If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just got my nails done on Sunday afternoon because nowhere else was open that I would like to have gone to. My nails were done by Lee well it is already two days later and I wake up this morning to see that my nails on both hands are lifting. Based off my experience with getting my nails done and knowing people in the business when this happens earlier than normal it’s because they allow air pockets to get inside of the acrylic while placing the acrylic on your nail so their techniques on how to lay acrylic and what they’re doing is completely wrong. I called to let them know what happened and that I would like to have a refund on just my hands( EVEN THOUGH I got my toes done!!) and they kept interrupting me on the phone and telling me that they’re not going to give me a refund I told them I was not comfortable with them redoing my set because they will lift again based off of the way he does nails. They continue to tell me that they will fix them for free and not give me a refund and they don’t understand why my nails lifted so early I tried explaining it to them and they wouldn’t listen to me so I will never go back to this place again!! He said to come in at 11 o’clock today and that he will have lee fix my nails are free and then I I said no worries and he hung up on my face?!? What type of customer service is that??

Family must have posted the good Reviews. So my friend and I called ahead. Opening the door the owner from the back yelled did you call in as we approached the owner he still keeped up with his loud tone and had to ask him. why are you yelling? 4 time I asked to stop yelling. Others joined in. Then my chair faced lysol counters and TV had on Bad news. When phone rang it was over speakers throughout the whole Building . Owner while working on customer would answer calls. No relaxing Chinese music. Loud, Poor atmosphere, owner first. Experience. When I go to treat myself to pedicure I like non of the above. Try another place if you agree.

I have been going to Studio Nails for about 3 years and could not be happier with my experience there! Ten Ten has always done my acrylics nail and I have never once been unsatisfied. He does an amazing job every single time. The customer service here is beyond incredible and I recommend this place to everyone I know! On multiple occasions they have fit me in last minute and they work hard to make sure every customer is satisfied! I would absolutely suggest going here as the prices are reasonable as well!

Debbie is the most creative and imaginative nail artist Ive ever had! She is kind, funny and caring, too. My routine is, once I pick out my color, I hand her the bottle and tell her to do whatever she wants! My nails always recieved rave reviews, and I would recommend Debbie to anyone who either is new at getting their nails done, or if you have been doing it for years! Not only do they have great prices, the amount you get for the price is above and beyond what I have gotten from other salons. I see Nancy specifically and have not been disappointed. Myself and 2 daughters got pedicures. Started great but then they started overbooking. My girls got full pedicures and I was supposed to but the girl didnt even put lotion on my legs/feet. Then she messed up the paint because she was trying to rush and had to redo it. The end product for all 3 of us was great so gave 4 stars. I would have given 5 if I wouldve gotten some sort of foot massage. Would recommend but not if they are super busy. Great massage chairs!!

Same prices as Profiles with half of the professionalism. He nicked my nail bed and then blamed me. One of my nails separated from the acrylic and they insisted on gluing it back down rather than actually fixing it. BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Will not be back and will recommend everyone to stay away.

Ive been to this salon several times before as a regular customer. Today when I showed up, I showed the design I wanted and the gentlemen sat me down and finished everything except the actual design and asked if I could come back Monday. I was flabbergasted as the colors I chose for my nails went with the design so the work was not completed. When I said that I didnt want to pay and leave with my nails unfinished, he started shouting, You dont want to pay after we spent an hour on your nails? I remained my and told him it was my hour, as well, and that they should have communicated to me up front that they couldnt do it. He said he was going to remove them if I didnt want to pay. Again, I kept my calm but was publicly humiliated. I paid him the $35 and will obviously never return to this salon. My thoughts are they didnt want to spend time on the design because they had a lot of traffic because its Saturday but if they didnt want to or couldnt do the design, they should have conveyed this initially. Incredibly unprofessional.

I came here to get my eyebrows tatted. At first , I thought I would be nervous . Kayla actually made it feel calming and I felt all relaxed. I love her technique and shaping of my brows. Most places are not reliable , but she has many experiences. I loved them so much and I recommend you get yours done with her immediately.

When I entered the place for the first time, I was greeted in a very friendly manner.The staff are so kind and sweet.The place was cleansed and the whole salon has a very elegant and awesome look to it!OMG and I love their new pedicure seats...the massage setting is to die for. I got acrylic nails and a deluxe pedicure . it was absolutely amazing.They were very gentle and did it to my liking.Plus the price is very reasonable.Overall the place is the best there is in cape! I will for sure be coming back and found my new spot to get my nails done :)

We had an appointment for 3 people and were a few minutes late. They then told us they could only take care of one of us because were late in front of all the customers. They SCREAMED youre late we can only do one!!! In front of about 10-15 people. The young girl working at the front started laughing when this happened. Every time before this we have had to wait 10-15 minutes past our appointment time and have never complained about the wait for YEARS... but we came a few minutes late ONE TIME and were treated very rudely. It was so embarassing. And by a few minutes, i mean our appointment was for 1:00 and we arrived at 1:04. Never coming back thats for sure. So unprofessional!

What a great way to establish yourselves by RUSHING, and then saying you no longer have time to do the pedicure that had a scheduled appointment. My daughter at the age of 6 hated the experience. Disappointing. Lost 2 customers looking for somewhere to go periodically. 2 stars only cause the gentleman who did my daughters nails, although rushed, he was nice.

