I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Rob, the owner, went above and beyond to help me. He was a god send in this process. My car got backed into and it damaged a lot of the passenger side in the front. There were not any body shop with openings for three weeks and then I found this one and decided to call. Before I found this shop I felt at a loss and defeated because I did not feel safe driving my car having a small child. I went there and got a quote in less than an hour. There were no hidden costs and no extra costs from the original quote when I picked it up and paid. Rob fit me into their schedule as soon as I got the funds from the person who hit my car. Rob ordered the parts the day I called him and they arrived two days later! I was blown away at how fast he worked me in too. To make things even better his team and he got my car finished two days early!!!!! He even gave my car a full detail and touched up all the problem spots on my car. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a really long time. Please, do not go anywhere else to get any body work done. This is the place to have it done at!

Let me start by saying I generally dont take the time to leave reviews, but I do read them and weigh them out. Collision experts definitely made me want to take the time and write this review. And let me tell you all the positive reviews they have are accurate.Rob and the boys were awesome to work with. They actually do care and will do what it takes to do it right and make sure your happy.I had a brand new truck, I slightly veered to the right and swiped a mailbox mounted too close to the road!! (Half my fault.) To say the least I was crushed. Well they got my new truck back to looking brand new and healed my broken heart! And even did some Customs paint work. Rob went above and beyond! Not only fixed the issues from the accident, but every other scratch on my 9 yr old car as well. He also completely detailed the interior and buffed the headlights at no extra cost. Had to return for a minor issue one week after picking it up and was taken care of in mere minutes at no charge. When my husband and son had an incident with our 16 LaCrosse I knew exactly where I had to go. My company and techs have used Rob and the entire crew several times and the results have ALWAYS been outstanding so they told me I had to give Collision Experts a try. Im extremely glad I did. I met with dad (Robert) first and he had my estimate to me in a timely manner. It was detailed and was spot on. There were no hidden costs, etc. I dealt with Rob (son) after that and he too is amazing to work with. The entire crew went above, beyond and back again and then some from start to finish.Our LaCrosse has one of the specialty paint colors that is hard to match due to the flecks in it. But they did it! It matches 100%. The damage was on a body crease on a door, and ran against a piece of decorative molding. They assured me they could fix this without replacing the door. Something my husband was worried about. The guys managed to fix the area, repaint it, applied new clear coat to the door, they even touched up any chips and minor scratches that life has thrown at this car in the past 5 years. Added to this they detailed the interior, the engine area, plus fully detailed the exterior before handing the keys to me. (Which totally impressed my extremely picky husband.)I will definitely be using these guys again if theres ever a need. Were also going to look into their auto repair shop when needed.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Collision Experts with Rob and his crew. My 2019 Expedition needed some front end body work , so from a recommendation from a friend I stopped by their shop. From my first meeting with Rob I knew this was going to be my go to for this job. He was every professional and explained all the details of the job and made sense of the insurance side of things(this was my first accident in 20yrs). After dropping the vehicle off Rob kept me informed during entire process, through email , text and some videos. What a nice feeling knowing your vehicle was coming along. Although I never met any of the shop employees, their work and attention to detail was amazing!! They went above and beyond for me. Collision Experts repaired a failed manufacturer defect in my vehicle and showed the utmost Professionalism and craftsmanship during the repair. First let me start by saying my wife found this place during the pandemic. Someone had backed into her car and she took to see Rob. The amount of time and care they took on her car was like it was there own car. The paint job was amazing. The car looked brand new and it was 6 years old.Now comes my story. I have a 2016 Corvette and someone in a parking lot hit my front fender. I took it to Rob immediately that day for an estimate and easy to say I had it within 30 minutes. He works with the insurance company and goes above and beyond what anyone else does. In my opinion they are the best body shop around. My truck is a 2013 F150 Platinum. Issue: Paint bubbles around high brake light. Cause: Rain/water leaking in around the high brake light assembly. This is a known defect in the Ford trucks yet Ford will not accept responsibility. A military friend of mine is an insurance estimator and informed me of what this repair should cost - and - advised me to take it anywhere else but a Ford dealership. Based on the Collision Expert reviews I went to this shop for a quote. The outside area, office area and work area is clean, orderly and well organized. Good sign that they care about their business. In the office the owner has his military discharge form posted on the wall along with his college Bachelors Degree. Good sign for me as a fellow veteran and recipient of a Bachelors degree. The quote received was lower than expected and when questioned, the owner informed me that this is what the repair should cost. I left the truck with Collision Experts for repair. When the truck was ready for pickup I noticed that Collision Experts washed the truck and put armor all on the tires. I brought my truck in clean and they returned it to me clean. I also noticed that several parking lot scratches had been colored in with matching paint. I was given a small bottle with a paint dobber for future use. I also noticed that a small quarter sized ding in the tail gate had been pulled out. The colored in scratches and ding were done at no extra charge - NO EXTRA CHARGE. When I went over the bill I saw that it did indeed actually cost more than the quote from Collision Expert. The cost was right where my military friend said it should be. I offered to pay the full cost however the owner refused saying that he stands by his original quote. For those of you who are contemplating hiring Collision Experts for your car/trucks body work I urge you to go to their shop and take a close look. This IS the shop your looking for. Go ahead and get your comparisons, as the owner of Collision Experts will tell you that himself - but - if you want good quality work at a very fair price - Collision Experts is who you want working on your vehicle.

