Never again. Deplorable business practices. A true lesson in ‘no good deed goes unpunished’.I was using Nayline for a bridal shower I had planned in 2020. I was required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking, and then the remaining balance a day prior to the event. I paid Nayline the balance in full two weeks prior to the event, and then Covid happened and quarantine commenced.I made the mistake of being kind and told her to keep my money until we could reschedule, rather than asking for a small business owner to return my money when law was prohibiting her from working. At this point, no one knew how crazy Covid would be.A year passed and Covid was still here. And it was decided that we would no longer have the bridal shower. I asked Nayline to return the balance I paid after the deposit. She refused. She kept all of money when she did not render me a service. All I ordered from her was a bench and a wall. She incurred no expense from our event being cancelled. Yet she felt she deserved to be paid in full for doing absolutely nothing.I had no problem with her keeping my deposit. As that is standard business practice. But keeping the remaining money when I received NOTHING from her, and she incurred no expense, is truly unethical.Her business practices are disgraceful.

Love Party Perfect and they literally live up to their name. Great selection of items and always on trend. The crew is very friendly.

Party perfect is a great name for their business as everything was perfect! I was very impressed with delivery time, set up was smooth and fast and the professionalism of the staff. The items we rented were in great condition and unique. The site was super easy to navigate. I was very impressed with the inventory giving me multiple options to decorate with props needed. Party Perfect helped my party planning and renting a great experience. Definitely will be renting going forward.

I recently had planned a milestone birthday party for my daughter. Thank God I came across Party Perfect Rentals! This day and age parties are very extravagant and planning yourself is overwhelming.
