Fast, easy service. Called for a quote on a hot water heater and they gave me a price over the phone. Install was next day and went really smooth. Their techs Bob and Jeremy were really professional and the whole process was done in a couple hours. Good company, would recommend.

Bergau Plumbing is and remains our go to plumber for the past 3 years. Every tech who has serviced us has been courteous, professional takes the time to explain everything they are doing to repair the problem. Ralph has been here twice. Once for a backup and this time for a leak. He is so pleasant, focuses on getting the job done and gets it done in a timely manner!! From my initial call to the repair being complete it is always a pleasant experience.

Must Read!!!I am in the boat lift service industry. We recognize good communication and great service is a must. We also know how hard it is to find companies or people that give it. Just had a copper pipe break in our office. Late at night. Googled “ plumber near me” dialed the number. The receptionist was very nice and heard my urgency. 5 minutes later the Tech called. Called Bergau Plumbing at 7:56 am on Sat morning for a leak in our pool bath . By 10:10 am problem was fixed by Nick who was very courteous and efficient. We were shown what had failed, what the repair was going to be, and how the repair should prevent any problem in the future. Very pleased with service.

I was willing to pay for an estimate for the installation of a whole house water filter. They flatly stated that they dont give estimates and that it will cost me $98 dollars per hour. All this was stated without the person knowing which product I have. So let me get this straight...if they send me Charlie the Snail and he takes 2 days instead of 2 hours to do the job then its my tuff luck. I dont think so!.

After calling a different plumber who could not fix anything yet still charged us. We called Bergau Plumbing who sent out a Tech who fixed all our issue at a great price. I highly recommend Bergau Plumbing.

Professional - not out to sell you a lot of stuff to increase sales volume. Thats why they tell you - $ 98 per hour. When I called to schedule they told me up-front that I could buy one and theyd install it for me at $98 per hour. Nick did my work for me and was quick, clean, professional, knowledgeable. Fixed my problems with non-functioning shut off valves and installed a new toilet. I researched, compared and bought and lugged the toilet to the house. Saved me a lot of time and cost 1/3 what my last toilet cost for plumber supplied and installed. If you want a company that works to fix whats broken rather than to maximize revenues and sell you stuff youve always gotten along without - call Bergau.

Hot water heater burst recently while we were out of state. One call to Bergau and DONE. Courteous, professional, reasonable rates (especially with warranty pricing!), etc. Top-notch repair service! Color us GRATEFUL.

Two visits, still not fixed. Said a new valve is required. Spent $153 and master shower operates worse than before repair. Second visit, pounded on valve long and hard enough to pop nail through drywall and put dent in it. Office staff doesnt understand how that could happen, nor that the main shower worked fine before they got here. (Body sprays were to be fixed). Said they wouldnt even bill me, but Ive already paid $153 for work that left things in worse condition. Was told to call someone else, guess they dont stand behind their repairs...

Really hit or miss, had a great first experience with them doing great job for a very reasonable price. Then we needed a main drain snaked as there was sewage backing up in the toilet and shower. We were billed about $500 for Three hours of work and replacing the Johnny Ring in the bottom of the toilet, new bolts for the base, probably about $13 in hardware was $75. None of which needed doing, its clear if you have backup in toilet and a shower that the clog is NOT in the toilet. Called to talk with the owner, the receptionist was as far as we got. She broke down the charges and was extremely snotty and argumentative about the charges.Next time, call another plumber, thank you for the tip maam. We will.

Tried to call and get an estimate. Was hung up on twice by two seperate individuals. Refused to help and stated Do you want the service or not? Very rude! Will never suggest this company.

Had leak in bathroom. Called Bergau at 9.30am and Chris the plumber arrived at 11.00. Shower valve was leaking badly. Installed new one. Fantastic service.

Top notch customer service. They fix the problem the first time and they are usually early to the appointment.
