I went to fantastic sams 511 Pine Island Rd Cape Coral I called before I went and talked to a man (which I later found out was owner) I told him I had a coupon for a cut and color for $49 He asked me where I got the coupon and I said in the mail I showed the woman the coupon before she started When I was finished and went to pay I gave her the coupon She couldnt get it to deduct coupon She called 2 more employees to help They said I owed $80 because I have long hair My hair barely touches my shoulders She own trimmed ends It took her 5 minutes and she only touched up my roots I feel I was cheated and I wont go back They also said the owner didnt know what he was doing when he said he would honor coupon I wish I could tell owner how employees talk about him

She completely messed up my eyebrows and made them look completely un even before I went in there all I needed was a little off the bottom of my eyebrows now my right eyebrow is 45% gone 10/10 would never go back or recommend them to anyone. ( great price for it tho)

My wife went to Fantastic Sams on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. She wanted a hair cut and Coloring, blonde. What she got for almost $200.00 is brown hair. My wife told the stylist it was too brown. The stylist stated it would be OK after she washes her hair. It was not. She went back to the stylist to have her hair fixed the way she asked for. The stylist re-did her hair, but charged her an additional 60.00. I believe this is not right. If the stylist would have given my wife what she asked for in the first place, we wouldnt have wasted time and been charged twice!

I just got my hair done here and it looks beautiful. I will definitely be back.

I followed Melanie and Mireyli from another salon. They are the best. I first met Melanie and she had me at Hello. What a professional! I walked in one time without an appointment and Mireyli attended to me and Wow! What a super Fantastic person also. I love them both and have been going to them for years. These ladies are careful, attentive and up to date with the times. I love Fantastic Sams in Cape Coral! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic prices, wonderful staff. Ive been here in Florida since 2006 and this is by far my favorite hair salon. Ive been there three times already to get my hair colored and highlighted, my hairstylist does it perfect every time . And I will keep going back. Melanie there is wonderful. They Treat you like a person not just a number to get you in and out. They spend time with you! I highly recommend the one on Pine Island Road near the Super Walmart in Cape Coral

My wife had her hair cut here , shes very picky and sometimes in the past shes waited way too long to get a haircut because she wasnt sure of the place or stylists , then when it comes to adding highlights , in most cases shed rather get a cut and have her daughter do it at home , however because she loved the haircut she received at Sams so much , she liked the fresh new cut , that was up with the times. So she had highlights put in and in the 5 yrs we been to Florida she got the best haircut to date and it is growing in nice too. Shell definitely be getting her next cut at Fantastic Sams.

I had a great experience today! My stylist Lisa was very detailed in my consultation. I brought in pictures and we discussed every aspect of the cut, from the texture of my hair to my lifestyle, and even discussed color lines. She was very professional and didnt freak out when halfway through the cut I revealed ,I too had been a stylist for many years and had worked at a fantastic sams once in my career. She cut 12 inches and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the visit! Thanks Lisa Great Job!! I will return again

JAMIE IS AWESOME!!! She always does my hair so beautifully and is the sweetest stylist. I am moving and will miss coming here! I highly recommend! They do get very busy during snow bird season or the beginning of the school year so it is always best to call and make an appointment, especially Sundays, to assure you dont have to wait. When I make an appointment, I always get right in :-)

Came in at 3. 3 stylists working. 1 customer was having a perm, another man just finishing up. It wasn’t busy. I came in and wanted a trim, just a trim. Was told to come back in 1”5 hrs. I said, aren’t “walk ins” welcome. The short brown hair persons said, “ yes, you walk in and we tell you when you can have an appointment”. I’ll never be back.

First time in area. Always scary to find new beautician. By luck I got Melanie. She is great! I didn’t even have to go home to refix hair. Did it just the way I like it and she was very easy to talk to.

Fast friendly service, they did a wonderful job with my perm and cut in record speed, no pain, and very little waiting. Looks and feels great!

Went here an hour before they closed and the hair stylist was so pleasant and did my 14 month olds first cut for him. She did an incredible job and was so friendly, wish I could remember her name but I will be seeking her out again! Highly recommended.

I had my hair cut at Fantastic Sams this week, and I am very satisfied. I did not have to wait, the stylist asked how I wanted it cut and she was very professional. I have been getting my hair cut at Fantastic Sams for 9 years, and for me it is the obvious choice. The coffee is always good and I like the TV. The stylists are good people, talented and very personable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am here at 3:00 during normal business hours. They are not open-door locked, signs off. there is no sign on the door stating otherwise. If youre not going to be open, then dont post hours online. THANKS!!

If you want a fabulous cut and style be sure to ask for Jaime, she is absolutely amazing! In the little coupon books you get in the mail, they have coupons for this place. Make sure to ask for a card, after 9 haircuts the 10th is free. You can make appointments so you dont have to wait!

Called on a Saturday to see if they could fit me in for a root touch up. I arrived at 11:50 and appt was set for noon . Lobby was full so I asked if they were sure they could fit me in and they said yes. Needless to stay I left 2 and a half hours later with wet hair. Basically they were overbooked and the stylist although polite was overwhelmed and was working on 2 other peoples hair even after mine had processed. She then said I know youre attending a wedding so youre welcome to go before i blow dry...WHY WOULD I LEAVE WITH WET HAIR WHEN I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE?! The icing on the cake is that I had a $10 off coupon from corporate Fantasic Sams that they would not accept because it wasnt the location I got the points at. SO i complained that not only is my hair not dry but i was expected to pay full price for an incomplete service and unable to use my earned gift. They concluded to giving me $5 off and I was late to my friends wedding where I had to put my hair in a bun due to lack of time. I suggest you try ANOTHER Fantastic Sams location

Noni gives really great haircuts! Women could be a bit more friendly when you come in, Im usually greeted by sour faces, but other than that, clean environment & they are friendly once you get in the chair.

I have been going to this location for a few years now only because its close and decently price. Today was my last straw with this place. EVerytime I go, I make a call ahead, which apparently doesnt mean anything when you get there.I called at noon for a 5:15 appointment, and when I get there the unfriendly lady told me is was a 2 hour wait. And then told me that the people in the waiting room have been there for more than 12 minutes so my call ahead didnt matter. They only do 7.95 haircuts for kids on Wednesday, so that is why I made my appoint for my son this day. I told her I would come back the next day for my 7.95 haircut since I had already called ahead for that day. She was rude and was no help whatsoever. The older lady she may be mid 40s early 50s with the blonde hair is always rude and has a sour face when you come into the location. This will be my last visit here.

Went in for highlights, show the lady a picture of what I wanted she sighed so loud as though she was annoyed with what I had asked. Said she could put brown highlights in cause the other stuff was too much to do. So I let her first of all she didnt even lighten my hair just put brown dye on black hair.... So I paid 70 dollars for no reason.

Walked in and asked for two trims the lady goes nope we are booked for the day. We look on the outside and it says no appointments needed they weren’t even busy at the moments and trims don’t take very long.

I went to go get a trim cause Im growing my hair out long, so i walk in and say that i DO NOT want the front cut (i was getting my hair cut from the manager), because Im growing it out a very specific way and very long. So she goes straight for the front and cuts it so dam short, Im very upset at how bad she did and i will not recommend or ever come back.

Came in before 2 pm, there was one other person in the lobby and about 4 in chairs. He said it’d be a half an hour wait, so I came back 20 minutes later. They’d taken two more people besides the woman in the lobby, and then proceeded to take two more and not me. I waited an hour and left to go somewhere that’ll actually be professional and take people who have been waiting.

Cut my hair too short on the top and sides look chopped. Guess they cut hair the way they want not what you want!!