There is an older lady who sits behind the cash register. Second seat on the right when you enter the store. She has long thin hair. She is very rude and nasty. A cash grabber is what she is! I speak her dialect and the stuff that she says it’s disrespectful. Just unprofessional!! I think when many nail businesses open they are kind. Once cash starts coming in they inflate prices, force you to get gels and dips and are mean. Especially when you are not in agreement with what they want. Places like profiles and other mom and pops are better. They value the customers and its not a fill the seats type of business its personal. She needs to appreciate her business in such a tricky economy and stop being so fake. She tried to curse out my minor child just nasty!! Never again at that establishment....

Tim is so talented and did such a great job on my nails! I was very happy with how my ombre nails and pedicure turned out. He even stayed over closing time to finish my pedicure which was very nice if him to do.

Excellent manicure and pedicure. I was convinced to upgrade to a gel manicure because the nail technician told me that regular polish will chip quickly. I’m glad he talked me into it. Thanks for the great service. They also painted their walls while they were shut down for covid which I think is an excellent use of that time. This business seems to be run very well and I love to see that.

Nail technician left gaps and did not seal between my nail and the gel causing a fungus to develop. He also did not seem to enjoy his work and had an unprofessional attitude.

My first time here.. just moved to this state.. nobody introduced themselves..its been 3 months since Ive had a pedi/mani...how is it that they removed ZERO cuticles nor scraped the bottom of my feet.. I had nail polish outside of nails. I had to ask them to fix it. Im sorry, I just wasnt happy.. especially since i paid $65 and I still tipped out of respect.

Debbie is the bomb! Shes a perfectionist and does my dipping powder nails once a month and they last a long time, still looking great. I recommend everyone to go there! Tip them in cash, they will love you!

Not what I wanted at all. The shape was wrong and the color was only supposed to go on the tip and she put it on half of the nail. Don’t go there if you want a design or something like that.

Terrible experience. Told them I wanted a deluxe pedicure he gave me a basic one. I asked if this was deluxe the manager loudly exclaimed you have to pay more. After stating that is what I asked for he attempted to give me a deluxe halfway through a regular pedicure. They did not massage my feet at all. He messed up the polish twice and redid them twice. The manager attempted to have someone else fix it and I was just so over it I got clear. No one apologized. Last time Im ever going there

The people who work here have a VERY hard time understanding what you are asking to be done. they will cut your nail crooked and uneven just to ensure you pay more for acrylic overlay to make sure they are even. then charge you $10 to put acrylic on 2 nails . who wants to leave a nail salon with uneven nails? sure as hell not me. i will never give this business a single dollar again.

I came to Cape Coral for vacation and we decided to go get pedicures! We stumbled across Studio Nails and Spa— loved it!! Great service and very efficient. I recommend them to everyone who lives in the area and/or everyone who comes to visit Cape Coral in need of good looking nails.

Went in to get a fill, on two of my nails had broken from a previous shop. Upon arrival I was greeted with a lengthy form regarding liability about my fake nail breaking off. I happen to not bring a mask with me, as Im filling out paperwork a lady technician was extremely rude about not having one. Her and her client continued to say rude things back and forth after I explained I just didnt have one otherwise Id put it on. Once they gave me a disposable mask I was told to go pick my color. I was overwhelmed by the wall and tried to show a picture of what I wanted, I was blown off. A large group of pedicures came in after me, the manager rushed them into the wall to choose polish and I was literally pushed aside. I was so frustrated I wanted to leave, but my nails were intolerable. The tech I got was quick and rushed me out. I washed my hair the next morning with hot water and three of my nails have huge chunks of polish now missing. I doubt I will ever be back to this salon.

Very friendly and accommodating. My friend and I needed last minute pedicures and they were able to get both of us in and gave us great pedicures. The chairs are super comfy too 😊.

This was my first time at this Nail shop i live in lake wales and i love how they did my toes and my Nails very Friendly and price was very affordable.

I went to take my mom out for Mother’s Day 2021 and unfortunately had a poor experience. The pedicure it self was rushed, the polish looks bad and there was no massage! Another fault my mom has is a medium sized cut that now looks infected on her heel. I’m overall very unimpressed and will not be returning.

For your nail they have gel, acrylic, pink and white, Mylar and my favorite Dipping Powder. They offer the best pedicure your ever have. Waxing of brow lip, face and for the men the back.Stop by and treat yourself to a couple of hours just for you!

Beautiful nails - techs are meticulous and listen to needs. Great prices for service you get. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Have done dip, gel and acrylic and never disappointed. Pedicures are the best! Been at spas in Jamaica, Sanibel Harbor, and Westin and love it here.

20 min after my $40.00 pedicure incomplete still have cuticle. Waited I. Chair 20 min no water in tub. It was not that busy. But when it came time to do my nails the man went directly to a woman who just walked In! He told me to go to the front and wait for another tech! Mined you I have an appointment to go to buy the lady who just walked In didnt have to wait! Rude and unprofessional!!! It took an hour and a half to get a basic pedicure. If you like paying for incomplete work and waiting a long time until some of the regular customers come in so they can ignore you this is the perfect place. I would not recommend it nor will I ever step foot in that Salon again. When I was checking out I told him I couldnt wait any longer I just need to go ahead and pay for my pedicure the owner didnt even acknowledge that I had been ignored but told me to come back tomorrow. When hell freezes over is when I go back.

I am new to Cape Coral and tried this nail salon out based on reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. They do a fantastic job. Nancy is wonderful. They are friendly and always remember your name. Most of all the salon is clean and taking Covid-19 precautions. Totally recommend.
