I had my car repaired at Superior last Saturday and the guys there were amazing! Even though they were closing at 1 and I didnt contact them til after 11 that morning, they stayed late to help me and another customer. What great service and the price was reasonable. We were in Cape Coral for vacation and the A/C went out in our truck. They got us in quickly, and drove my husband to enterprise to get our rental car. They were very friendly and professional. We got our truck back the same day and the price was lower than expected. Highly recommend Superior Auto Care. Our vehicle had a sudden transmission problem. We had the car towed to them on the advice of AAA over the 4th of July weekend. They diagnosed and repaired the car quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them. Professional, polite and honest repair shop.

I had the BEST experience here! They were so nice AND HONEST! I took my truck to the dealership first when my AC stopped blowing cold air. The dealership quoted me 4,000 to $6000 to fix the problem and gave me a big story of why it was going to be so much money. I contemplated trading the truck in because its only a 2017 but something made me stop at superior auto and I didnt say anything to them about the AC and the dealership quote. I just had them do a random diagnosis check.... Long story short they fixed not only my AC problem but I got a lot more services done also... the brakes, transmission, AC, and tire issue and walked away only spending $1,500 dollars. I even got a a screw in my tired literally the day after I took it home and went back there and they not only plugged it for FREE but had me in and out so quickly! I cant say enough great things about these guys. Best mechanic experience Ive ever had. And EVERYONE knows its hard to find good honest mechanics unless its a personal friend 🤷🏼‍♀️

Been here in Cape Coral 5 years and a year and a half ago , I finally found an honest auto repair shop I can trust to do the right thing and not try ripping you off. My nephew had gotten a quote for his front end suspension work on a 2007 Ford F150 at a Tire Kingdom in Port Richey . They wrote everything they were going to do and gave him a price. I went and saw Albert at Superior Auto Care and without telling him the price that I was quoted , I told him everything that I needed. He gave me a price $300 cheaper than what Tire Kingdom wanted to charge. Needless to say, the truck was fixed and everything is perfect. Ive had other things repaired with my Chrysler 200 and was always satisfied with the prices, quality of work and the way I was treated. I always recommend them to every one of my friends if they need repair work done . They have a customer for life in me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest repair shop.

Had my front breaks completely replaced and put back together. They were locking up and getting very hot. The manager was very courteous and well mannered. The prices are very competitive, lower than most. The manager explained everything to me!!! I will be returning here for all of my household car needs from now on! After calling several places everyone said they would charge me to look at my car. I called Superior and they said they could check my car the same day AND NO CHARGE! So I decided to give them a try. I brought my car in and spoke with Albert. They quickly checked my car only to find out there was nothing wrong with it. Just a faulty code from a loose gas cap. I would like to thank them for not taking advantage of me, they definitely earned a new customer!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Spoke with Louie before leaving my car here about the issue I was having with my 350z and the steps needed to be taken to repair it. Before leaving I made sure he felt comfortable with performing the work needed. He said absolutely and it would be a 6hr job. This was at 12pm Monday. Get a call the following day at 9:30 saying he doesn’t now feel comfortable doing the job and it would now be 10hrs and he would need to keep the car for 4-5 days. Trying to speak to him he hangs the phone up on me and walks out of the office when I try to speak with him. Shady business practices here. Don’t tell a customer you can perform a job and the next day go back on your word. Look elsewhere.

Really great. I had some other mechanics look at my car and they never were able to find or fix the problems it was having. Dale found the problems (faulty temp sensor and switch, plus issues with the front end suspension) and fixed them. Fast turnaround time too.
