They are very unprofessional and do NOT follow Covid guidelines!! they do not send sick people home and they let people who are unsure of having Covid work.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with vehicle wash and detailing. It had been a very long time since I was able to get my car clean. The team at downtowner car wash on Del Prado did a superb job. When they were finished my car looked brand new. Noah, who did the detailing, went above and beyond. He did an excellent job and was very friendly. He made sure I was happy with his work before I left. I will be back and I would recommend Downtowner to everyone.

Manager Joe and Team Member Dominic were so awesome and excellent with their services. They saw some scratches and dark marks on my car and immediately took ignitive and started attending to my car right away without question. I was very satisfied with my experience and they definitely made my day and they made me feel like a valued customer. My car practically looks brand new and I just had to give a review. These guys deserve superb recognition! I mean very good employees. I definitely would recommend this car wash to anyone rather loved ones or strangers. Downtowner is awesome. The prices is a great deal and very affordable. Free vacuums and the works. They have so many great services that other car washes doesnt offer and thats why Im constantly coming back. Oh yes and the refreshments from the vending machine is genius!

Not worth one time wash for $16.00. Did better at home with windex. Dod not remove any bugs and vacuum which I did not realize I had to do did not have good suction.

Miguel & Raphael were amazing today! The bugs would not come off my white Tahoe. Miguel came to my area where I was vacuuming and said they need to send me back through to get the bugs off. Raphael was so patient and kind helping me with the floormat washing machine as I couldn’t get it to take my cash. I went back through the wash and told them they still didn’t come off. Raphael and Miguel parked me in a vacuum bay and got spray bottles and towels and detailed the bugs off and cleaned my windshield! Top notch customer service! Thanks guys may God Bless you! Love this place. Friendly people that are aware of needs. They caught some magnets coming off the car in front of me and made sure she didnt lose them. I had something stuck on my passenger side and they sprayed it extra. Very good experience.

Wanted to use cash. Pressed attendants button but no one came for 10 min. Got tired of waiting so I used credit card. Looked for manager but none were around. Entry attendants said they were short handed. At least they could have put a sign up. Wasted 10 minutes plus writing this out while 20 people got a car wash ahead of me. Total ripoff.

I’ve been a customer of this specific location for over four years. I’ve noticed how they steadily declined in quality compared to your skyline location this car wash is stingy on soap, shine and everything. Your skyline location actually submerses the vehicle in soap and ceramic protectant….you guys need to do better

They care more about quantity than quality. Dont waste your money. However, the staff is nice.

Used the dog wash. The water NEVER got warm. The water also smelled like raw sewage. We ask the manager if they were using well water. He said city. I doubt that period it really smelled awful. After telling him about our experience and never getting warm water to wash our dog. He never even offered an apology yet a contribution to our next visit. We will never go back there! This is the location on Pine Island Road. We have never been disappointed at the Cape Coral Parkway Location.

I worked with Brandon at Downtowners Pine Island location. He made the initial process very simple and returned calls promptly. The work was subleted out to Glass America Fort Myers which is where the experience dropped significantly. Glass America was less than helpful in setting a time on the date of install that the tech would be out and answering basic questions about the glass they use.The tech called on the date of install and came out at around the time he said he would. As he worked on my windshield I as working roughly 50 feet from him on another car when I noticed he was using a blower to blow glass from the car into the grass. I thought nothing of it and figured he would be using a shop vac to vacuum up the glass. Once the tech finished the job and left my fiance came outside with my infant daughter and immediately got several large pieces of glass lodged in her feet which caused her to fall to the ground with my daughter.After the incident I called Brandon and informed him and was told Id be receiving a call by Monday(6/17) and have not heard anything.Attached are some pictures of just a small portion of the glass that was left as I did not think to take pictures until I had vacuumed and cleaned up most of the glass.In addition the tech left a nice paint chip from using a pry bar to leave my hood open despite me offering to get a proper tool to open it to prevent damage.

Always works and is fairly quick. Has free vacuums as long as you get a carwash.

We have been customers of this facility for a long time but over the last few months the equipment has just not been maintained. I understand that covid has put a damper on getting parts but little soap, no hot wax or no rain-x, depending on the day, is just unacceptable. If these problems persist people will go elsewhere. Management needs some serious help.

It is very busy, especially on the weekends, but it is an awesome experience. The dog wash is awesome too and the soaps smell amazing!

Did a great job on my full size truck, yet wasnt too rough on the paint. Tires shined as well! The free vacuum and floor mat cleaner afterwords is a great touch.

Best car wash I have used. Buy the monthly deal for $19. Then you can get all the washes you want and they upgrade it to the next package. Vacuum is under carport for shade.

In pine island only, they should improve the vacuum system.

Absolutely love this carwash/dogwash/cycle wash. Its love bug season so I can use all the help I can get! And my truck is pristine inside and out every time. Because they also offer complimentary vacuums for all customers.

The Downtowner is the only place to go to get your car cleaned. There sites are Exceptionally clean, the staff is extremely helpful , knowledgeable and presentable. One pass through there car wash and your car looks better then new. Highly recommended!

I love this car wash. I got the monthly pass and can wash my car once a dayand I do. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor its si clean with tire shine.No bugs on the front of my car. The monthly pass is well worth the 36.00 a month versus paying 15.00 each wash. Its a no brainier. GET THE MONTHLY PASS

Very convenient and clean .Loved the stairs to the bath, the cut out in the side of the tub, so you could lean over. The credit card machine made it convenient rather than feeding unknown amount of dollar bills. Even has disposable aprons so you can stay a bit drier.

