We LOVE our pool by Merodynamic!! Joel and Kathy have always been so nice and helpful! We had our pool installed in October of 2016 and the pool was done in just 2 weeks! When we closed our pool, someone came out to show us exactly how to use everything. We were made to feel like if we ever had any issues or questions, that we could just call or text, and that was the truth!! When we opened our pool the following summer, we had a very small liner issue. Someone came out in just a couple of days to fix our issue. (They probably would have come the same day, but my husband and I werent availabe.) We have enjoyed our pool so much and often get compliments on how beautiful it is. It is also so easy to maintain. We recently recommended Merodynamic Pools to our new neighbors after hearing that they had met with another pool company, and they were also impressed! They will be starting on their Merodynamic pool soon! We will be contacting Joel and Kathy this fall about getting a safety cover and we are confident that we will receive just as quality care as we have in the past!

If I could give Merodynamic Pools 10 stars, I would! We had our pool built in 2013 and it was an amazingly easy and complication free experience. The owners are WONDERFUL people who truly care about each of their customers. The people who came to work everyday were always polite, professional and thorough. This was the second pool we built and we could tell a huge difference between both experiences/companies. The way that Merodynamic Pools runs their business should be the way every business should operate They have so much integrity and when they do something they make sure it isnt just done right, they want it to be done to perfection.We had to rent our home during the year 2017 and when the tenants left early 2018 we found out they had completely bleached out our liner (amongst damaging many other things). Merodynamics came out right when we needed them and replaced our liner. They were very sympathetic to our situation and made the process incredibly easy, especially because we had to organize this from Portland, Oregon.Even though it has been 5 years since we first had them build our pool they still treat us as if we are just as important as any potential or new customer. I always tell people that if the owners ever decided to open up a day care, thats where my kids would go. If they opened up a golf course, thats where Id golf. If they started building homes, Id definitely make sure to use them for that as well. lolJust great people, a great company, and a great experience every everytime.

A year ago i work with the family and i was especially impress with the wife and son....They came to replace my pool liner, the wife came on time and was very professonal...she help me to choose the color liner and paterrn and i am very please with it....her husband did the measurement of the liner and it fits perfectly unlike the other one i had replace 7 yrs ago....i am not one to write reviews but out of a good comcience i had to....i hope they never change the way they do business because i would never use anyone else to work on my pool....

Well, I truly don’t know if there is enough room to write all of the great things we experienced using Merodynamic Pools. From the time we signed the contract, Joel and Kathy were always reachable to answer our questions. The moment they began EVERY person on site was professional, hardworking and respectful. We have dealt with a lot of contractors in many specialities over the years and we have to say this was by far the best experience we had! We were interested in getting a new liner for our pool, and I started searching for companies on line. I came across Merodynamics and started researching their reviews. Based on those, I called Kathy and had her come out to give us an estimate. WOW!!!! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Joel and Kathy promised a custom pool in 2 weeks. 13 days later our customized pool was complete! During the whole process their staff was professional and courteous. Every specification was checked/double checked with us and photos were taken during every stage. We finally made our decision to build a pool. We had a vision of what we wanted and that is exactly what we received upon completion of the project with Merodynamic Pools, after receiving 3 estimates. Merodynamic Pools are a locally owned family business and the owner is very approachable and knowledgeable. Because of the topography of our backyard we found that there were going to be some challenges we were not anticipating; one being that a long retention wall was absolutely necessary. Merodynamic Pools met every challenge that came along the way and most of them came from us making many plan changes as the pool was being built. We are sure this was frustrating for them, however we always had swift, professional, patient but most importantly honest responses from the owner himself, putting us at ease that they would get the job done the way we wanted it done. The finished product is a gorgeous quality pool built with attention to detail and it’s exactly the vision of what we wanted down to the color of the water. We told them what color we wanted the water to be and they had samples with them to show us. The crews were punctual and VERY hardworking. We are beyond pleased with our new pool and happy we chose Merodynamic Pools (we can not wait for the summer!) We purchased a home in Cumming in April, which had a pool. Little did we know, the seller didnt disclose to us that there was a bonding issue with the pool, which caused you to get a small shock when you were in the water and touched the edge. The concrete from prior owner was cracking, only to find out it was being held up by rotting rail road ties. it was a complete mess. We reached out to at least 4 different companies and they either didnt service the area or couldnt be bothered to call us back. I say this because it seems to be a growing trend in this market.Merodynamic pools came out, Ms. Kathy, for the initial consult and the first thing she said is, this concrete and structure are not sound, we have to fix the wall. Not trying to up sale me on the pool, safety first and foremost. WE knew due to the bonding issue wed have to dig up all the concrete, but this would have been a problem down the road as well if it wasnt fixed, potentially destroying the new concrete they replaced.we agreed to the job with them, They got started within a week of agreement. They showed up every day, including Sundays and worked overtime to get this done, the end result was amazing. I feel so much better about my family and friends being out there with the bonding issue resolved and also the new concrete replacing the messed up structure holding up the deck area.I would highly recommend these folks, Daniel headed up the team most of time and hes just a super nice guy who really seems to care about the customer. Joel always calls personally if there is a concern or something out of the norm that needs to be addressed.it was truly a great experience! Much needed after the shock of the initial problems with the pool and area around it.

