Go to any of the other 15 car washes in Cape Coral. Place charge me $9 to shoot water on my car and when I tried to hand brush it to remove all the dirt that the spray missed. The machines do not work. Dont waste your time and go somewhere else

I use this place every Friday after work to clean my truck. Vac works great here but machines to buy supplies suck i always lose money in them Evrry time. I should learn by now. Abd a lot of broken wash bays that are closed.

I would give this place a negative start If I could. This guys owns 3 locations here in Cape Coral and they are all falling apart. Many months ago while I stopped at one of his other locations and like the others lacked maintenance. I called The number posted and received a call after 10 PM. The guy said he would send me a check for the poor performance of his locations and never did. 8 month later I’m still waiting and nothing has changed look at the Picture posted below where one of the washes packages offers a wheel cleaning but it’s missing brushes on the right hand side.

Didnt get the bugs off my car OR windshield!! I couldve done a better job with a garden hose 😡 bugs were only from ONE DAY.. Driving from Lakeland to Cape Coral!! Not worth the $7.

Two of the powerwashers did not work called for refund and still waiting to get a call back and a refund dont go here. The machine will robb you too! When swiping the debit card you dont realize you have swiped it more than once and it would charge you.

I wanted a touch less csr wash it scanned my card to pay for the ultimate wash and the machine wasn’t even working no blinking lights or anything and there was a hose in the driveway where you drive into the bay point is it better not have credited my card I will dispute it.

The one bay took 2.00 wouldnt take any more. Had to move to another bay. I do like this wash very much and will be going back.

I love this place because its affordable & its always open! You can literally go any hour to vacuum or clean your car! Its great!

HORRIBLE! They NEVER fill the high pressure soap... so I waste $3 just to rinse my car. Will not come here again. Needs new management/owner ASAP. Waste of space.

Great pressure for the first 2 cycles (@$3 ea). The last one started to sputter... Got it rinsed!!

If you follow my reviews then you would start to pick my finds, and my treasures...as this particular businesss that are still 100%functional but might be as new as the one just built down the street, well this is one of those places as well it is a little older but the trash cans are always emptied everything still fully functions and I havent had a problem yet we putting money into a machine not work were going to a vending machine there such as air fresheners or something and it not vend, has all the same amenities as in the new ones carpet shampooing, air fresheners, fragrance spray....etc, the best still still has the original prices, well lit at night for convenience of being able to see and for security.. and in a location wrhere it is by Walmart neighborhood stores and all kinds of shops so not too far off from base, 1.00 to vac and 1.25 to wash...Best part: NO LINES.. woohoo!!

This place is not maintained at all. There is never any soap in the spray wash so only go here if you like to pay for plain water.

I went to this place and had a few issues. At the payment kiosk, it said if you have any issues, please call ..., so I did. Spoke with a gentlemen who took my down my info and mailed me a cash reimbursement. Super professional. I will always go back to this place based on that transaction alone. Been a few times since and its been great

Paid 10 for ultimate wash, no undercarriage wash, one pass wash only spot free rinse and then blew it dry with the sprayers going. Pulled out looked at the job it tried to do and had to go down the end of the street pay 18 more to get another wash job done.

Every thing working as it should. New owner has definitely made a difference !

Everytime I stop there for a self wash something never works like tire cleaner or wax ect. The time you loose while changing the dial is ridiculous. And when you call the number to talk to someone about it strait to a full voicemail.

First stall I went in hose was ripped off the wall and laying on the ground, second stall I went in took three quarters then just quit taking them they would pass right through machine without giving credit, by the time you get enough in for it to start you just have to rush to wash.

Could use an update.

Car left dirtier than when I went in. Wasted money waiting for the soap brush to work and never did. Went to dry my car off and the air blower is as strong as a light breeze. already upset that my car now has spots all over it I go to vacuum it out only to find the vacuum can’t even suck up a gum wrapper... save your time and money and skip this one. Just throw a bucket of water on your car and you can get the same results

Save your money, this is the worst car wash ever. See my pic below, I had teeny bit of splashed mud, paid $9 for their ultimate wash and STILL HAD THE MUD! I took tissues out of my purse and was able to wipe off with tissue what the ultimate wash completely missed. I called the phone number posted, because the sign states, we really care. That was over a week ago, no reply, no refund on my card.

Its a pretty good place to wash your car. But they dont do so well and maintaining the car wash so youre getting a car wash with mostly no soap you pay for the best youre lucky if you get soap.