I would like to highlight manager/employee Andy from the Pine island Rd express car wash. Andy noticed my car still dirty from a diamond wash and immediately came over and addressed the situation. Before I could even inspect my car Andy was already by my side observing with me and suggested I take it through a second time to ensure a thorough clean. I did just that, and free of charge. Not only did Andy assist me in this regard, but moreover, the second trip through I had a plastic skid plate get ripped out from the belly of my vehicle. This was not their fault as this was an ongoing issue I have with my vehicle. Regardless, Andy attempted to assist by obtaining a carjack to raise my vehicle and even offered company zip ties to secure the skid plate. This unfortunately would not solve the problem as the jack was not tall enough for my low vehicle. Nevertheless, this particular employee made me feel valued and appreciated. Because of Andy I will continue to return. Thanks for your professionalism.

For a machine my truck came out great including the undercarrage wash. Also their vacuums really suck so there is another plus. No complaints about this location. The staff are seen every occasion keeping the place neat and orderly.

Automatic is convenient, but.... could they hand wash incoming vehicles any less? Just some cleaning attention to the wheels would be fair. I understand the liability potential, but we probably all opted out of making any claim when signing up.😊 Get your vehicle washed @ Downtown Express while Downtown Express is still newish.

Not much better then other automatic car washes but does get bugs off windscreen and employees are helpful.

After being a 2x a week customer for many years, I have decided to go elsewhere for my car maintenance. Equipment isnt fixed or maintained (2nd set of roof cloth cleaners hasnt worked in months), 1st set of rear body cleaners dont even touch my SUV, RainX jets are clogged alot, RFID system malfunctions and you have to sit and wait for an associate to push you through and lastly my SUV rear hatch is dirty and SUV is soaking wet after each wash and spending 10 minutes drying it off isnt fun. My best wishes to them in their endeavors!

I went to the car wash the other day and the salesman i think his name was ryan did an amazing job there. i did not know what i wanted to get and i have never been there before and he helped me through the whole process. overall great experience and would definitely go again. i’m definitely going to recommend this place to all of my friends and tell them about the amazing deal with the fast pass unlimited wash thing.

My daughter kept telling me about this place and saying that it’s amazing and there is a great deal with there washes. i went and it did not disappoint. made my car look amazing and the free vacuums at the end of the wash made it even better

Best car wash around. Its very pricey for the wax, rainex, tireshine washes. No coupons lately either.

The employees up front did not properly spray down our vehicle. We were rushed through the wash and when we were done our truck was still dirty. This is not a typical experience for us but we were very disappointed this time.

This car wash on pine island rd does not do a good job. The guys that prep the cars are lackadaisical. They do not do a good thorough job prepping the car. Also, three times in a row I left with white mist/ drops all over the windows... it must be soap. Anyway, I stopped going there because the wash job isn’t that good.

They did a great job and it only cost $6.

This is a good location. There is often a line but it goes quickly. The vacuums are free to use with a car wash. There is also a dog wash on site. The last time I was there someone can over because there were still some love bug marks and they offered to wash my car again. The bug marks were to old to remove completely but I was impressed that they noticed and were on top of it. I would highly recommend this location.

This carwash is absolutely amazing. Not only is your vehicle clean on the outside your rims are clean and shiney as well. Lets not forget to mention that the vacuums are FREE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MONTHLY VIP STICKER YOU CAN WASH YOUR VEHICLE EVERY DAY IF YOU WANTED TO..

There are always people there to help and answer questions. They keep people moving through, even when there are lines, I never feel like the wait is excessive. I also like going whenever I want with a monthly pass.

Terrific kids working here, (well, kids to me 🤭). Attentive, thorough. I park under a large tree with large birds that spans over my driveway. My SUV takes a pounding. For $20 a month, I can drive through this wash, a great prewash and wash, every single day if I need to. Its perfect for me 😉👍

The people that are suppose to guide you in at the beginning are never looking so I ended up scuffing my rim like the 5th time I went. They did nothing to reimburse me nor fix the rim. Basically a car wash ran my high schoolers

I used the dog wash. I’m very impressed with facility being clean and private for your dog. Washing was easy and shampoo worked well. The water was more on the hot side than warm. The only reason I won’t return is because I was so disappointed in the blow dryer. It was so weak it is impossible to get your dog even close to dry. I have a 65# Std Poodle, spent $20 in 30 minutes and still left with the dog dripping wet in my car. If you have a short hair breed it would be best. Long or double coated breeds bring your own equipment for drying.

Not happy pulled up there Sunday morning the other day I thought they were open at 7:00 employees walk right by my car got to be about 10 after I pulled up the website and noticed they dont open till 8:00 not one person came over to say anything about ready to drop my service I have with them

My wife and I love this specific car wash. We have the monthly subscription because our sprinklers leave nasty residue on the vehicles. A month and a half and I havent noticed any damage to the vehicle, just squeaky clean. Thanks guys!

I recently reached out to the office regarding the monthly fast pass. I was assisted by Kengon. His professionalism was outstanding, and the care and concern he displayed, made me feel like a truly valued customer.

They desperately need a leash hook up for washing large dogs like great danes on the ground. Once he was in (30 min later) it was all good! Saved me alot of money and time.
