If you need a dentist this is the place. I hadnt been in a while and was nervous. Denise and the dr both made me feel relaxed and was very informative. I have to have things done but feel that this is the right place.

Friendly service, explains throughly what will be happening as well as what to expect during && after procedures. Highly recommend if looking for a new dentist in town.

I have been going to Canton Heights Dental for years and am very happy with them. The office is great to work with and Dr Klausmeyer is a great dentist. He makes you feel comfortable and if you are the nervous type he will do what ever is needed to calm your nerves. I recommend them.

Went in for X-rays and a cleaning and discovered I had two urgent issues that needed to be worked on. Thanks to my tech and the good Doctor, we were able to come up with a plan to fix them. The staff is is wonderful and I am so happy that I have them on my side to help me with these issues.

This was my first visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. The doctor and techs explained everything as we went, what they were doing and the plan of care. If todays visit is any indication of the kind of business they are, I highly recommend.

This is one of the best dentist offices Ive ever been too. Shelly, Connie, and Dr. Klausmeyer have always treated me great. They are professional and do a great job. Cant say enough good things about them.

If your children have their appointments together and you are not vaccinated they will not let you come in with your child. You have to wait in the car while one of your children is getting treatment. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my child by himself during the procedure. They didn’t inform me about their policy when I booked the appointments for minors.

I’m a new patient as of December and I just love Dr. Bill and the girls. I have had many dentists over the years and Dr. Bill is by far the best. I have never had a dentist make the effort of trying to reuse a crown that has come out if possible. Prior dentists automatically say it can’t be reused and it’s thrown away. Dr. Bill does not do that. If it can be reused then that’s what he does which in my opinion is awesome. He and Mindy always explain everything that is being done and why, which to me, is wonderful. Plus, I love his sense of humor. After so many bad experiences with many dentists over the years, it’s so amazing to have finally found one that goes the extra mile. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

The staff at Canton Heights Dental are very courteous and friendly. They were very understanding when I missed an appointment and got me rescheduled pretty quickly. I know that is not possible all the time but it was good to get in for my cleaning without having to wait weeks and weeks for the next available appointment.

This place is excellent. The doctor and employees are very nice. They all are very well organized and have plenty of knowledge about what they are doing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I have been going to Canton Heights Dental for two years. We’ve been very pleased with the dental care we’ve received from both Dr. Klausmeyer and his staff who are always welcoming and professional. I have been to the office twice during the pandemic and have been impressed with the procedures in place to ensure the safety of both patients and employees.

They were very concerned of safety due to Covid which I liked . Handled it in a professional manner . The Assistant and Dentist listened I had a problem with a tooth for years and not one of the 3 Dentists I saw had a solution. They didn’t see anything . William saw a small crack in a feeling where a bottom crown had a surface point that put pressure on the tooth . Gave me a new filling and smoothed off the Crown. That’s a 5 star to me .

Dr Klausmeyer’s staff were all super professional and personable. Dr. Klausmeyer makes you feel welcome and like you’ve known each other for years even if it’s your first appointment. The office is in a residential house but don’t be fooled once you’re inside it’s super clean and laid out exactly like a doctors office but with a homey atmosphere.

I went in for a second opinion about some repeat dental work; they were super thorough and answered all my questions. I was not rushed or felt like I asked a stupid question.

Went during covid pandemic, but felt totally safe with all the precautions they take. Did not have to wait long, and received very thorough treatment, and did not try to sell me a treatment plan, like so many other places have done . Very friendly staff too! Would highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and helpful, very transparent about pricing and insurance filing procedures. The new patient forms are available online and are user-friendly. They communicate very well with appointment reminders, etc. My hygienist Connie was great and I felt like she did a much more thorough cleaning job than my previous dentist. Additionally, the office is handling their COVID-19 practices very responsibly.

Holly the manager is super helpful and friendly! Susanne is always smiley and sweet. Dr K is always making me laugh and feel confident about my teeth. This office is truly the best I’ve ever been to, their dynamic in there is so great and you can tell it’s like one big happy family.

We love Canton Heights Dental! The front office team is always sweet, Shelley is patient and amazing, and Dr. Bill is both professional and funny. We’ve just met Dr. Hammond and he’s wonderful as well! Today we took my son for the first time, and Miss Shelley was so gentle and patient and it was a great experience for him. He has autism and does not like to be limited in his movements, and we were worried about all the scraping and whirring noises in his head, but she told him what to expect and let him feel the instruments on his hands first. We already loved the team but do even more so now!

I really don’t know what to say because other extremely reputable dentists told me that there was nothing that could be done to fix / repair my bridge. But that wasn’t true because Dr. Bill Klausmeyer found a creative way to fix my bridge. If someone could truly say that they liked going to the dentist it would be about this guy. Thanks Bill

Very knowledgeable and caring people here. They take great care of me without trying to up sell me things I dont need. I made an appointment on Monday 8/25/2020 to see Dr Bill because I was having pain on a moler tooth. Dr. Bill was able to see me the next morning. I had been having 2 and 3 excruciating migraine headaches per day for over a week but it was not obvious my tooth was an issue until Sunday, the day before I made the appointment. As soon as I arrived Dr Bill examined my tooth and took a couple x rays and said we need to take care of this today! My tooth had abscessed. He made a phone call right then to a oral surgeon friend of his, explained the problem to him and asked if he could help me today. Thank God the oral surgeon told him to send me right over. Within a hour I was asleep and my tooth was in a tray. Dr. Bill and his staff has taken extraordinary care of me for about 3 years now and I am so glad I found them! I highly recommend Canton Heights Dental. Thank you Dr Bill and staff!
