Had a great experience dealing with Jason and the entire Premier Pools team. They started the work when they said they would and finished on time. Love the finished project. Have recommended to several neighbors and family members.

Called to have them open the pool this year. Said they wanted a card on file or would not come out. I agreed to pay before any work would be done , but they refused to come out unless I gave them a card over the phone up front without even seeing my pool. Because of security reason, I refuse to allow any company to maintain my credit card on file.Ryan said, “We have all the business we need”... I am sure Jason, the owner, would be disappointed in his hired help treating potential customer with an attitude...Best of luck to them...

We rent an executive home with a beautiful pool that the property manager maintains. Due to a quirk in our lease, they dont fix the heater if it breaks, which unfortunately it did. The PMs pool maintenance company quoted us $1000 to $1800 and probably 2 to 3 visits to fix it.My wife called around and got the best comfort level from Premier Pool Enterprises (not to be confused with Premier Pools and Spas in Alpharetta). Austin came out today, had the part with him, assessed for what would have cost $125 if we had not moved forward with the repair, and offered to fix the entire thing, new control board, igniter and labor for $700, including the assessment. He fixed it and took the time to stay around long enough to make sure it was working. In addition, he cycled it on an off multiple times and observed it.The office politely took my credit card for payment and offered to mail a receipt.Everyone involved was very polite and Austin was in a uniform. I was working in my basement office so I never saw whether they use lettered company vehicles. Overall, as a general manager of a service company myself, this was the type of service we strive to provided and an all too rare experience to have as a consumer. Given that the property manager maintains the rest of the pool except for the heater, we probably wont have a call to use them again, but I understand they also build pools, so maybe in our next home.

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the owner. Craftsmanship, communication, honesty, timeliness - all top notch. I promise you will not be disappointed!

The entire Premier Pool Enterprises team is amazing! We had a pool built and it has been a seamless process from the beginning! Communication was on point, the entire crew was super hard working, and the job was done quickly. Very refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in their work. I just cant say enough good things.

We just finished building our dream pool and could not be more thrilled with Premier and the entire team. They were amazing from start to finish. The pool is more than we could ever have dreamed it would be and the building process was seamless and enjoyable. Every single member of the team was polite, professional, skilled and courteous. They did an amazing job with every detail. We were able to communicate along the way and were updated constantly. If you are looking to build your dream pool dont call anyone else. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been to many other pool places and this place by far has the best service and knowledge on all pool related problems. A great set of employees much better then at Leslies Pool Supplies, Service & Repair. They will lie to you just to get you to buy something even if your pool doesnt need it. I give them a A+++

Did the job very well and finished within 30 days!!! Allowed us to get some summer fun in before fall!!! Jason is very responsive to questions, and does what he says he will do, which speaks volumes!!! I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking to have a pool built!!!

Just phoned for info, and they were very friendly and accommodating! Its always a pleasure to receive excellent customer service from the get-go!

I used Premier pools for the first time. I had a problem and called they had the repair guys out in two days. Two guys came out they where awesome. It was repaired quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend these guys and will use them again.

Called these guys for a service call, the lady acted as if I eas bothering her with trying to hire her company to change my chlorander. Her tone was rude and obnoxious! I finally told her that it didnt seem that they were interested in taking on new clients. Called the next company on the list and they will be at my house in 2 days.

All other pool companies I have worked with call the customer when they are coming out to work on equipment...not this one. Have been waiting around all day to hear whether my equipment will be replaced under warranty or not and nothing. There should have been a phone call to let me know the status of the situation. Won’t be using this business again and I suggest you don’t either.
