Truck entrance is on Mahoning Rd. You definitely cant miss the huge truck entrance sign. The facility is really spacious and the docks are manoeuverble and well numbered. You will be required to unhook and stage. Parking is allowed and plenty. Staff is courteous and helpful. Nearest truck washout is roughly 7 miles away: 4736 Navarre Rd, SW - Canton, OH 44706

Truck Entrance on Old State 153/Mahoning Rd. Directions off of I-77 Exit 107B..US 62 East to Harmont Ave. Turn Right. Go 1.3 miles to Mahoning(McDonalds & Circle K) Turn Right. .3 miles on Left. Sign Truck Entrance. Early arrival and finish break parking in staging area. Walk Paper Work to door #1 (steel door..Drivers Entrance) Slide window open put Paper Work on desk. Close window, they will come and get when ready. Sometimes slow to unload. FreshMark and Sugardale same company.

I arrived at 00:30 am, the security guard at the gate said I only got 1/2 of the diesel in the reefer tank ( good for 36 hours continuous ), but it should be 3/4. He not allow me to go in, but allow to stay parked in front of the gate. 8:00 am check in with another security guard, I was OK for my appt 9:00am. They gave me a door around 9:45. Within an hour and a half I was unloaded, Overnight parking available, outside portable restroom.

Arrived Sunday night. Overnight parking is available. They woke up early in the morning and woke up quickly. Very friendly staff and good work !!!

Nice place to deliver...large staging area with overnight parking..back into dock, drop trailer...when unloaded...reconnect..paperwork in back of trailer. Was able to finish break here.

Good step stone job when your in a bind but youll work 6-7 days a week..However if you apply through a temp service good luck getting hired in if they cant replace you..

Had drop and hook and was able to get overnight parking, security guard was helpful. Good people there they care about you getting your break and wont bother you. Just make sure you fill your reefer tank up at least 3/4 before you get there, if not youll have to turn back and get fuel. This goes for live unloads and drop and hooks.

They wont let you in unless you have a full tank of reefer fuel.. even if youre live unloading.. the reason for this is because you are going to wait & wait & wait & wait & wait.... I was on time for my appointment & still waited 9 hours to get unloaded.. Ill not be hauling a load here ever again. I told dispatcher Id quit & drive for someone else before I came here again. Screw this place!!!

Very well organized for my visit I was unloaded 27 hours early but they also needed the product I had one. Not sure about over night parking as I didnt call to see about it

Been waiting to get a door for 5 hours, theres another guy here whos been waiting 7 hours. Avoid this place if you dont want to waste a day here.

I am a security guard here at Fresh Mark going on 3 yrs.... love the hotdogs and bacon....

If you like to sit hours past your appointment times. They will be happy to waste your time away....

The only reason I gave one star is because I couldnt give a zero. We got a load to deliver here, and then we recd a date change from the shipper to delay the shipment by one day, we called to change the delivery appt to the next day and were told they dont change, but to just come in early & well get worked in. 12 hours later, they wont even offer a ball park time. Maybe well get your truck unloaded tonight. I highly recommend never ever doing business with this unorganized unorthodox sorry excuse for a business. I wont ever again in this lifetime.

Nice personnel, yard goats are helpful, pretty quick unload time most of the time, ample parking for early arrival

They are very nice and you can stay in there parking lot too take your ten hr break
