This company is hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I had the opportunity to work with Bob the owner of this company as he trouble shouted one of the largest assets in my company. It was a large format printer that was not operational and after countless phone calls and emails with Bob it seemed as if all hope was lost. This company and Bob did not give up on me. He provided SOLUTIONS-try this, run this report, do this, even as far as walking me through what to do to fix the issues. None of this worked and I was prepared to sell this large format printer and write off the loss. I received a random call from Bob and said he had one of his gentlemen (an AWESOME AND EDUCATED tech) very close to my office and if he could stop by and look at my printer. Folks this doesnt happen in this business-this is more than paying it forward! The tech arrived to our office-positive attitude, extremely knowledgable and in a short period of time fixed our printer. I was shocked and so was he! I highly recommend doing business with Grafx Network and their affiliates! Thank you Bob-a class act and a classy company!!
