I echo recent poor reviews. This dentist office felt like they were out to charge you for everything and it felt very uncomfortable. Also, the office has seen better days. I did my due diligence to find a dentist in the area that took my insurance. The tech taking my x-rays had to get assistance and told me she couldnt remember what she was doing. The new tech had to retake all the photos. Then they make you sign a payment form before they do any cleaning. They tried to up-charge for everything including fluoride rinse. Somehow I still ended up paying $50 for a regular cleaning even though they take my insurance. Called my insurance and they said this is totally not right.

This is the sorriest Dentist I ever went to. They overcharged me,did unnecessary dental work and scratched my filling completely off. The next day after my filling fell out. And no matter how many times I come they won’t fix the teeth I got from them and they make appointments I didn’t make then tell me they will charge a $100 fee if I don’t come. They are rip off artists. I do not recommend this dentist for anyone.

Not sure what to think about this Dentist. He told me my crown was broken and I needed to be replaced. He told me he could do it that day and it would be $600.I left and went to my previous Dentist who initially put the crown on. She removed it and inspected everything and absolutely nothing was wrong with the crown!!!My crown has been fine and all is well. I just wonder why Lake Point Dental told me otherwise???So I cant really give them raving reviews!

I had a stellar visit on 07/09/20.Reasonable prices and they were very assistive with checking what my insurance estimates would be, as opposed to pushing for full payment and then reimbursement via insurance.The work was very thorough and efficient, with full clarification provided for all of my questions and concerns. The staff were also all very cordial and courteous.The only services offered were relevant to the reality of my dental needs, with clear acknowledgement of what was considered priority versus secondary/advisable.Definitely a quality location and will be used for any future needs!

We just had a change in insurance, and decided to try Lake Pointe Dental in Canton due to its proximity to our home and the positive ratings online. It certainly lived up to its reputation! Dr. Ebid is so great to work with, and has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. The dentist and assistants all listened to what I had to say and answered my questions. Prices are fair/competitive based on our experience elsewhere. Friendly and helpful front desk associates, and managed to keep a clean and quiet waiting room, along with observing adherence to preventative measures for Covid 19.

I had a very pleasant experience at Lakepointe Dental. Dr. Ebid and staff take the time to explain procedures and answer all questions. I used to be afraid of visiting the dentist, but not anymore! 😊

Horrible!! They wanted $490 for an initial consultation!! Including a $35 covid 19 surcharge. When i told them that their prices werent matching up with my dental plan prices so I was calling the plan to check, the receptionist was irate with me stating what could I do if they dont. I did call, they were all overpriced. When I pointed this out they stated they didnt care, I pay their inflated costs or I dont see the dentist.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a sense of calm afforded by the staff and the modernly appointed office decor. They are conversational throughout the visit which unknowingly puts you at ease. My cleaning was simple, easy and most importantly painless! I have had 2 cleanings this year and both times the experience was as described. I had been looking for a new dentist for a the past few years and I have finally found one.I strongly recommend Lake Pointe Dental in Canton to everyone.

I was always scared of the dentist and I put off visiting as long as I could. My experience here at Lake Pointe has been wonderful. They really made me feel comfortable. Now I know what to expect and when its time for a visit, I no longer dread it. Angela is so great and she communicates everything in a way that I understand. They have helped me so much and I feel more confident in my smile!

This was by far the best dental experience of my life! Everybody there was outstandingly friendly and professional. The dentists were both very kind letting me know everything that is going on every step of the way but most importantly they did phenomenal work with very little pain and outstanding results. The prices were very fair. I would recommend all of my friends and family to them.
