I contacted T&K when we realized one of our patio doors was not sealed properly causing water damage to our floor and wall. Peter called me right away to set up an estimate.Brian arrived the morning of the estimate and was kind and thorough with assessing what we needed done. We got the estimate very quickly and I knew based on the excellent responsiveness of Peter and Brian that we contacted the right company.The quote was very reasonable and T&K was able to fit us in quickly on their schedule. The morning of the work the crew showed up and walked through the work to be done and created a game plan, even taking the time to make recommendations on other work we needed done when asked. Kevin and his team got started right away and we couldnt have been happier with their work. Less than a full day later we had a brand new installed door and repaired flooring. They took the time to reinstall the burglary alarm sensors to the new door without us having to ask. They even removed debris and trash from other work we did ourselves prior to their arrival and put it in their dumpster for us. They were thoughtful, respectful, and very clean with their work. This coming came highly recommended via a Facebook page for Naples, and they truly lived up to the hype..and even surpassed my expectations.Great communicators, excellent response times, and a very friendly, conscientious team of talented detailed professionals. They were on-time or early every day, put in full days, and cleaned up after themselves daily. The attention to their actions, and insuring amazing customer service is an art form lost in most of todays business models, especially in the home work industry. Peter and his team remodeled my master bathroom. And I could not be happier!! From start to finish Peter and his wife Kates communication skills were amazing. Definitely great people! Peter and his team recently remodeled our kitchen after a water leak and replaced the flooring in 80% of home. They were able to accommodate all of our requests and offered valuable suggestions to make the final design better and more efficient. We felt their services were fair and reasonable. Everyone that we dealt with was great. Peter was very easy to communicate with and responsive to my questions and emails of which I had a few. Our job turned out to be a little bit more complicated than initially thought but he was very upfront and honest with what needed to be done. I’m very pleased with the final work and will use them again for any future improvements.

Very fast, professional and responsive. I bought a house and my insurance sent me notice that they were going to cancel my policy in a couple weeks unless I fixed water and ant damage under a window, wood damage in a door jambe, and the slope of my gutters. We had a satisfying experience with T&K, who renovated both our Master & Guest bathroom. The problems we had were delays from the Tile store and the Granite countertop people. These delays were NOT the fault of T&K and T&K was willing to accommodate the schedule changes due to these delays. The quality of the work and attention to detail were exceptional. I hope to have T&K work on our kitchen remodeling in the future.

We had a flooring project that desperately needed help! I called Pete with T&K Construction and they went above and beyond to help us get the project done in a very timely manner and done beyond our expectations! Pete was in contact with me all the time. If I called or texted him and he wasn’t available, he responded within minutes. I am a VERY PICKY person. I have high expectations and needed someone with an excellent work ethic. Peter ,owner of T&K construction, was a pleasure to work with. We were trying to manage a large repaire and rebuild project form 1200 miles away. Peter kept in constant contact with us so we always knew what was being done. And any questions or concerns were answered in a very timely manner. We have never worked with anyone who communicated as well as Peter. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner.He offered sugestions that were very helpful to us. T&K Construction and Remodeling was recommended to us by another company we were considering for a total remodel of our bathroom. Peter Ressa arrived on time, was friendly, and professional. He listened to what my wife and I wanted, and was quite creative in his own suggestions. This was a complete gut job requiring rewiring, plumbing, and expanding walls. His team removed the garden tub, moving the vanities there. The shower stall was removed, and the toilet was placed there. 1/3 of our bathroom is now a shower. The shower and flooring were tiled. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we dealt with was polite, and exceptionally competent. Folks were on time, communication was daily. Peter was always available for any questions, and made frequent visits. I dont want to offend anyone by omitting their names , but I must say their tile guy was incredible. The guys who did the drywall were wizards. I watched them with astonishment. Their painter matched the vanity color perfectly to the saloon doors, and that required multiple colors, as the vanity was distressed. The pricing was very fair, and they did a few repairs around the house that wasnt part of the contract. There are many more things I can say but after reading all of this you may not believe me. Of all of the home improvement companies I have ever dealt with, nobody can touch T&K. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

T&K Construction performed the repair after water damage to my condo. Their work was very neat and completed in a timely manner. Communication was great with frequent updates and quick responses to questions. I would recommend them to my best friends as I trust their work!!

After using the wonderful lawn service T&K provided, and having a more than pleasant experience, I felt the need to see if they could get some work done on the lowest room in our house, next to a very low sea wall. Drywall and flooring was rotting following a flood issue after a recent tropical storm in Matlacha. T&K, in a matter of a week, came in, tore out the old drywall, wood studs, and flooring, and placed in new wood, brilliantly suggested blanco tile, along with new drywall and a new coat of paint. The 3 or 4 guys that came over were extremely polite, especially the painter, Edward I believe. They worked extremely quick, but I dont believe the quality was faulted by that. We now have a beautiful gray marble-floored room restored after an annoying flood. Overall, the experience was more perfect than I expected, at a reasonable quoted price, (lower anyways than other contractors in MY area) and I would recommend both their contractor and lawn services to anybody. Very happy with the work done at my home.

I am so happy that I found T&K Construction and Remodeling through someone elses Facebook recommendation! I had a few projects in mind around the house, so I had them over to help with engineer a timeline and an order in which to do these projects. Although it was a smaller job, I wanted to start with a wall demo to open up the living room and the kitchen, and tackle the full kitchen and bathrooms in 2021. From the first interaction with Kate all the way through to paying my invoice, Ive had nothing but five-star service. Kevin and Peter came out as promised, we brainstormed my vision for removing this wall, and I had a quote the next day. I was so pleased with the price range that I wanted to schedule as soon as possible. Their demo team showed up on time and ready to work. They were polite, thorough, and efficient, cleaning and removing all the debris as they went. I love that they didnt just leave a pile: they were actively removing the bags and bulk materials, and then sweeping and shop-vacing, the whole time! Theyre super dog-friendly, which is a great plus - my dogs loved them. I was so pleased with demo. Their drywaller came the next day and did an over-the-top job. I wasnt even going to have them attempt to match the swirled-1970s ceiling pattern, but he gave it his best shot and it actually turned out really well. Drywall, too, cleaned up as he went and left the house as clean as it was when he got here. Communication is fabulous: check-ins at every stage of the process. Florida, let me tell you something: the days of unreliable contractors are done. These guys are complete professionals and have the know-how and the licensing to be a full-service remodel and construction company. The invoice came today and I was so pleased: not only was it right on point, it was at the low end of the quote. Im astonished: they say when you find a good company, you need to spread the good news, and Ill be doing that and then some. I cant wait to have them back out for my own kitchen and bath projects, but as a Realtor, I especially cant wait to have someone of this quality to be able to refer to my customers. A+ service - great job!
