This guy, Danny. He is on point and knows exactly what to do. He came in like a Texas twister, took care of our unit and left within 20 minutes.

Called them at 5 pm today about condensation leaking through our ceiling. They came out around 8 pm the same day (night), and quickly fixed the problem. Very pleased with the quick service.

My air conditioning unit quit working on a weekend. Several places were closed and others charged $109 and up just to come out and look. Other services also stated that I would be put on the list and It would be hours before they made it. PAUL AIR was there within 20 minutes and fixed the problem cheaper than it cost for anyone else to come out and look. He was very professional and reasonable. I highly recommend his service

My wife and I used this company in 2016 through a home warranty company. Paul Air Heating and Air Conditioning fixed a leak in the drain line. It has been approximately 10 months since that repair. After closer inspection, it is apparent that he did not fix the leak, just taped it, and it is leaking again. We contacted the home warranty company again and the assigned Paul Air Heating and Air conditioning to repair it. The tech called and said he would be there and never showed. Since he called we have been unable to contact him and the home warranty company states that he will not return their calls either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
