Literally the worst haircut and hair cut experience Ive ever had. The lady was so miserable awkward the whole time missed huge patches of hair because of it. Really wish I could upload pictures of my head shaved a sideburns completely off left the other didnt line my neck up. Told her 3 on the sides heavier on top did my while head a 3 never used siccor. I love my haircut and the stylist was great but their system for appointments needs to be updated. I scheduled in the morning for a 9:30 and they did not have anyone available at that time even though it was available in the system. I waited almost a half an hour even though I made an appointment.

I work at this salon. This is a great Salon to come to especially since we have stringent disinfecting procedures and processes because of covid. Everyone who comes to the salon is required to wear a mask the whole time they are getting their service done. We have very nice upbeat clients that come to our Salon that we would like to thank and welcome back anytime they need their hair done. 🤗💖

Very long wait. I had an 11:30 appt and had to wait while and 11am appt was getting a haircut. We were the only 2 people there. The hair stylist wasnt done with the other lady until 12:45!!! I left without anything being done.

Worst haircut experience ever. Buzz cut took 50 minutes (about 40 minutes too long) and it’s all still a mess- as she didn’t use a guard on top- instead used a comb, even through that’s not what I asked for... Maybe they can cut women’s hair- they definitely can’t cut men’s... I’ll have to pay to have a simple cut fixed somewhere else.

I went in to get my hair dyed on a wednesday and they told me they couldnt do it that day to wait till the next. so i went back in thursday and they told me again they couldn’t do it because of the “storm” and to come the next day. so friday i went back in and they told me is to wait till 3:00 for the hair lady to come in to what i was asking. i came back at 3 and they said they didn’t know how to do it.

This salon is terrible. They are very unprofessional and the stylists are VERY inexperienced. I asked to have my hair cut into an Emo hairstyle and the stylist, Faviola, just cut my hair in layers and left it at that. I even had to go to a diffrent salon to get my hair fixed because it was so bad. I also once had my hair bleached and colored blue at Smart style salon with the stylist Rita. After my hair was bleached, she ran out of hair dye half way and instead of having me come in another day once they restocked more blue hair dye, she decided to walk off into Walmart and buy the cheap Splat blue hair dye that washed out in less than 3 days. So if u plan to get colors, alternative hair styles or just anything in general just go to another salon. It may be cheaper but you will have to waste more money fixing your hair after they screw it up.

Coloring services were great

I had a terrible experience, she cut my hair too short and a horrible hairstyle, and as soon as I got to the party and the steam of the hot weather, my hair froze leaving me like a lion in the middle of the party, stylists who have not Profecionalismo or experience with young people or people with long hair.

Took my elderly mother for haircut. We have been there previously and had good stylists. New stylist Heather cut my mothers hair. It was the worst haircut and style I have ever experienced in my life. She was not very warm or friendly. My mother looks like a man and the top of the hair had so much taken off and uneven she looks like a chicken. My Mom stands in front of the mirror and just cries because she looks so bad. There is not much you can do with it except let it grow out because it is so short! We normally had great stylists who were friendly and kind. Not sure what happened here but will be looking for the old stylists if they are still there and if not will be going elsewhere.

Yesterday I went to cut my hair and as I never imagined they gave me a terrible cut the employee Debrah DePhillips did not assume her mistake of having shaved more than the cut required I will not go again
