High rates compared to others. When I added my teen it skyrocketed, which is to be expected, but I tripled. Even the rep was shocked. She promised me (after being a customer for 2 years) that she would search for better quotes and call me back. Never heard from her again even after leaving messages. Found a quote that was HUNDREDS elsewhere on my own. Call to tell them I need to cancel and they refuse without me taking time to drive there. Nothing will/can be done if you are not in person. Just throwing that in there for those who have jobs. Do your research first. There are many cheaper options around!
