They took my important packages on Monday July 5th 2021, then they closed all day on tuesday july 6th for a tropical storm. There was no reason not to be open was not even close to cape coral at on Tuesday am. What the heck. My packages are still sitting there and its July 7th. Late . all the other ups stores were open on the 6th in town I called. Meanwhile my packages were locked inside there store no one to call to get them.

Needed documents to get to their destination next day. went in and paid the premium for fastest delivery. Come to find out all they did was take it to the post office and use their service. Documents took three weeks to get there. They charge you a premium but use the cheapest delivery the post office has. They pocket the difference. This place is a scam. Its not even associated with the UPS. its not a UPS company theyre privately owned franchises.

I’m so impressed with this UPS store. The people behind the counter are quick, efficient, and happy to help. They have also installed safeguards to keep everyone comfortable and safe during these trying times. I visited a different UPS store in the area last month, and had a very negative experience, with the employees practically coughing on the customers. This was a pleasant surprise!

I want to sincerely apologize to the gentleman working at this UPS location today. 07/24/20. I just dropped off a package and I wasnt wearing a mask. This was the first time I have left the house since March (I work from home) and genuinely thought the mask etiquette would have quelled. If it provides you with any peace of mind, I would like you to know that since I havent left my house in 4 months, I feel safe in saying that I do not have covid.

There are 2 men that are always there. I believe one is named David. They BOTH are the sweetest. They have the best customer service, they are quick, patient when needed and very knowledgable about any questions you may have, without being judgemental. I will ALWAYS come back here and refer my friends. Thank you guys for all that you do! 😁😁❤❤

Unfortunately, I neglected to get the name of the very unpleasant, barely polite, dismissive man who waited on on us. He was tall and working Tuesday afternoon around 3pm. He has zero customer service skills and made my very important visit to Ups to fax and send very unpleasant, so much that, I will not be visiting your location in the future, and will drive out of my way if I have the need to fax or ship in the future. The owner should take note of this review. As former small business owner, a person like this is a detriment to your business.

Total RIP off. Came in to mail out 2 day priority via USPS (NORMALLY A $8.00 service).Total came out to $32.00 for 2 envelopes! Taxing an additional $8 on each envelope!? All they did was print a shipping label.Totally excessive!

Ive been to three The UPS Stores in the past few weeks and this was by far the best experience. I went to a different location and told them I just needed one color copy from my jump drive and the associate pointed me to a computer. After minute of working on the computer to figure out a double side copy I just got up and left. I aint got time to work on a computer for one copy! I went to this location and told them what I needed and within one minute an associate was finished with the job. This is what I would expect from a The UPS Store. Thank you for the help guys!

On Monday March 5, 2018, I carried my sewing machine into the store.I trusted UPS to ship it safely to my home in Connecticut.The woman at the counter, Lisa, never made eye contact with me and never asked if I wanted additional insurance. Since shipping is not something I do, I did not even know I could ask for more insurance. The man who is responsible for packing was Carlos. I tried to explain to him the value of the sewing machine and to point out parts I was concerned for. He also ignored me. The machine arrived seriously damaged and the store manager, David, has not stepped up to accept responsibility. When I spoke directly with him, he described to me the packing of my machine so he knew there was no bubble wrap. The machine was placed in a very thin cardboard box with pink puff things. It was bumping around loose in there. The manager, David, reported the damage to the local UPS saying they will evaluate the damage and the amount of coverage.But when I went there with the box and stuffing, the person there, Amanda, said I have to ship the box, the stuffing and my sewing machine back to Florida so they can evaluate the damage. I will NEVER ship my machine or anything else with UPS. The receipt says: “Pack and ship guarantee”. All I am getting is a run around. I will not give up. I will do my best to give David and his crew a chance to step up, accept responsibility and make it right with me.UPDATE: UPS in Connecticut picked up the box the item had been shipped in and I sent them photos of the damaged item. Just a few days later, David from the Florida store, called to tell me that UPS has agreed to pay for damages. My machine is being repaired and I do not yet know the cost. I am very hopeful that UPS will stand by it’s commitment and will up date when the process is competed.

I went there to notorize a form. They were patient, polite and very helpful.They asked how I was sending it. Told them overnight from the post office. They said it could be handled there. They made me a copy and overnighted for me. One stop shop! They were great working with. I recommend them.

I went there to this UPS Store to return an item from Amazon. I had paid $11.85 to do so and had the printed label. I was instructed to take it to a UPS Drop Store. The original box was a bit too large and originally came with plastic bubble things to make the item inside secure, which I no longer had. I asked the girl at the counter who was taking care of me if I could get some of the plastic filler and she crossed her arms and said No, normally we charge for that stuff. She was very rude and her people skills are ZERO. I wouldnt of minded paying a little something to have this done, but her attitude and the way she presented this was horrible! If I was running a customer service oriented business I would do my best NOT to have someone like that dealing with my customers. Last time I will be using that store.

Owner is difficult to work with, UPS has identified them as an access point, so all my UPS deliveries unfortunately get shipped there. He has threatened me to refuse all future packages. This is unacceptable.

Worst experience ever. The younger/heavier guy with a beard (Dungeons and Dragons fan! You rule, dude!) was REALLY nice and helpful, but the middle aged guy (who seemed like his boss?) was a complete jerk to us and was non-helpful and very condescending. Furthermore, their prices for printing are RIDICULOUSLY high... like $1/pg high... yeah, going to Kinkos next time.

I am only giving one star because its required by google but they do not even deserve it. I went in to send a package internationally for the first time as soon as i walked in and asked for assistance before i could even finish my sentence the store associates interupted with do you know its not going to be cheap. I ignored it and informed them i was not worried about price i just wanted to pay whatever the price was in order for my package to get there safe. The woman helping me seemed to be very sure about everything she was doing i would ask something and she would answer back iv sent internationally before i know very rude. I was just concerned and simply did not know all the rules . I ended up paying $174 that day . I went to track my package on ups website i saw that my package was being retured. I contacted the ups company directly (not the store) I spent 1hr and a half on the phone to be informed that the store did not inform me on 2 simple things required and that my package was being retured because lack of information provided by the store. The supervisor at the corporate ups informed me that all stores independent or not are provided with all rules and regulations via web or phone and that are encouraged to utilize these tools to help the customer and secure that packages will arrive . I called the store right after and the gentleman insisted on blaming customs of other countries and not seeing the stores fault in not checking nor providing me with all the information he actually tried to insist that they are not provided with all the rules when sending internationally (a straight lie ) It was more then clear he was not going to return my money. This store is just interested in making money (stealing) from vulnerable customers seeking help from them . I am literally in tears writing this it is so sad to know that this store can operate there business this way . I am a mother with a young child now short $174 durning the holidays. This store has been a true nightmare for me .

Didnt mind waiting for the one person that does finger prints to get her lunch but at least she could have had basic manners as in please and thank you...not even once during the whole interaction she treated us like humans.

Dropped off a package to be shipped. One employee at the counter with about 5 customers In line. Waited several minutes and finally a very rude and unfriendly employee took my package. Customer service at this location is horrible.

Couldn’t find package, not very friendly and they charge you five dollars to hold your package! Isn’t that what you pay shipping for?!? It’s a ups store! Won’t have anything shipped here anymore.
