experience was not worth it. Long story short, dont get service from anyone other than the owners, unless you wanna be in pain the next two days

I have been going to Focus Nails for the past two years. Peter does my fill and Nicky does my designs. They are both very professional and treat me like family. I love her designs. I get compliments all the time. The place is very clean and they work very hard to make their customers happy. I highly recommend Focus Nails. Based on my nails, 4 of my good friends now go to Nicky and Peter to get their nails done.

The business was clean and they sanitize everything. I had a manicure by Nicky and was satisfied with the results. Call ahead for an appointment and everyone wore masks.

It was so dirty and the staff was rude. I walked right out.

Went there on a Thursday was getting many pedi done the lady Nicky suggested dip nails last longer I end up doing it .2 days later my nails are chipped went back it was Saturday I understand was busy come back Monday I agree to it horrible nail for weekend Monday finally got in the guy took me he didnt say a word he kept taking to Nicky in their language he looked so mad the only word he said to me its wash when he was done the result i look like i have bubble nail so ugly thick Nicky did a very good job but they chipped in 2 days he should of handle the situation way better I had to go back not only once but twice and then get treated like sh^%$ l wasnt asking for anything else I was asking to fix the 35 dollar polish they offered. To make it even worse a week later two nails came off .NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

I did not have a service done because when I walked in there is no ventilation in the acrylic smell was so bad I could not breathe!

Today was the first time I have ever been and Nicky did an amazing job. I am so happy with the service I was provided.

Nicky is exceptionally talented. A friend referred me to Nicky and Peter while here on vacation and I was not disappointed. Nicky’s creativity and attention to detail in her design is amazing. The first set was a tropical sunset scene, dolphin included. This week was hibiscus and a beach scene. The salon is clean, comfortable, and they have a large selection of colors and add ins to choose from. If you are looking for quality service and customized design go to Focus Salon!

This place deserves 0 stars. Nicky has her days when she wants to be nice, but her husband?! EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Im honestly surprised their business has even lasted as long as it has with the way they treat people. Every single time Ive gone there for a service that literally takes less than five minutes, they tell me they do not have time and to come back. You really should not offer a service if you do not have the time to do it but yet you have time to do all of the other services that are valued at a higher price. This place is a joke. If you want to be greeted with a smile and actually enjoy your experience at a CLEAN, HAPPY, and PROFESSIONAL place, go down to the nail salon in the Publix Camelot Isles Plaza. :)

Ive been looking for a good nail place and have finally found it!! Nikki is the best! From the designs that they offer and the attention to detail that they give to your nails is refreshing!!! And SO appreciated!!

Ive been going to focus for almost 8 years. I like the people that work here they are like family. Especially Nicky is very skillful, she does my shellac and designs. She does her work very professionally and she is very particularly great in making sure Im happy when I leave the salon. There are times that Im not sure what I want and she figures it out for me and in always delighted with her job. I highly recommend going to focus nails and I promise you will leave there happy.

Ive been going to Focus Nails for 16 years, and never had a fungus, nor infection. Always willing to take me as a walk in, or appt. I will continue to go there.

Horrible experience and the worst part was none offer to fix or the owner did anything

They always treat me well at Focus. Ive been going there for almost 10 years now. Ive gone other places but always come back to them. They ask about my dad and family which surprised me the first time because it had been several months...I cant remember where I left my keys most days. Lol Quality work as well. Love this place.

I was excited to try this place out because their pictures of the nails they have posted are beautiful.My experience was less than enjoyable. I asked for pink and white full set. When I sat down my nail tech asked me what shape I wanted… I said I cant decide either coffin or pear shape. My nail tech then decided for me that he was going to do coffin shape. While he was putting the acrylic on I asked if they had any stones or jams I could do for a design and he told me yes that they had lots. When it came down to the end I was then informed that the woman that does the designs and stones had no time to put a gem on my nails. When it came time to check out I looked at their prices as listed. Pink and white full set was listed as $40. When I went to pay I was told my total was $48. I asked where the extra eight dollars came from I was told that I was charged eight dollars for the coffin shape of my nails . I was never informed of this extra charge prior to the nail tech deciding upon himself that was the shape I was getting. I also had asked for my nails to be cut shorter and he flat out told me no. Now I have to go somewhere else to go get them cut down to the size I prefer. I will not be returning to this location sadly .

