New patient. Every employee is welcoming. I haven’t been to a dentist in a WHILE and had some reservations about how I would be perceived. The dentist and the hygienist are amazing. Neither ladies were judgemental at all. And considering the shape my poor mouth is in, they are awesome. 5 stars.

Efficiency, timeliness and competency. Dr. Mundla is a superb dentist great customizing fit of my implant tooth. Erica, a Hygenist is so gentle and does a great job cleaning teeth and maintaining my oral health.

I made an appointment to get four canine teeth shave down. The doctor suggest that I wait for x-rays to come in from my previous office. Prior to making my appointment I explained that I had just had x-rays and I’m wondering why they just didn’t call prior to my visit. Visit end up being a waste of time to just reschedule to wait for x-rays to arrive.

Just had my first appointment. I needed a cleaning after about a year. After I filled out paper work they started checking me out right away. No waiting. Everyone was friendly and in a good mood. They found I had a small cavity and a lot of tartar build up. We took care of all of it and they did a very thorough and professional job. I would rate the quality of the care to be an A. They gave me some extra strength prescribed mouth rinse for my gingivitis too, which Ive never had before. I greatly appreciate their work and highly recommend them. My only recommendation to the office is to consider making the environment a bit more relaxing. Some calming music would be better than the 80s rock on the radio. Thank you!

I have been to this dentist office at least 4 times & they have been nothing short of amazing each time. I also work in a customer service based industry & I truly appreciate when I experience amazing service myself.The ladies at the front desk are always super helpful & friendly, the nurse/assistant & doctor are always so kind & gentle and they make you feel comfortable. They genuinely seem to enjoy the industry they work for as well as working with each other, which is nice to be around. There is never a wait, their hours are very accommodating & thanks to the technology they use they make it extremely convenient. Today was my first visit at the Great Expressions on Lilley Rd and I couldnt be happier with this office. Extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. Wonderful, fast and gentle care from dentist & hygienist- I saw Dr. Clifford & Julie the hygienist. Very up to date and clean establishment. I would highly recommend.

This office is phenomenal! I bring all 3 of my children here as well as myself and my husband. The office staff is always very helpful and professional with my insurance questions and any other questions I may have about appointments etc. We have followed Dr Clifford from Livonia to Wayne to this office in Canton because hes so good at his job and is very good with children. I have been going here since I couldnt go to a pediatric dentist and that alone should tell you that this place is great. They are always so helpful they will work with you to make sure you can afford everything you need! Love the staff! Very friendly and always accommodating which I need being a new mom with a 5 month old at home!

The Willow Creek office is amazing. I love my hygienist Jenny and Dr. Clifford is great! The front desk team is always busy, but I always feel welcome when I walk in. They know my family by name and always do their best to help me understand my insurance benefits.I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have a patient for life.

My personal experience has always been wonderful. They truly care about you. Your discomfort, your pain, or even your happiness on your visits. Its like seeing family every few months. You feel comfortable and their great with kids.

Their people are always friendly and respectful of my time. They are open late so I can get evening appointments if I need to and I’m very happy with all of the dental work I’ve received.

Staff is awesome. The chick who cleans my teeth--Julie Pientowski (hope I got the spelling right)--is great. Plus, she aint hard to look at. Looking at some eye candy is a nice distraction from the fact that youre getting dental work done.

I was originally drawn to the hours and variety of services available which is golden when scheduling for the needs of a family of six. Dr. Samah Chamamit D.D.S was very gentle and thorough with my dental care. I received a numbing injection into my gums and I barely felt the needle. Her technique to numbing my gums for a dental procedure was the best technique I have experienced. Thanks Dr. Chamamit.

My wait time was minimal. The hygienist was professional and efficient. The check up by the doctor was done in a non-hurried manner, and all my questions were answered.

Saw a different dentist every time I went, despite explicitly asking to be scheduled with the same dentist.

I was very misled and taken advantage of for a $50 xray that I will likely have to pay for elsewhere. I called this office prior to setting up an appointment here, I was told that my insurance required a $50 copay for the xray and when I asked what other charges we discussed a potential $20-$64 deductible for my cleaning on top of the $50 for the xray. I even said so not a couple hundred dollars? And she said no. The staff was pleasant however once it came time for treating the pain and cleaning I was brought an invoice for $244 for just one side and that I could expect to pay the same for the other side on a seperate day. I feel like I was fully taken advantage of to get me in the door and then put through the ringer like a shady car repair shop. Absolutely nothing was done about my pain and I left, $50 poorer, still in the same amout of pain and feeling fully taken advantage of.

In the past I have been so scared to have dental work done , in August 2018 it all caught up to me . Had to have 3 teeth pulled and one implant . Just got done with some of the fillings . Canton and Dr Namoo along with Carley were so good to me , made me feel at ease. 💕
