After driving for more than an hour to this salon, I eventually stormed out. why? The lowlifes employed there say they don’t believe in vaccines!! and also refuse to wear masks ?? Imagine having the hairdresser breathing all over your face while performing a haircut. Hairdresser Susan spouted conspiracy theories about the vaccines. I would recommend avoiding this shop. The experience sure ruined day off.

I never leave reviews, but Ive been wanting to write this for years, because Susan is awesome! Ive been getting my hair cut with her for years now, sometimes even flying back to Florida so that she can cut it. I dont know how, but she gets it perfect Everytime, no matter what style I end up going with .. I always walk out the door feeling Great, and incredibly thankful that I have someone with her skill and caring to always leave me looking like she does!I greatly respect how down to earth and genuine she always is with everyone, as well as that she has never rushed me through, but always cared to take the time to leave it looking incredible!Highly recommended!!

I spotted Jason whilst having a very good pedicure. His attention to detail and time he took with his client were evident to me. I have thin, naturally curly hair that requires the skill of a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair. Jason is that guy! Hes so good I havent been there in 1 year due to the pandemic and moving away but my hair still looks great! I hope to see him when back in the Cape for a trim. Hes highly recommended!

The staff was very nice HOWEVER, both my gel manicure and pedicure both lasted 2 days! Ive never had a gel nail polish bubble and peel completely off in 2 days. My face waxing was done in a super hot room so with me sweating, only about 50% of the hair came off. Lastly, I had the eyelash lift and after the perm, my eyelashes barely looked any different. They said they would continue to curl but that never happened even though I didnt get them wet for 48 hours as instructed. I spent a lot of money there but will not go back.

I had the joy of meeting Liz as my nail stylist today and she as a person is wonderful, and maybe I gave too much of a request, but I walked out with nails that I was so disappointed with. There’s chips, bubbles, and smudges. I don’t entirely blame Liz, because she tried fixing what I seen at the time, but once I actually walked out of the store and seen my nails in the sunlight, I wanted to cry. I got them done for a special occasion and now I feel so embarrassed to have them. I honestly blame how they came out on the nail polish she used itself (very bad quality) and the fact that she tried to do a French manicure free-handed. I’m used to a straight, clean-line on my French manicures, but the line where it meets me nail, it’s very cloudy, inconsistent, and not straight at all. Each of my nails are slightly different in some negative way and I’m so sad about it. I will come back to this place, but I won’t be using black nail polish for a French mani as well as I won’t ask for Liz unless it’s an appointment not for a French mani. Thankfully I got this with a Groupon, but still had to pay a $10 up charge that was seriously not worth it. I would’ve been so much happier and better off doing them myself at home with a plain color.

Jalisa did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable and professional. I missed my appointment so she stayed open and waited for me. Would highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews but i just recently moved here three months ago and was looking for a salon and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here. I saw Luz today and Luz is an amazing hair dresser(im sure theyre all great) !!! Luz fixed my monstrosity of hair(i decided to dye my hair during quarantine and it came out botched) and Luz made it look amazing !! Also everyone in here is so sweet and the girl at the front desk is sweet as well. Highly recommend

Well not to be rude or anything but they said they can do braid ins when my dad came then when i got there they said they cant do it my sister wanted to cut off the dead hair and one of the ladys said they can do it when she got home she was crying because it looked horrible for $45 and we tiped them 10 dollars than she had to go to the barber since the lady did nothing like the picture when she got to the barber shop she had to get it shorter than the hairstyle she wanted . And i just dont know why they would lie and say they can do my hair and my sisters disclaimer: NOT TO BE RUDE

While on vacation my girlfriend and I decided super last minute to get mani and pedis. I googled salons near us and thankfully came across Hair FX. I called in and they were able to squeeze us in last minute for 2 pedis, but didnt have time for a manicure (which I wanted but not my friend).Jelisa was my nail tech and she was awesome! My toes turned out perfect AND she was more than willing to stay late to do my nails too, which I really appreciated!I definitely recommend Jelisa!

Im visiting Cape Coral and was very lucky to pick this amazing salon. The owner and all stylists are talented beyond measure. Very understanding, compassionate to those with cancer hair, I got the best color, cut, style, and a manicure too. I was there for 4 hours, and left looking and feeling 20 years younger. Im going back, for sure!They have everything covered for hair designs, and nails too. My hair was like straw, and it feels amazing now! Rather than hiding, I got dressed up and went out and celebrated life!It felt like I was home, in the capable hands of people who really, REALLY care about making you the best YOU. I had zero idea what to do with this pile of straw, and left it up to Ashton, the stylist I had. She was fabulous, and did such a beautiful job. I met the owner and shes very talented and invested in all who work there, and all who come in for services. Ive never been this impressed with a Salon in my life, and Im lucky enough to have lived a long time!No matter what treatment cancer survivors are going through, hair loss, and change is always devastating. If they can make me feel this amazing, I cannot imagine what they can do with normal hair and nails. My hair is stronger, and my nails are too. Go get beautiful! I have been going to Susan for about 16-17 years. I have always enjoyed her haircuts because you dont have to wait until they grow out. They look nice the very second she is done! She is great with my naturally curly hair.

I used a groupon to get a mani pedi from Diane. It was not gel and it is 10 days later and just got a small chip on 1 nail. Excellent job and long lasting. It is a value for the money even without a groupon. Will use her again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had.It took the hair stylist to do a simple full color 5 hours to do so, she kept walking away from me leaving me sit for 10-15 minutes at a time, she left the bleach color in my hair so long that it burnt my hair and the color didn’t come out even remotely close to what I wanted. WILL NEVER GO BACK and WOULD NOT recomend.

Amazing Salon although the address is wrong on google. They relocated from Skyline to Chiquita Blvd in the old Jeffery James location. AND OF COURSE, I will be following my stylist there!

By far the worst experience I had with my hair. Asked for one thing showed pictures and got something horrendous. My hair is fried. I have more breakage than I can manage (chunks of hair in the front of my head clearly visible to the public) and my hair feels like straw. It was so bad Sam cut bangs into my hair when I did not want them I will never recommend someone to come here in fact I would suggest they stay as far away as possible. I had someone at work ask why I had grey green hair without pointing it out. Im embarrassed to walk outside with this on my head and was charged 300 dollars for this mind you. If you like wasting your money and getting something you will be embarrassed to walk out with come here.

My mom and I purchased a Groupon for a mani-pedi at Hair FX. We had our nails done by Luz and Sarah. Both girls were lovely and attentive and did a great job. Wed definitely consider returning to have our nails done or even our hair next time!