We decided to go with Merodynamic Pools for our 20X41 pool liner replacement after reading their perfect reviews and meeting with the owner and family. We discovered at install time that we had a serious problem with existing underground springs beneath our pool. Joel, the owner, and his crew diagnosed the problem and persisted in devising a smart and effective solution. The rerouting of the underground water raised the overall price, but the price was more than fair to us and I think the company probably should have charged us more for it. The end result is a gorgeous new pool liner with our ground water problem solved. We couldnt be happier with the workmanship, fairness, honesty, and communication of Merodynamic Pools. This is a local company that stands by its work and is the only one Id recommend for pool jobs.

I was extremely impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish. My pool liner was leaking and I called for an estimate. The owner Joel came the next day and performed my estimate. When I called to confirm starting the project he stated it took 2 weeks to re-measure the pool, order the liner and complete the project. Contacted this company for a new liner. Joel and Kathy came by in April 2018 to measure our pool . They really know how to renovate a pool and get it right quickly. I had received other pool company quotes ,but they all gave no details. They gave me a competitive price and removed the cover themselves and drew up a liner diagram. They even helped my wife and I decide on the dark Blue liner .... we love it. After about 9 days after we signed the work order, I called Kathy to see about installation date. She checked and said it was delivered today and they could install it this Friday. The crew cleaned up the site as they cleaned the walls and retrowled the dead end. Saturday they finished filling the pool . We are 100% impressed with the way the pool looks. We also did a Salt system , it sparkles. Thank you!

Merodynamic Pools replaced our old pool liner, as well as put in LED lights, and refinished our concrete deck. Our pool area was very outdated. It really was a complete transformation! If you have a concrete deck, I definitely recommend talking to them about options for updating the look--we ended up going with redoing the saw cuts in a more modern style, filling in cracks, adding a 1 wide border around the pool coping in a dark color, and re-staining the deck a lighter color. The combination of that plus the new dark blue pool liner is really striking!

Last year, I needed an urgent pool liner replacement due to mine falling apart and leaking water into the soil. I asked my normal service company for an estimate, but thankfully I shopped around. Not only did Merodynamic Pools give me a cheaper estimate, Joel did a much better job of answering my questions and inspiring my confidence. That confidence was well placed. Merodynamic Pools Stands Behind Their Warranties.Merodynamic provided our vinyl liner and installed a salt system. The liner was beautiful and just as we requested. We enjoy having salt, yet had trouble getting proper readings with continuous check lights. We inspected the cell and noticed corrosion in the plug that attaches the salt cell the the command unit. We emailed and didnt receive a response, we reached out several times and found the best way to make contact was to call directly. The faulty plug was replaced and the salt system is reading and working properly.A company that provides quality work up front and stands behind their warranties in todays market should be acknowledged and applauded. Merodynamic meets this standard.

Great device so far. I didnt think it would be difficult to get a quote for a pool but working with another local pool company I realized that such a simple task is not so simple. Melodynamic Pools came out to my house and spoke with me about different options and solutions. Promised me a quote within 24hrs and got it to me as promised. Other pool companies in the area cannot keep their word like Merodynamic Pools does.

This is the second time Ive had a pool installed at two separate properties, so I feel Im pretty educated on what to expect an how the project should unfold. Joel and his team were very professional, the craftsmanship and materials are of high quality, the price that was quoted to me is what it ended up at, at the end of the job. No hidden charges. I would also add that most pool companies will drag the pool install project out over the period of six weeks or maybe longer. Merodynamic had my pool install done in half of that time. Once they started on it, they didnt leave until it was finished. Thats a big deal!!

Fantastic company to do business with.I had 4 companies come out to give us a quote on a new liner. 3 of them took 10 minutes to measure our pool. Merodynamic folks were the only ones to bring real samples of liners to compare. Nicole was very helpful in selecting the perfect liner for our environment. They also came in with a great price and assured us they would get it completed by the 20th of June since we were expecting out of town guests. She took over 45 minutes to measure our pool to ensure the liner would fit perfectly which is does!. They called and set a date that they made and after finishing the cutouts the next day we were filling our pool. We couldnt be any happier with the whole experience and will certainly use them in the future when needed. 1000 percent recommended!!

First of all, I did my due diligence on several pool companies before selecting Merodynamic and initially it was because of the quality of the product and the detailed presentation I received from Joel on his first visit that step-by-step showed me the entire building process and all of the extra work and materials they included in their process as compared to the other top providers in our area. Secondly, it was the commitment of delivery within 2-3 weeks once the process began; that is absolutely unheard of!Once in contract, I was made aware of everything that would take place every day and there was never a moment I wondered where they were or what was going on; Joel openly and honestly communicates and ALWAYS makes himself available to discuss anything I needed him for. Joel and his team just installed my familys 14x28 inground pool. I did tons of research prior to embarking on this project and I have to say that Joel gave me an immediate comfort level that he and his folks would do what ever it took to keep us happy. Joel was very knowledgeable and was always good about communicating with me about status. Joel also got our pool to a swimmable state just in time for the Labor Day holiday just like he said he would try to do!Joel went above and beyond on several things in my opinion and did so with such a great spirit.
