Got a mani/pedi mid September. Was going to do regular paint on the mani, but was persuaded to do gel since “they would last for 2 weeks minimum.” I’m not someone who has trouble saying no when people try to upsell, but seeing as I’m a busy Mom who is hard on my hands- I decided it was a good idea. Unfortunately, the gel chipped on multiple fingers in less than 4 days.I have to note that my manicurist accidentally cut my cuticle and my pinky finger bled profusely. It was not painful and I understand accidents happen- not why I was upset. My complaint is that in his panic, he applied pressure and then decided to apply nail glue to the wound without asking if I wanted that?? I asked him if I could just wash my hands and he insisted I allow the glue to seal my skin and it became this awful chunky blood-glue mess that became MUCH worse when he dabbed a cotton ball onto it and the fluff stuck like chicken feathers. I ended up thanking him for his effort, but let him know I was going to wash my hands and peel the cotton glue mess off. Who wants such an eye sore on their finger when the wound will heal easily on its own when given some time? After lots of scrubbing to get it all off, I asked for a bandaid and requested my pedicure take place before we revisited the manicure. I just wish communication was better about the situation and my wishes were respected sooner. Since it was my first time visiting this salon, I don’t plan on returning.Only giving two stars because in spite of all the trouble and the false promise of a longer lasting gel manicure, the finished product did look very nice during the few days it lasted.

Absolutely one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. I went in with a reference photo and The dude told me 50, assuming he knew what he was doing I let him lay extremely thick acrylic and shape it into almond nails when I asked for stiletto, then The guy asked for payment half way through my nails being done and then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t do anything “fancy” with diamonds and asked what else I wanted, I explained to just place them lining my cuticle, he then placed the diamonds on fresh polish and dented the polish it was an absolute mess of polish stained diamonds and lumpy acrylic and they saw absolutely nothing wrong with it, when I said something about them being messed up another lady tried to explain to me why I was wrong. When he agreed to fix it I told him not to worry about the diamonds and to just refund my money for them. I was not given a refund. There were also their children there who constantly interrupted my nail tech while doing my nails. It was a very unfortunate that I had to pay $60 of my hard earned Money for something that I now have to pay more to get fixed.

Very nice and clean. I had a manicure and pedicure. The gal did a nice job of cutting and trimming along with a very nice leg massage. The prices were also reasonable.The only issue that I have and its not just at this store, but the workers start communicating with each other in their native language.I plan on returning when my nails are due.

This was my first visit to Blue Nails. I am very pleased and will definitely return. Tracy took time trying to find just the right color gel for my hands that matched the regular polish I picked out for my toes.

Highly recommend this place. The women here were kind and caring, and they did an excellent job on my nails.

The shopping center houses the best bagels in town and the best ice cream in town check it out the bagel shop and Sylvias ice cream and if youre in need of any position care theres a convenient walk-in clinic also a great restaurant called Malones right around the corner delicious pizza.

Clean, friendly, affordable. They even called in backup so we wouldnt have to wait long. I watched them sanitize their tools between clients. Im very happy with their service.

They did a good job but with acrylics the put black like I wanted but when it is in the sun it is clear and then my middle and ring finger where suppose to be cow print but it was not it was just dots . Also they take very long

What a wonderful experience! I came in for a pedicure as they were a new business and I wanted to see how it would be. Tracy made the experience far and above any place I’ve been to before and the price was great. She has such a nice personality and was very professional. I went in for a regular pedicure and the quality was far above what I expected. I won’t go anywhere else now. Do yourself a favor and try it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Love this nail salon! First of all I was greeted with a warm welcome when I first walked in which is not something that all businesses practice. Secondly the place is very clean and neat. Third the owner Tracy is friendly and really cares about the customers experience. I’m so happy I found this salon!!! Highly recommended