I needed to get my nails done at the last minute for a Christmas party. And a friend from work suggested this place, I wasn’t to sure but it was a short distance from my job so I decided to go. Well cut to the chase, my dress was burgundy and I told the nail lady exactly that. I never said burgundy red. I was feeling neutral that day and that’s what I wanted. A neutral color, no glitter red nail polish. She let me choose my color but still insisted that I pick the one she choose because its better in her opinion. Because it was Christmas. I wanted neutral burgundy so I can still have them after Christmas. I don’t like constantly repeating myself. So I was like whatever sure put it. Then she started polishing around my cuticles where I like to explain it as drilling into my skin. That burned so bad, the next day I had dried up blood on the corners. It was painful. I didn’t get the color I asked and I got hurt in the process. And I almost forgot, one nail fell off before the hitting the second week. I never ever leave a review but that’s how upset I am. I am going to another nail salon to fix this mess. My hands look terrible.

They did a wonderful job with my nails. Plus they have reasonable prices.

I love going here. Nicky and Peter are the techs who have worked on my nails. They are both careful accurate workers. Nicky is my main tech. She is very artistic and can recreate almost any design I drag in to her. She even offers ideas to improve the look. I also have a lot of problems with ingrown or curling toenails. She is spectacular at cutting them, stopping the pain. In my book they are the best.

Excellent service and expert care for the past year. I am particular about how my hands and feet are treated. At 70+ years of age, I appreciate the meticulous and gentle techniques Harry employs on my nails. Also, since I have weak nails, I sometimes require repair of a torn nail. In all my experience over the years, the treatment for torn nails they use here is, by far, the best. The shop is not posh but clean and well organized and the prices are very reasonable compared to other shops in the Cape ($47 for mani-pedi with gel). I do recommend an appointment, although they have taken me as a walk-in. Ask for Harry.

I had been there roughly 2 years ago, and called them today and their prices havent changed at all, unlike other salons! Their work is really very nice and simple for not that expensive. I would highly recommend.

Sent my mom to get her nails done. Diane was very rude to my mother. Very unprofessional. While doing another customer nails, she was eating a candy bar at the same time. Just red flags as soon as you walk in the door. We will not be going back. Getting your nails done should be a time where you pamper yourself, and relax . Not to be greeted with such manner. And especially a clean environment. Please read reviews before trying a new place and not make the mistake we did.

If I could give them zero stars I swear I would. This place is conveniently located between places I normally am at. I have been in a few times over the period of two months or so, I will go in, in the morning the afternoon different days times etc. I have been turned away with “ there’s nothing available” mind you there will be a full staff there AND NO ONE BEING WORKED ON. I use to go all the time when the owners brother use to work there but now that he left this is place has become a mess.

I always go to Nicky for natural nails and pedicures. My nails are always perfect and she is very gentle. Her nail art is always amazing as well.

Just moved here looking for a nail salon. Im not super picky, but I felt I had to warn people about my experience. 1st: Instead of using a brush dipped in polish remover to clean up their mistakes painting shellac on my nails, they use their OWN finger nails to swipe the paint off. Mind you, theyll dip their nails in acetone first, but Really? I mentioned that it was not appropriate nor did it work, and she continued. I left there with hints of color on my skin around the nail and build up of the clear top liquid sitting in the cuticle area. I was supposed to also get a shellac pedi, but told her No Thank You, and left. There is much better to be found there. This isnt the place.

Bad service! She had a very nasty attitude and made my cuticles bleed, my actual nail is in pain

First time Ive been there and they did a horrible job. Woke up with horrible pain in my fingers from the nails and the guy that did my nails didnt even put the nail to my cuticles so it looked like I already needed a fill even though I just got them done. They also didnt paint 2 of my nails completely the sides of two of them are missing paint. Not a great first experience.
