I bought a watch here and it lost time. The owner replaced the battery without question. This did not solve the problem. I waited quite awhile to take the watch back and I could not find my receipt. The owner replaced the inside workings for free. I was so thankful. I love my watch!

My dad and I have been taking our watches here for years. I have been living out of the state for a while but every time I have a watch problem I save it for when I come home to go to Watchworks. Thank you for your continued great service and for being a staple in the community!

Great service!I took in and older timepieces with a broken stem and scratched crystal. Not only did they fix it the own added a better more durable stem. Jared told me that type of repair would take months. Watchworks did it in 8 days for a third of the price.

I ordered a Citizen from Jim and I live all the way in florida. The watch came in the mail within a couple days. The watch is beautiful, I could not be any happier with my purchase and the customer service provided. Will purchase my next watch with Jim without a doubt.

I took my vintage Omega Seamaster into Watchworks because the crown wasnt sitting right on the stem. It had been that way for years, but never affected the function of the watch, so it never got repaired. The man at the counter, who I presume is the owner, was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He told me hed call me the next day, and within less than 24 hours, a problem that had annoyed me for a long time was suddenly fixed - all for a price that I consider to be more than reasonable. Watchworks has earned my business from here on out.

If I could rate this establishment a ZERO I would. This morning, I went by to have him replace the battery and crystal on my watch. My battery died about 2 weeks ago and I purposely had waited until I could take it to him because I like to support small businesses. Mind you, I could have easily had it done at the mall or Walmart as I have shopped those every few days. But no, I waited. Nonetheless, I stopped at 9:10am and the open sign was on. Sign said he opened at 8:30 but the door was locked. I knocked several times to no avail and then it occurred to me how odd it was for a business to have the open sign on, supposed to be open and the door be locked. Most business owners would not do that so I became concerned that the man could be locked in with someone trying to harm him or he could have been injured before unlocking the door. I went next door to the neighboring business and the guy there said he was uncertain, that he hadn’t heard anything of the business being closed and walked next door with me. The door was then unlocked. I entered the shop and the owner immediately raised his voice and asked me ‘why did you go ask him, it’s none of his business!’ I was shocked. I immediately told him I was appalled that he would treat a customer that way and that I was truly concerned for his well being so sought help. I then told him I would never give someone with such a smart attitude my business. Don’t go here. Give your business to someone that deserves it.

I was told it would take 6 months to replace a movement and he wouldnt start the work until bill was paid in full, I paid the man in hopes the watch was in the best hands. A year later he finally finished the watch and charged my gf full price again when she picked it up! The watch stopped working the very first time I used it. Ive yet to have it fixed. A total joke.

Went there to have two watch batteries replaced after being told at Jareds it would take two weeks and exorbitant sums. The WatchWorks gentleman replaced them promptly and for a very affordable sum.

A fellow I know at Jared sent me to this business to have links removed from my Breitling. Owner told me to give him 45 minutes and hed have it done for me. I got a call during this time telling me he could not remove the links as he did not have the correct punch to remove the pin. Long story short a kiosk by the name of Time Change LLC in Beachwood Place removed the links for me in about 5 minutes and no punch was required. I am surprised to see such an experienced watch guy (i was dealing with the owner) be so dead wrong. I was going to put his business cards in my business until his lack of expertise became apparent.