This is an old one that I like. (Im old too). There have been soap/wax/wheel cleaner out after I dropped a dozen quarters. I havent tried the newer one with a pet wash (I dont think I like the idea of a scarry cold bath). Shine on man.

I pulled in to use the automatic carwash. I selected the wash option. I then inserted my card to pay for the wash, and my payment was processed. I followed the prompt to pull ahead into the bay. After I pulled into the bay, nothing worked at all. I tried realigning my car, back up and then pulling forward again, and simply waiting. Nothing worked...This place looks run down, and not maintained.Lesson learned. I will not go back there again.

6-29-20 I wanted to use the touchless carwash I inserted 10 dollars inside the machine I didnt get no carwash and it kept my money , I called the number left a message lets see if they call me back

This is easily the worst car wash I have ever been to in my entire 25 years of living, none of these self car wash things work whatsoever and I think the entire place should be completely knocked down and rebuilt from the ground up. Go anywhere else but here

For $10 the drive thru automatic wash isnt worth it. Half of the wash didnt work! Not impressed.

Awful, never again. Old, faulty equipment, half of the time no soap, and very little pressure. I have called a few times to complain and never get a phone call back after leaving a message. Today was the worse, all the above and then I get charge $10 instead of the $4 dollars the label advertised for the wash. For every extra quarter I would put in as I was running out of time I was getting 20 seconds!!! Awful and can’t believe it’s still in business.

Decent car wash I like the do it yourself washes long as theyre maintained , one bay sprayer was under pressured, and credit card reader wasnt reading my card which is practically new so will update when I back there again

Vacuum works amazing

I washed my truck there today and If I could leave less than 1 star I would! The owner/guy that was working no sooner than I had gotten my quarters out of my bag came knocking on my window asking if I was going to just sit there or wash my truck. Cause he has people waiting! I told him I just got my money out and he said I needed to hurry cause there’s people waiting. The person behind me had pulled in less than a minute ago! So rude and unnecessary! And the high pressure soap barely had any soap in it! I won’t be going back there! Save your money and go elsewhere that is more friendly and actually has soap!

Not a bad do it yourself car wash

Been too sick to hand wash as usualso I went there for a quick touchless wash. Ordered the Deluxe wash. Machine applied the soap then proceeded to Not rinse but, instead, dry the soap on the car. 👎👎👎

This car wash is HORRIBLE!!! As stated by others, the card readers dont work, the air jets rarely work, and theres nobody around to help. I fed $10 into the machine yesterday and the high pressure nozzle didnt work, so that was useless. No resolution possible since I called the only number I could find for assistance with no answer and no return call. Please do not waste your money here!

Dont ever go to this car wash. The bill collector was broken on the touchless side so I decided to use the soft wash. It started up and a piece came flying out of the equipment, hit the hood of my car and put 2 small dents in it. I should have known better since there were so many bad reviews.

Ive been in the cape 20 years now. I remember when this car was was the only structure as far as the eye could see. I visited there today and washed my jeep wrangler. Directly to Kelly the owner ~ first off the 2nd from the left bay bill acceptor isnt working. No biggie, Im easy going, I went to the far left bay and wa-la, put in my six bucks.... now, There was an issue with the tire cleaning treatment and it simply wasnt working properly (my main reason for stopping there). I spoke with the attendant justin. He couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Still no biggie to me. My main point of this review is that justin was working really hard pressure washing the other bays. He addressed all my issues within his powers at the moment. Im a business owner and wanted to let you know Kelly that he did a great job today. Good employees are hard to find. I wanted to give justin cudos and for you to know about it. The other .maintenance issues, just fix them. Ill be back for sure. 4 stars for the facility, 5 stars for justin. Have a great day.El Jefe :)

Quite a few vacuum machines are out so I was ripped off twice. This place definitely needs some maintenance .

Dissapointing. The first two vacuums I tried had no suction. Frequently both change machines are out of service. I left feeling like I was ripped off.

Tried to do $7 wash but it couldnt read my 1st credit card, or my 2nd card. So i inserted $10. Couldnt get change, so... just ordered deluxe wash. Well, it got my truck really wet. But all the dirt is still there. They have self wash stations also. I am sure those work better. LOL. If you like having your car machine washed, you will need to go somewhere else.

Card readers don’t work, every bay is full of debris, and change machines frequently give wrong amount of change. Find another touch free car wash. This place is a waste of time.

I PAID $10 FOR THE AUTOMATIC WASH. IT WAS BROKEN, HOSE HANGING DOWN NO CAR WASH AND NO NUMBER TO REPORT A PROBLEM
