Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yelling from another area can I help you. Then telling me I can’t help you. I am not licensed for life insurance, even though your sign says life insurance. The fact that you did not refer me to your associate who does offer life insurance in your own office speaks volumes. I came in with an issue on my fathers policy. The policy is 48 years old, obviously a loyal client who also has car insurance with Allstate. What you missed is that I was looking to buy a life insurance policy once we got my fathers account updated. Your associate did not care at all about my fathers issue or that we were directed by Allstate to stop in any office. She told me to go ahead and complain everyone else does. If you represent Allstate I want nothing to do with you, your company or any company you represent. This will definitely be a topic of conversation with friends, family and social media.

Great agency. Ive been using this place for years for several insurance needs: homeowners, auto, personal liability, and scheduled jewelry. They do a great job. Good rates and an excellent staff that is very knowledgable and responsive.

Been a long-time client (9+ years) and am quite upset by the lack of customer service I have received recently. What ever happened to good ole customer service? I get what I get, there is never an agent reach out to me to see if/what they can do, add or change up my policy. I have reached out to Kevin direct - lets see how this goes.. If the proprietor is unable to assist & provide service; seemingly I need to take my business elsewhere. Will add on to this review once I speak with the owner..UPDATE - after speaking directly with Kevin Schuman; with his candor & our conversation - this was a miscommunication & both sides owned up to having a part.. Kevin put Robert Stockwell on the case & I am now happy to say that I have the coverage I want & need & EVEN MORE!! This was quite redeeming & I am pleased to continue on with this agency for my insurance needs.. Kevin - thank you for taking the time to for us to talk it out.. And to Robert Stockwell (remember that name folks) you were GREAT!!!!

Having been dealing with the Kevin Shuman Agency, for roughly 30 years (that speaks for its self) I am always amazed at how well we are treated, how quickly questions get answered, and any problems are resolved fast! I LOVE dealing with Ashley, and in the past, and sometimes still, Kevin himself! Not the closest Allstate agent to where I live, but with the great treatment we get, not changing agents!!

This AGENCY does not provide all the facts upfront.I was with another car insurance company and I moved to Allstate to save money. I have an excellent driving record with no tickets or accidents for more than a decade. After they took my money, they were harassing me for more documentation since it was not done correctly initially. DONT USE THIS AGENCY!!

Kevin and his manager went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied, especially when there was a misunderstanding regarding my policy. I appreciate a company that does that and just doesnt let you hang or leave.

Great service and customer experience. I got a lower price than the company I had been with for over 15 years!!!