I went in with chipped paint on my hood. I went in for an estimate. In under five minutes, I left with the paint repaired and I wasn’t charged. He also sent me home with the small bottle of paint that he used for future chips. Real, great people!

Repaired my Corolla after a small accident in my driveway left it with no front end. The paint matching is fantastic and body panels line up just like they would have from the factory when the car was new. Robs a great guy and the guys he has there with him do extraordinary work.

My 2009 BMW 335 had some severe sun damage as well as some minor scrapes and bumps from shopping carts to the front and rear bumpers. The father and son owners of Collision Experts obviously take great pride in their business, which includes both a body & fender shop and more recently a full service auto repair shop. That pride is clearly represented in the professionalism of their employees, the appearance of the office and shop areas and the exceptional level of their customer service.I recently stopped into their shop to see if they could do a paintless dent repair on a 3 inch crease that some careless person left for me on the right rear fender of my Suburban in a local Home Depot parking lot.Rob Velasco (the son and former Marine) saw me drive up and immediately came out to introduce himself and ask how he could help me. When I explained what I was hoping to have done he informed me that while they didnt do the paintless dent repairs he could give me the business card of someone that they highly recommend for that type of repair. He also offered to have me stop back after the repair was done and he would have one of his body shop guys buff out the area to help my fender look like new again.Long story short: I contacted the paintless dent repairman who came to right to my house and did an excellent job getting the crease to disappear leaving only a few light scuffs and scratches. I went back to Collision Experts and this time met Robert Velasco (the father) who had my truck brought immediately into the shop where one of his men buffed out the dent repair area (as well as an additional area nearby that needed a little buffing as well). When they finished the entire fender did indeed look brand new again!Cant thank both Bobs enough for helping make this entire process seamless.I would highly recommend Collision Experts for anyone looking for major or minor paint and body repair work.

I had some work done on the front fender of my truck. I grade businesses like this on three factors. Price, workmanship, and customer service. I had an insurance claim, so price was not a factor. No matter where I went, I would pay the same amount of my deductible. With that said, the price must have been fair, because the insurance company paid it without issues. The work I had done was completed about a month ago. I wanted to wait a little while to ensure the quality. The truck is a 2018, and very low miles, so it was imperative that the quality was high. The first day out, it looked brand new, and still does. No bubbles, runs, drips, or errors. Excellent quality of workmanship. The customer service portion is the best of the three, even though the other two were high. Rob went over the entire vehicle, took care of all tiny scratches, gave it back to me better than ever, clean and shiny, inside and out! Also, I called my insurance company for the initial claim, and gave them a report of what happened, and Rob took it from there. I did not have to do anything else with the insurance company. Rob copied me on all e mails. Wonderful, wonderful experience. He’ll even make sure kids have a TV to watch, and snacks in the airing room. Rob is also a fellow veteran. Awesome owner, and workers. Do not bother with anyone else. Ever.

