Bad experience. Went to drop a package for FedEx, very impolite lady. Had to call her 3 time to get an answer. The employee with the glasses, you need to learn how to treat a costumer.

They don’t let you drop off larger packages. Couldn’t offer size guidance but they have these shelves and if the box doesn’t fit they turn it away. Too bad you have to carry your big box all the way into the store to figure that out, ha.

Apparently Fedex drivers cant tell the difference between a business and an apartment building because the lazy driver decided to mark an APARTMENT COMPLEX a closed business. Fedex is the worst delivery service Ive ever had. Hope your company goes bankrupt.
