Julie was great and very knowledgeable.They sell a variety of beautiful wristwatches and also a few pocketwatches. Theyre prices are super competitive and Dakota makes a good sturdy watch.Julie fixed our watchband in only a few minutes.We will definitely do there again.

OK PEOPLE...its been a few min since Ive posted somthing. .......I found my dads 17yr old watch today..God bless his soul.....it was in perty bad shape.....there was a recite from 2001 had lifetime battery from kay jewelers ..went there and they replaced battery ......but couldnt replace band ...they sent me down the way to...... DAKOTA WATCH CO......RAY...the gentleman working compleat hooked me up with a band that matched the watch perfectly. ..clean the crystal ..and even took a piece of dust that was bothering him out of the face ...Ray was fantastic help ...Thank you very much RAY

It would of been a 5 star review but when i got to the store i realized i for got the watch at home i needed a battery for so i still look at the showcases for a new watch and seen the same exact watch i had at home so i asked the work what type of battery it takes so i could get the battery i need still but the work said idk i would have to take it out of the showcase and open the back up to see i was like ok then the work said heres a coupon you can use when you come back in with the watch you need the batterys for mine you there is no one else at the store so they couldnt take time out of there slow day to sale me the batterys i needed i could see if they were very busy but they were not

Great repair service. I bought a watch from Kay Jewelers and took it to them for crystal replacement. They had to send it out for a quote that returned at $400 and they wanted to replace the movement and hands as well as replace the crystal. Dakota did it for $25.99. It didnt need all the junk Kay Jewelers wanted to sell me. Im going to Dakota in Belden Village Mall for any further of my needs.

Went there to have batteries put into two watches. The back of one watch was hard as hell to get off but Ray the salesman got the back off. He also gave some good info on one of my watches. Good customer service.
