Ken of KB Printer & Computer Support is the best! He is both very knowledgeable & professional as well as friendly & personable. He was able to explain all of the technical stuff so I could understand it, & was patient & kind enough to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I called him in a panic when my computer went down, & much to my delight he was able to get me in right away for repairs. He kept me updated on his progress & findings throughout the process, & clearly explained all of my options & any costs involved. I found him to be quite affordable, & he even managed to get my computer repair completed 3 days earlier than promised!! I actually took him 2 computers to repair, & both are working as wonderfully as they did when they were brand new. I will definitely take any future tech problems I have straight to Ken, & highly recommend him!

I am thankful for the day I met Ken. He has helped me out of so many electronic problems from my PC, tablet, phones, printers and many other office items. He is a great blessing and I woukld be lost without him!
