I came in around 11:30 and there were around 6 people getting service at the pedicure seats but no one at the stations just for nails. I only needed a gel manicure. I didnt have to wait at all. The person who did my manicure did it pretty quickly but also very neat and not sloppy at all. She was nice and I dont tend to like forcing conversations so she let me be without trying to talk me up. The application wasnt 100% perfect but I dont expect someone to be going around my cuticle area with a fine tipped artist brush for a $25 gel manicure. I am extremely happy with it. I will be returning for my future nail needs.

Ive been to this place many times. I got my nails done here a week ago and a nail broke, I went in to get it fixed and the owner fixed it. She was super nice but cut And burned me multiple times while shaving my nail down. It hurts so bad to the point where I wish I didn’t go in to get it fixed. There is no reason I should have redness, cuts and pain around my nail as I simply just went in to get it repaired.

Sam is the best nail tech ever!! I can show him a picture and he gets it PERFECT every time. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m never disappointed

So I have been going to this salon here and there for 5 years. Everytime I get Sophie I am beyond pleased! The owner here is awful. She did my nails and it was sooo rushed. I got sns and they are extremely thick and look terrible. I came in and felt super rushed. Someone called 10 minutes after they had closed and she said, “Oh my god why are they calling right now.” They we’re all just laughing and talking the whole time and she wasn’t focusing on what she was doing. Won’t be back. I keep having hope for this place but it’s just not good at all.

Terrible! Now I’m not picky or very particular but I’d love to not be burned multiple times because my nail tech (the manager) was talking and holding the drill to my nail! She was rushed and wouldn’t talk and very forceful when moving my hands. Not friendly at all! Now i get everyone has bad days but don’t make customers suffer, i tried this place with a friend which i typically like only my nail tech and now i know why. I typically pay 45$ for a full set designs included. I paid 40$ here for a SHORT set that aren’t correctly shaped and falling off after 4 days!!!!!! Absolutely disappointed i hope they fix the issues! Could be a lovely place, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I went to this business on Friday, 7/23/2021 to get a gel manicure and extension. The lady gave me an acrylic extension with the powder and liquid. Not what I wanted, but okay. A nail was put on crooked and 5 of my nails have a big overhang, bump underneath the nail tip. AND the lady who did my nails was also constantly greeting people at the door and getting up. Poor service and poor quality of the nails.

I brought my mom one day last week (her first time there) to get mani pedis & we had the worst experience ever. the owner/manager was so rude and she rushed. she made my mom feel so uncomfortable while doing her nails and people around her noticed as well, she was so embarrassed. she was not satisfied with her gel manicure either. i usually ask for sophie but she’s always busy but sadly the owner ruins the vibe for the entire salon. unfortunately, we will not be back.

They took there time, I broke my leg, they took good care of me and made sure I was good and not hurting and helped me with my crutches end also did a very good job on my nails.

This is the ONLY nail salon I will ever go to, the lady that picks up the phone does mine exactly two weeks... she makes sure I never leave unhappy. Always makes sure I get what I want exactly and that I get my money’s worth. If you heard you get what you paid for us a lie... they are VERY affordable. So glad I found them ❤️My nails have never looked so good. Thank you so much ☺️

Manager makes the salon feel rushed and chaotic creating an atmosphere that is not relaxing. The lady who did my pedicure was not very good at all, spoke no English. They all talk amongst themselves which I find rude. Not happy with my pedicure, I could have washed my feet and got the same results.

Another beautiful set from nail world! Ive never had a bad set of nails from nail world and if anything is wrong they are sure to fix it. Ive visited most local nail places and by far Nail world is the best nail place Ive found in Canton. Give them the business they deserve; Theyre worth it everytime!

Went to nail world the other day to get my nails filled, and the lady made some of them straight and others aren’t which is really annoying, this is the second time it has happened. They weren’t very friendly, and they seem to rush you when you’re looking for a color to pick out

Go elsewhere. The manager was in such a hurry to do my fill in that they looked like a 5 year old did them. Oh, and my basic fill in was $35

Love the pedicures here. I get the royal pedicure that has a lot of massaging. Very affordable. The basic pedicure is only 18.00. Recommend everyone here!

They were rushing the guests and the employees. I was so rushed that she filed my fingers until there were open sores and she never cleaned the dried sns off of my fingers. As soon as she finished the last coat she made me pick up my things and move for another customer. Underneath my nails are so full of glue it almost hurts and I waited 20 minutes to pay. This is the third time I’ve visited this nail salon because it’s close to my house and open on Sundays, and every time I leave unhappy with the service quality.

I went to this nail salon about a month ago in my quest to find the best nail salon in Canton, GA. At each salon, I am judging the establishment based on cleanliness, friendliness, and quality of their skill. At each salon I am requesting a simple manicure; plain single color nail polish and corrective shaping of my nails. Simple, right?Retaining the simple theme, all I have to say is that you do not want to get suck getting your nails done by the older women who work there. The skills are sub-par and it really felt like they were forced to be there.Very uncomfortable. They charge too much for what the final result is.Honestly, I may give this place a second chance and try to sit with one of the younger women; simply because alot of women I know really talk this place up. Til then.... I will seek spas elsewhere.

Got my nails done here twice.The staff is friendly, however the products they use are really cheap.I had 5 nails completely pop off my fingers within 2 weeks, as if they were press-on nails you buy from Walmart.They didn’t break, they completely came off my fingers... In all my years of getting my nails done I have never experienced such poor quality as what this place offers.Definitely will not be returning.

