Alex gave me a good price on a new 16 seer 3 ton air conditioner with heating unit, and answered all my questions--before and after I told him he had the job.He and his employee came on the appointed day and installed. They were respectful of my property, and unlike many workers, paid close attention to keeping the doors to my house closed since I have a small dog who would love to have scooted out!When they left, all was working and all the mess was cleaned up.It was a simple, straightforward interaction all the way through. You have to of had bad experiences when dealing with construction or an upgrade done to your home. In my experience it has been: not showing up, showing up late, not finishing the job, not getting what you wanted, and cost over runs.
