I really love this place...its amazing and the service was great. If youre looking for a place to rent for any events, I suggest you to get Its2cool in Canton. I even get chair covers from them a couple of hours before my event , cause the place that I ordered them sent me the wrong order. I didnt know what to do, but Mr.Mike made it possible. He is a really nice person , without his help that event will be a mess. Thanks again Mr.Mike and keep up the good work👍

Big open area with a few Free arcade games ava a bounce house. It was very clean and had all the things we need. They have a few different rooms and it was a little hard to find the one we were suppose to be at.

This place is awesome!!! i had my daughters 7th birthday party there and it surpassed my expectations. We had a blast!!! I have no words to describe how wonderful Michael the owner is, he made sure that everything was set up on time for the party... and Corey our personal party assistant lol, was there from start to finish to help with whatever we needed. This place is really too cool 😎.

I had my parents suprise anniversary . You can bring your own food witch was a plus. great place for event ,the lighting was amazing. I couldnt ask for more .

I was there during the sweet sixteen where they turned the lights on. This is a business and not a charity. As all function halls operate, the balance needs to be paid in full before the event. AndThe family did not finish paying. It was unfortunate that it had to come to that but it is a buisness. The lights were not turned on during the dance. Other then that it was a nice party

Its2cool is such an awesome venue. Mike is awesome, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that your happy and satisfied. He is so helpful and generous. He made my daughters Sweet 16 a blast. I would definitely come back. If your looking for a venue that will surpass your expectations Its2cool is the place to be !!!

My family and I celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday here. This place was so organized. We came and stayed for few minutes at the front lobby to register and wait for our guests. Staff was so friendly and quick with registration. Once we were ready they escorted us to the first arena where the kids had a blast. you go to few different arenas and stay on each arena for certain period of time. From the beginning to end staff was responsible and helpful. They ensured kids were following rules of safety while having a blast. The staff helped us set up the party room and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed. We had so much fun that our 5 year old daughter wants her Bday celebration in the same place :) Thank you Its2cool for existing and making our party such an memorable experience.One tip I want to leave for families, being on time is very important as time in each arena is timed and there are parties one after the other waiting for their time of start. its a very popular place.

Had my daughters sweet 16 at It’s2Cool. We were one of the lucky raffle winners at their open house they hosted last yr. It’s2Cool was the perfect setting for her theme. We rented both rooms, VIP couches, glow tables etc. My daughter, our guests & myself had an amazing time! Mike & his staff made sure everything went smoothly & less stressful. Highly recommend

My family had a sweet 16 here and the owner went above and beyond. Let us set up a hour earlier than was discussed. And the place was beautiful my kids had a blast and I would recommend anyone here. I think the owners name was Micheal. The only problem we had was no one wanted to leave. Everyone had a blast!

Nice place for events like pop up shows, sweet 16, and more. The crew there was amazing; setting everything up the way you envision it. Allowed to bring food and drinks to serve to your guest (now that’s 2 Cool 😄)

I held an adult birthday party here for my husband and couldn’t be happier with how it went! They turn the place into a nightclub atmosphere which is exactly what I was looking for! The staff was so helpful and kind and really wanted to make it a night to remember. The owner is awesome and easy to work with. All of our friends were so impressed with the place and everyone had a blast, my husband literally won’t stop talking about how awesome it was. I will be recommending It’s 2 Cool to anyone looking for a venue for adult or kids parties!

I’ve used this vendor for two separate needs and was satisfied both times. We went for a party and it was quite fun, the kids loved it and didn’t complain from start to finish. I decided to rent an inflatable moonwalk for a birthday that I was throwing and that was a success as well! They delivered on time, explained everything and picked was a breeze just as well. I will totally use them for my next event. The staff are very friendly, helpful and answer any question!

I had my Birthday party here two years in a row. The space is amazing with state of the art light and sound . The staff was attentive from the first call to accommodating my late exit. I felt as if I were having a party at home. Thank you Mike and staff for making my event memorable for all my 150 guests!

Just had my sisters 25 birthday party here. Michael was amazing at making sure everything was what we wanted and and connected us with Priscilla who was the perfect Bartender! Definitely recommend this place. I will be using then from now on for all my events!

We loved the place. We celebrated my kids birthday here. The place is well maintained and has activities that would keep a 6 year old with friends busy for 11/2 hrs,post which there was cake cutting.