This place is rude and disgusting. My fiancé sat for 45 minutes before we was greeted and was only greeted after they tried to service another customer before her! Then the woman proceed to make all excuses as tried to down play the issue. It’s plenty of other places 2 minutes drive. Bad experience and I’ll never spend another dime nor gratuity. Not going to say it’s a race issue but it’s definitely a issue!

Manager did my SNS in such a rush (20 mins) that my nails look like a 10 year old did them. They are dull, lumpy and spilling over my cuticles. The French is uneven... ridiculous... I would have appreciated it much more to have been told they were too busy to take me rather than have a terrible set of nails. When I pointed it out, manager stated .... come back sometime this week when we are not “busy” and I will fix them...ummmm... NO. I paid full price and tipped well because I did not want to cause a scene. They will never get my business again...

HORRIBLE. They used to be pretty nice and very professional. Me and my mom arrived at 5:15 and didnt leave until 7:15! 2 hours. 2 employees completely ignored us and were on phones, then after about 20 minutes we got seated, We were there for a pedicure and a fill in. They finally started on my mom and in the middle of her fill in some lady who was already done with her fingers and toes decided I dont like this color so they completely stopped doing my moms nails and redid the other womans! totally unprofessional. FINALLY the girls working on our nails yelled in a different language to each other, and constantly kept giggling and yelled right in my ear. Do not go here. Horrible.

Ive never gotten a manicure before, much less a gel manicure. but Kelly made the experience so wonderful and i really enjoyed it, especially the outcome!!! im so happy with these nails!!

Went for a fill in since my usual place was closed, and was completely over charged plus the tech rushed through my nails and so now they are uneven and lumpy. Every time I asked for it to be fixed, it was done halfheartedly. Then when it came time to pay, they charged me for shape and length (since it was a fill the shape was done and the length was done before I went there), but said they would discount it off after I complained, but the fill still cost me 30.00.

My experience was horrendous! The nail was chipped. The paint came off within the first day. Don’t recommend

WORST NAIL SALON IN CANTONWe just moved to E. Canton and we’re always looking for new and good Nail places...I went there with my mother on a Sunday since they’re only one open on a Sunday( I hadn’t researched better the area that Sunday, 2 weeks ago).. but after HORRIBLE service at this place? I have since found a few open on Sundays that are excellent. (Diva & Serenity included on my new top choices now).Nail World is way overpriced, but the actual Nail quality service? NEVER HAD IT WORST! I’m talking about doing a Regular + callus treatment Pedicure where I had to keep asking over and over to my guy and my Mom’s woman Nail Tech, to please cut both our toe nails, also had to keep asking them both to actually remove callus as we paid for it, right?And worse? They’re already pretty much “done”And using “massage” on our legs as a “let-me-do-this- crappy-massage-so-I-can-get-you-out-fast-and-get-next-person-waiting” and they’re BOTH rushing...rushing to get me and my mom and others to finish fast. We noticed no client there doing Pedicures, were longer than us, which total time they took? Between 15-20 min!The man that did mine, did my pedicure so bad that I had to go a week later to a new place just to trim my toe nails, actually have someone remove dead skin and callus, since he didn’t do it, and new place helped me with an already ingrown toe nail, because of they way this place “didn’t” cut my toe nails properly. The way I had to kept asking him to.. and got completely ignored.Overall? They both ignored all our requests to PLEASE cut our nails properly, remove or “buff/scrub” our dead skin, remove callus.. including using tool that ANY OTHER SALIN DOES that cleans around edges of toe nails, the one that removes dead skin under, around your nails? Yeah.. that one was even worse.. because i had to actually ask him to use that tool! He wasn’t going to, and both didn’t like we asked our “corners” to be cleaned that way, which is standard in any pedicure in any other Salon! Eww!!They’re clearly used to only doing “Perfect & Easy” young people’s feet, so unless you’re 15 yrs old, with no dead skin, callus, or want your nails cleaned? You’d probably be ok with this place. But if you’re like me and my older Mom, in your 30’s and have extra skin, callus (normal for any women over 20) this IS NOT THE PLACE for you.I was extremely upset how they did a crappy job, charged almost double other places and were rushing, rushing.Too bad. I have 4 daughters between 17-25, me and my Mom that does Nails every 2 weeks, of not weekly.. so they definitely lost 6 women right here.Hope they read this and maybe start actually doing good job. Hopefully one day. Even though I will NEVER go back there or even recommend it to anyone else. EVER.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I had made an appointment for 6 p.m. for myself and my younger sister. When I walked in there were about four people waiting, I walked up to the front desk and told them that I have an appointment at 6. They said okay and continued doing whatever they were doing. I waited 30 minutes to FINALLY be seated. I told them what I needed and they basically did the opposite. So I had to wait.. again for the correct person to assist me. Then they began laughing at me because they missunderstood what I had told them to begin with. After an HOUR of sitting there with an appointment previously made, they took the four people that had been waiting before I got there. Needless to say I was LIVID. I told them how horrible of an experiance this was and I will never be coming back to this place. Do not go here.

This place is right next to the gym I manage, and its awesome I use Kelly for everything from nails to pedicure to eyebrows!! This place is addicting!!Also Im signed in under a workers name!!! Im a guy and I love looking clean and upkept
