If I had another option I would pick it. Unfortunately they are the one ones that offer internet in my area. They constantly raise the prices and the service and quality are sub par at best.

Ridiculously expensive for 25MBS.

Internet will not stay connected for longer than 30 minutes straight on about 80% of the days you have this service. I have had 3 separate technicians come to my home to try to fix this issue... but clearly the issue is their product. Not the techs.

I would not use this company if you paid me.

Our service has been out and they wont do anything and they have been notified of the problem. They said it would be fixed the 11th , now they are saying our internet will be fixed on the 19th. Ridicoulous

Very poor excuse for customer service and always have connection issues. As soon as comcast decides to extend their line an additional 800 feet down my street windstream is no more

Nothing new to say they reputation is awful, and legally government should do something about false publicity.

Constant connectivity issues, long wait for technician to come to house, lackluster staff, not super eager to help.

Windstream Internet is garbage and unreliable. The customer service is incompetent. Giving them 1 star is being generous.

Windstream is still terrible. Multiple techs out to my house problem has still not been fixed. If you have other internet options go with them

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. We have had issues with Windstream since day one and they monopolize my area meaning that nothing except for super expensive satalite internet is available besides Windstream. When there is an issue it takes weeks to resolve it. Their latest ploy is to shut internet down at nine PM and not switch it back on until eleven AM the next day. Weve been dealing with this for a week so far. Its a huge issue because I have two students in my home taking online classes. I actually called and created a claim and the date for resolution was almost two weeks out!! Thank you for free WiFi Starbucks. I dont know what we would have done without you. Windstream is a shameful excuse for an internet provider and should be forced to prorate all costomers involved in this current scam.
