We were having AC issues of not blowing cold air. We called and left a message which they called back. After calling us back they were here in 30 minutes or so. Jose with Grizzle came out and diagnosed our system, finding a faulty/burned up electrical box. The part had to be ordered, but rather than leaving us in the heat waiting for the part, he set up a temporary fix which allowed AC use! After getting us up and running he and made recommendations about maintenance and service to help make our other unit last and run a little easier. Jose was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would definitely recommend and will be calling Grizzle in the future should we have any more issues.

Our AC went out in the early afternoon so I called Grizzle to get the soonest appointment. They sent James Phillips out just a couple of hours later and he had our system fixed like new in under an hour. He showed me the faulty part and tested it in front of me to reassure me why it needed replaced. I also inquired about replacing our thermostat with a smart unit and he educated me about the types and is coming back to install it when it arrives. This is an all-around great company that I will continue to use.

We had new heating and air units installed in our home by Grizzle. We have a 2-story home and it has always been very difficult to control the temperature on each level. They put separate units on each level and made it much more comfortable and efficient for us! They gave us a better price than any the other quote we received for extremely high quality units. They were VERY professional and efficient. They showed up right on time and and were super friendly and helpful!!

Joey and Sergio were extremely professional. Upon arrival they explained their process and let me know that keep me informed of any issues. At the completion of the install while testing the system they explained care and preventative maintenance procedures that I could do in order to extend the life of the system. Our HVAC went out on a Friday and parts couldnt be found to repair our 40 year old system. Monday they came out for the quote and installed the new system on Thursday. They loaned us 3 portable AC units to cool the house while we waited. Overall great experience and quick installation. All the technicians were professional.

Grizzle is the best HVAC company in Amarillo, hands down! Paul has to be the MVP, too! I have had nothing but problems with my system for the last 6 years. I even purchased a whole new system and the problem was not resolved. I have had at least 8 HVAC companies to my house to diagnose the problem in that time. None of them diagnosed it correctly. That is, until Paul came out. The time Paul spent here was the most informational help I have ever received on the subject. All most all the info he gave me I could do myself. Jose Santes & Johnathan Lofton we’re both super friendly and professional. Jose was on call on a Friday night and was the only technician from about 15-20 HVAC companies that where listed as 24 he services that called me back on a Friday night at 11pm. Jose did everything he could spent 3 hours on my unit to try and get it going. After he found out the compressor had seized up, he even went to their shop and got me a standing air conditioner unit to get through the weekend, all this at 2 am. Johnathan came out Monday and shot me straight on what I needed and was honest with me even tried to take a few things off to save me money that I ended up buying anyways. This kind of service is hard to find these day. Congrats to Grizzle for hiring these two outstanding workers! If only we all could find workers like these two these days!

Great experience. We originally called to get a quote on moving our current HVAC unit so that we could remodel our attic space into a bedroom. Jonathan answered my 10 million questions and addressed all of our concerns. Through a terrible series of bad luck on our part (and pore install job of our previous unit) we needed to replace the entire unit. Jonathan worked with us to make sure it was affordable and again spent a countless amount of time and phone calls to answer all of my questions and providing several quotes so that we could choose the option we were most comfortable with. There was never any pressure to buy or fix more than what was needed and he gave us his honest opinion of what he would if he were in our shoes. I appreciate the friendliness, honestly and compassion he showed during a rather frustrating situation. We have had several other companies come out in the past but we will be sticking with Grizzle from now on. I highly recommend then to anyone needing routine maintenance to major work. They have a customer for life with us.

Our air conditioner started having some problems, we called Grizzle and they fixed it on a Sunday for us no problem! Jose was awesome!

James and Jonathan at Grizzle were absolutely fantastic. We were in a bind with an older condenser that failed, but the furnace unit was still good. It was an R-22 system, which is not used now. They found a new R-417 condenser unit that allowed us to save thousands of dollars and reuse the furnace unit. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!Two weeks after I wrote the above review, my air handler fan motor and control board, installed by another company about 8 months ago, burned out and failed. Having no faith in the other company, I called Grizzle and Joey(who had installed the condenser mentioned above)came out and diagnosed and replaced the faulty parts. Again, 5 star service. Completely satisfied.

Excellent service. Needed a whole new air conditioning unit during the summer heat wave. Installed our new unit earlier than scheduled, and let us borrow a cooler unit for our home free of charge. I really want to thank the installers. The technicians were very polite and considerate of my spouse who was asleep after pulling a 12hr shift. They were also very friendly and understanding when my dogs and cats wanted to help. Even with that, they finished the entire install and had the house cool again before my kids came home from school. The best part was they didnt nickel and dime everything. The quote I got from Guadalupe, was the price I paid. No hidden fees, no silly service charges. This is truly a customer service company and I have been recommending them to everyone. I have dealt with Grizzle Heating and Air since 2001 when I bought a new heating and air conditioning unit. It was installed with great care and virtually problem-free. Recently I had to install a new hot water heater next to the unit and had to have the freon line rerouted so to be out of the way of installing the hot water heater. Mister Guadalupe Campos manager of the canyon office came to my house and assess the situation and gave me a quote which I deemed reasonable. His workers arrived the next afternoon and did the work which took about 4 hours and did an excellent job of rerouting the line. I gave Grizzle a call when my heater worked that night when I went to bed but when I got up the next morning it was 56 degrees in the house. They came within an hour of me calling and took great care of me. The part that went out was still under warranty and I had heat again in one day. Really love the great personal service I got.

Blower motor went out on a Saturday morning. Called Grizzle and Jose came out. Unfortunately, Grizzle didnt have the correct blower motor in stock. Instead of having to pay for the warehouse to open on a Saturday, Jose found a suitable blower to get us through the weekend. Monday, Jose was able to get the correct motor and installed it for us. Jose even fixed a duct that had torn at no charge. Above and beyond.
