Highly recommend the Canton Woods complex. Erin, Kathleen, and the maintenance staff are super friendly and attentive. Ample amenities, unit space, and easy access to the conservatory for nature walks. Received alot of compliments from visitors about the bay window and bar height tiered kitchen counters. Only moving to relocate for work.

Canton woods is a fun and a mind relaxing place to reside. I reside here over ten years. During my time here the leasing office have been very nice and very understanding especially in this unprecedented time. Of course I could never forget the maintenance guys they are outstanding. Thanks guys for a pleasant place to live!👍😊

I visited Canton Woods twice this week to see what they had to offer, and I met with the Property Manager, Regina. I had a wonderful time touring the complex. Regina was welcoming, attentive, and gracefully answered many of my questions. During the tours, we ran into several residents who she knew on a first name basis, and they seemed very fond of her! They have a beautiful community room that can be rented for functions, a cute outdoor pool, a fitness center, and some apartments have fire places. Overall it seems like a very nice community.

I had the best day today. I was in a big mess, went into my rental office to see if I could get help. The manager of the property Regina, came through for me and help me out 100 percent. I just want to say she saved me from all of my frustration. I really appreciate the help she gave me. I even ask her can i give her a hug and she said oh yes. Each time I go into the rental office and ask for any kind of help, there is always someone there to help me, always. I just want to give a big thanks to everyone: Regina, Kathleen, Carlos Mike, and the young lady I just met today Michelle. If I missed anyone I truly appreciate everyone help. God Bless you all. Love where I live, never want to leave here.

Great apartment building with great building staff. I wish I could’ve continued to live there but family issues caused me to move.This apartment is so welcoming to everyone and every family pet.Amazing amenities (pool, gym, etc.) great snow plowing during the winter, package deliveries. Just a great place all around.

I have been living in this community for 3 years now. I have build a great relationship with Regina and Kathleen in the office and I go to them with any problems I have. Them and Mike (Maintenance) make sure they fix anything or help me with anything I need. They have painted and put new floors in each building and it looks amazing. I highly recommend taking a tour/ moving into Canton Woods, also- great school system and there are a lot of great kids in this community!

My husband and I moved into Canton Woods in the fall and we absolutely love it! Our property manager is professional, kind and very helpful. Although issues are rare, whenever there are issues she deals with them immediately. Maintenance is beyond kind and always go above and beyond. We love living here! Our apartment is cozy, and all our neighbors are beyond pleasant.

All the neighbors are super nice and the staff is helpful and promptly addresses any issues you have

A person named Caitlyn or Katline (not sure how to spell her name) Called my job for a market survey asked to speak to my manager at which point I told her he wasn’t here. And that he handles all phone calls related to that matter. At which point she got an attitude then proceeded to say “oh whatever and hang up on me!!!!”I called back in absolute disbelief that an “professional” would lack so much manner. she then proceeded to hang up again, a second TIME!!! I hope this company never has the audacity to ever call my place of employment AGAIN!!!

Omg my sister lived here for a few years and she said at first it was ok but then they started to move any and everybody in. Thats when they started making drug deals by the dumpster etc. The police never come in to check things out, guys hanging out in front of the buildings. When my sister lived there i practically lived there to. Canton woods has turned into Canton hoods if you dont believe me go do a tour. But good luck to everyone on your apartment searching.

Upon entering the lavish managerial building, you would think it is worth the 2k a month that includes nothing. The entranceway is clean and spacious, there is a welcoming ornate table and the decor is highly tasteful. The smiles are quick and the parking lot is seemingly large. The actual place you assigned you are assigned does not have a large entranceway, there is no ornate well to do furniture in place. there are stains on the rubs, there are discs on the floor that bubble up foam into the hallway when the neighbor does laundry. in the back windows there are vents from the dryer where lint falls down to the ground so you may see balls of it float past your window if you are not on the top floor. management lies. maintenance comes in when you are not there. fliers are left on your door where people may be able to see when you are not there and not. there is no deduction for automatic withdrawal of your rent, no assigned parking, there has been tire slashings, fire alarms pulled, cops doing a search for a wanted criminal in an apt with a helicopter overhead, vehicles with lights going and the head maintenance man asking permission from management to let them in as they wanted to bust the door down. oh and maintenance, they let themselves in to do what they want when you are not there. nice huh? walking in to the apt building, not the show one where they are mind you, there are cigarette extinguish places, so you get the wonderful fragrence of cancer sticks when coming in. there is no exit outside of the front door to your apt. should there be a fire...no balcony...nothing. the mailbox area always has trash. it is not worth 2k a month at all.
