Nice Aveda salon/spa, I love going here because it isn’t huge and overwhelming. Staff is always friendly and helpful with scheduling. I see Melodie for massages and recently for a facial. I cannot say enough good things about her! If you want a great deep massage that truly helps your body heal, book with Melodie! After one facial with her, I know I will be coming back routinely- my skin looks and feels great and the products I purchased are also wonderful!

I live in Colorado now. When I know Im coming to Ohio, I call to get my hair done. Tonite us the greatest. I have not found a salon even equal to GSV Salon.

Had hair and makeup done for a wedding. The ladies here were incredibly lovely and accommodating. I scheduled the appointment as a secret for my mom who flew in and Sue was so helpful and welcoming. Leslie made my mom look incredible and was a pro styling her curly hair. Chris made me look so glam and was a joy to talk with. We couldn’t be more pleased.

All of the staff were kind and friendly and the immediate response to the salon was that it was clean and stylish! You could tell that the team members loved where they work and liked working with each other. It was a lighthearted and fun atmosphere (probably aided by the fact that I went in on Halloween)I got my hair done by Chelsea and she was wonderful! I gave her a description of what I wanted (definitely not a hair stylist here) and she took my vague description and gave me the perfect cut and color! She was incredibly friendly and funny, making the whole experience enjoyable!I will definitely be returning!

Best Brazilian waxes you can find. The set up is so relaxing. The women who does the waxes always makes sure I am comfortable and is relatively quick.

I have not done much for myself lately.... and yesterday I had the best experience at GSV with Gay and her staff. Gay not only made me feel like myself again and look good... she also taught me about my hair and what I need to do to get it back to life. I really learned a lot. Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced! I walked in wanting a quick and simple hair trim. I waited a good 45 minutes but wasn’t going to complain because I was a walk in. The lady I had was very loud and unprofessional while talking to another very obnoxious employee. They spent most of the time gossiping about each other and the receptionist. She did not take the time to hear what I wanted for my hair. She cut it very uneven and too short. I was then charged an extra $5 after being told it would be $35. The manager did not care and did nothing about the bad hair cut or overpricing. There is nothing good to say about this place. It is very overpriced, bad managed, and rude employees. I will never go back.

I went here for a brow waxing with Kayla, and she did amazing! She brow mapped me to make my brows even and match my face. I love them! She also gave me a mini facial to show me some of the products Aveda uses since I’ve never used them before. Everything smelled so good and was plant based. I was really impressed and will definitely rebook there!

The hair designers at GSV are amazing. They are very personable and genuinely friendly. They care about you as a person and each other. You can feel the vibe when you walk in the door. Narrissa is amazing and funny. She is very good at selecting just the right look for you. When I get my hair done I just tell her to do what she thinks would look best.

I love GSV Design in Canton! Chandice is a wonderful stylist ... for color and cut! She takes a lot of time with you and really cares about the customer. This will be my new salon of choice.Leslie and Chelsea do a great job as well! Been going here for almost a year and all are professional stylists. Love it!

The entire staff is so welcoming, you feel like family. The stylists are very well trained and give excellent cuts. I drove 30miles today in a very blowing snowstorm to get my haircut; so you know they do a terrific job.

Narrissa is the best!! I went to a few salons before I found her at this one, and she is by far the nicest and most talented stylist Ive ever had. Im never disappointed when I leave. I get compliments on my hair color all the time, even when its faded out and needs redone. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new stylist.

They won’t let you in without a mask on the government mandate clearly says there are exemptions for medical. How can you pick out a make up color with a mask or curbside service.

This salon has a lovely atmosphere and the professional staff are so kind and expert at what they do. They also are very good at problem solving and saved me from a tragic haircut. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

This was the first time Ive felt a spa like experience and gotten my hair done at the same time. The aromatherapy and hand massage from Narissa was very much needed after a long day at work. She was very informative about what she used and what she was doing. I felt and looked great when i left. Salon was clean and I felt very welcome. I will be back!

I had a very pleasant experience at GSV Design! The salon was clean, the employees were all so inviting and greeted me as soon as I walked in. It was my first time there and I came for a Brazilian wax--which was also a first for me. The esthetician who provided the service was amazing. She was very funny and personable. In regards to the wax, she used a combination of hard and soft technique. While I was advised to never use soft wax and to run if an esthetician pulls out strips, I felt she did a great job educating me as to why she uses both. She created such a calm atmosphere, especially considering how nervous I was. Upon leaving, the receptionist offered me free samples and made sure I re-scheduled at a date that worked best for me. Ill definitely be back and I definitely recommend!

I got the bikini wax done. It was calm and relaxing and not awkward at all. I definitely recommend and will be going back!

Had my hair cut by Chris. He was nice and thorough. Erin at the front helped me with hair donation forms, I am very pleased and recommend it to anybody.

I had a really bad experience here. I went in for the first time to get my hair colored. I have shoulder length hair. They quoted me $75 and the girl added an extra bowl of color without telling me it would be another $30. They ended up crediting me $25 for in salon credit. I ended up treating my mom when she came to visit for pedicures. They again quoted me wrong and charged me an extra $20! I don’t understand how companies can do this! Why not just tell us it’s going to be extra?!? I’ll never go back. I can’t stand when people LIE to me!!

Rachel did my updo for prom and I absolutely loved it! Rachel is amazing!

I got married on September 15th and chose GSV for hair and makeup. Overall, we had 13 ladies getting their hair done (combo of updos and styles) and makeup for me and for my mom. They started at 12pm and we were all out the door before 3pm! They even provide a brunch with mimosas that was absolutely delicious! The stylists were so personable and professional and did a beautiful job with everyone! Lesley did my hair and makeup and my moms hair and makeup and I couldnt have been happier with the results! The prices were also very reasonable for the services. Im so happy that I chose GSV for my big day and would definitely recommend them over and over!!

I came to GSV on a whim because I absolutely love Aveda products and needed to establish myself at a salon closer to where I work in Canton. I was matched with Chandis, and let me tell you she did not disappoint! She was so welcoming, and very professional while we consulted on the services I was to have done that evening. I am so impressed with my hair color and cut, I will definitely be back. I also had a super relaxing foot soak while my color developed, so come enjoy a pampering session. All the stylists were very friendly, and Kelsey at the front desk helped me sort through all the wonderful Aveda products. Cant rave enough about this salon, and will look forward to returning!

Not a great experience with staff and managment. I asked questions about their perm products and process. Two questions and the stylist snapped at me. I asked to speak to manager. When front desk person asked manager to come out, i heard someone say, just tell whoever it is im not here Bad impression and unfriendly.