If I could give a zero star review of this place, I would. I attended a sweet sixteen birthday party here a little over a week ago. Midway through the event, the owner or someone who works at the place forced the DJ to cut the music off by shutting off the power, he then proceeded to turn the overhead lights on DURING the birthday girls dance with her father!! After he turned the lights on, he pranced around in front of the guests chanting something about no payment, no party. Why would he conduct himself this way? If he had issues with the client, he should have taken her aside and expressed privately, or raised the issue ahead of time!!! Not in front of seventy plus guests!! It was outrageous!! He even prevented the contracted 3rd-Party Photographer from taking photographs in the photo booth when there was a long line for photos!I was infuriated and embarrassed for the family! I then overheard him making negative comments about the CLIENT to a GUEST!! Plus, he provided confidential information to multiple GUESTS about the CLIENT!! I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and the truly shoddy customer services displayed by the owner and his staff. I would steer clear of this place if I were you. I have planned many events both in my professional and personal life. I have NEVER experienced such terrible service. I would not use his services if his was the last event facility on earth!!UPDATE: In response to the owners response - I dont appreciate your accusation that I made stuff up. I presented exactly what I and many other people witnessed. I was certainly not the only person who heard you yelling about non-payment, and YES the lights were turned on when the birthday girl was dancing with her parents. You are not the only one who videotaped.

Nice setup for birthdays...too many options for kids...good for aged from 2-12...they are well equipped for teens and adults parties as well..plan ahead and get the best party for your event. Best about this place is they allow to carry your own food; so this is not yet another fancy run-of-the-mill fun&gaming place for kids while parents get bored. They allow parents also try the slides etc. Plus you serve them the food what best suits your guests

I found out about this place on google. I decided to take a chance and I threw a Birthday Party here for my niece. This really is the coolest place. The kids had a blast the whole time, and the Birthday girl loved it. She is already talking about next year.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. I did pass the location twice, night time. Better signage would help. Over all a good rental for parties young and old.

This venue is so great! I had my sweet 16th birthday here and it was the best. There are two rooms, habe the option of renting one or both rooms. One room has a rock climbing wall, and this photo both, where they will spray paint the name of whose birthday it is. So it will be in the background of your photos. The owner was great. I loved it here

Awful customer service. The owner Michael was rude right from the start. I went for a Sweet 16 and he didn’t allow enough time for set up. Then halfway through the party he cut the power and demanded payment. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any future events.

It got a one star bc I cant give any less than this. My sister threw my nieces sweet 16 party last night, and It was the worse experience.1) His staff is the rudest people I have even met they was literally kicking people out even after they was seeing that we was trying our best to collect our belongings telling us that we need to leave, we need to get out. In the middle of us trying to clean they turned all the lights off on us and left us in the dark.2) In the middle of the father daughter dance the owner turned all the lights on and cut the music bc he claimed my sister didnt pay him he went around the whole place asking for my sister, as a business owner you know you only handle the business with the person you made the contract with.3) He only gave my sister 1 hr before the party to set up the event.THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO RENT FROM. ITS EXPENSICE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A -100

Much needed late review:I had my sons 6th Birthday Party here and it was amazing. I was able to provide decorations (optional), cake, small waters, and juice. They were able to order Pizza while we were there from a local pizza shop they use and they time it out perfect. All the kida had a blast and it turned out to be the talk of most the year. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work and dedication in making our time there fun, enjoyable, and rememberable.

I went here to attend a kids party. I was surprised. Compared to all of the other places I have seen Its 2cool blows them away. Arcades, giant slides, rock walls, and a very engaging staff!

Owner has poor customer service; staffing only at 1 of the bouncys when there should be staffing at each operating bouncy. I will not be going back for the safety of my kids and will not be recommending this place; it has too many safety issues and the owner has no concern whatsoever over the childrens safety!

I had my Daughter’s Sweet 16 party at It’s Too Cool in Canton MA. I worked mostly with Lisa who always made great suggestions and recommendations. I also met the Owner Mike on the phone after booking the date. Mike was very stern to tell us the way it must be having a sweet 16 party at his place. All I can say is “listen to everything he has to say because he knows!” We were thinking at one time to have it catered and to get a lot of food. Mike told us that the kids will not eat, all they wan to do is dance. He couldn’t been more right. He saved us a lot of money so we just ordered pizzas. We assume 2 slices per person so we got 20 pizza’s. We went home with 12 pizzas as the kids didn’t eat much at all. We also bought peanuts, chex mix and pretzels which very little was eaton. Probably most by me. Lol Mike also told us to get plenty of water which we got 250 small bottles and all were gone by the end of the night. The entire staff was very pleasant to work with and their goal was to make sure we were happy. After the event was over I got a phone call from Lisa and Mike to make sure we were 100% satisfied. WOW!!! That’s a business who cares. I hope we can have another event at It’s Too Cool in Canton in the future. I can’t recommend them enough.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask questions about a rental. I couldnt get the questions I was answered. And when they were answered I got a smart unessary remark. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

Its local to Stoughton, plenty of bouncy houses, well coordinated. The air hockey table was a hit with the kids, wish there was more.