I decided to get a quote from Rob to repair my truck. They were very professional and quick to get me the estimate. I liked that they had a lot of reviews and many were recent. I decided to get a second opinion but really wanted to go with Rob and his company. I shared that estimate with Rob and he actually beat that estimate and I had the work done with them. I cannot tell that the truck ever had any damage. They cleaned and detailed my truck before returning it to me. Excellent family run business. I will go there again.

Collision Experts is the latter variety. Rob has one thing in mind...serve his customers to the best of his teams ability. He is a no-fuss, no-muss, exceed your expectations kind of guy,. I managed to drive too close to a sturdy bush in my brand new Prius. It looked like the car had been keyed. These guys got great reviews so I stopped by to see what could be done. 20 minutes later, I left with the car showing no trace of the 5 scratch. They had polished/buffed it out on the spot...I was speechless. Rare service in this day and age!

Took my truck into Collision Experts of Cape Coral a few times over the past month and every time they went above and beyond to make my truck look perfect. They installed a Rough Country Lift Kit, Flow Master Outlaw Exhaust, Custom Rims/Tires and K & N Cold Air Intake. The guys over there were very reasonably priced and got the work done quickly. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure.

I know its hard to believe but this place is just as good if not better than the reviews make it sound. Rob the owner is a courteous professional who truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. My drivers door handle broke off my car so Rob had ordered one for me. The only way to get into my car was to go through the passengers side and climb over the center column to get to the drivers side. Rob had one of his staff replace the drivers handle with the rear door handle so I could at least open the door till the new handle arrived, and he did it for no charge. When my new handle came in they had it replaced in minutes and I was on my way. If you want old fashion customer service from true professionals this is the only place to go. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

Rob went way beyond what was necessary, including replacing door handles, fender trim, and fixing a dent that was unrelated to the accident, and the best part all for free. He detailed the truck and delivered it to my home when the work was completed. Amazing! If there was a ten-star review, he would get that. Definitely recommend this veteran-owned shop to anyone for anything.

Wow, incredible customer service which is not common in this area. All I needed was power window motor/regulator replacement. But cost was way less than dealer would have charged and even used OEM parts. And work was quick. No question I’ll be back if needed.

Brought in my car after ford wanted to charge me 600 dollars for minor fixes. Robert the shops owner was polite, friendly and had a great eye for detail. With me being 16 years old they could’ve taken advantage of me by overpricing the work they did for me. Even though it was just a paint job on a mirror cap they could’ve ripped me off but instead Robert, the owner said he will do it for me for free! I really appreciate all the kindness! After a small fender bender involving our own 2 vehicles we contacted Collision Experts after a referral from a friend. From the initial conversation to the day of getting the vehicles back the communication was clear and professional. The shop and bay themselves are neatly kept which shows the care that is given to their craft. The cars were returned back pristine and in better shape than I left them. The lines were seamless where the repairs were made and the paint work was awesome. There were no orange peels or other other blemishes. I would certainly recommend them to any looking for an automobile shop.

I have NEVER given a perfect rating for anything. As a snowbird (and a female), I expected less than stellar customer service/quality of work. I have never been more wrong. I had a problem with my drivers-side door that another place said could not be fixed without rust work. He (the loser other guy, who was supposedly the car door expert) told me Id be better off taking my car to Ft. Myers, that prices were more competitive there. Rob (at CE of CC) even allowed me to watch, as he and a member of his staff fixed it in less than an hour. And, there was no rust. If you have ANY doubts about where you currently take your car, make sure to check out Collision Experts of Cape Coral. Its unfortunate that they do only body work; Id take my car there for maintenance in a flash.
