I was a walk in, the back of my phone cracked when I dropped it. They had the back already in stock (was the brand new Samsung galaxy S21 plus) and had it done within 45 minutes. The price was excellent for the quality, I cant even tell I had the back replaced. They did a great job and the person who helped me was very polite and helpful with everything. Ill be going here for any electronic fixes in the future.

My experience was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in the door customer service was excellent! He walked me through the entire repair process, got me signed up for home protection, and even made sure my son had a screen protector and case! I had to bring my Samsung phone to uBreakiFix. While I was in the hospital, someone tried to mess with it and locked it up. I couldnt remember the pin # and so I took it to ATT thinking they could unlock it, but were unable to do so. ATT recommended your store. There was a problem with Samsung so it took a week to repair the phone. My husband and I were sure we had to swallow the $400 we paid for it, but, by golly, you guys did it!!! I was able to pick up the phone the day after Labor Day. I would recommend you to ANYONE!! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

They broke glass on the back of my phone and refuse to take ownership of it claiming because I didnt notice prior to leaving it couldnt possibly be their fault. Battery replacement was fine. Accountability of their mistake is terrible.*Edit*Manager of the store contacted me back a few days after posting and said him and the technician spoke and they felt the right decision was to replace it. Having it repaired today at no cost and am upgrading the stars to reflect that.

Awesome prices, but I wish the website told you that it would take 2 - 2 1/2 hours to complete. Just drove out 30 minutes expecting it to be done before 5, and they told me Id have to pick it up tomorrow. I have work in the morning, so Ill have to reschedule to next weekend. Also Im 37 weeks pregnant and dont want to be without a phone in case baby comes and I need to tell my husband.. Still bringing it here because the price is unbeatable, but slightly peeved I just wasted an hour driving to be told that it cant be done today. The site says 45 minutes.

I had my phone screen replaced a few months ago. They stated they would let me know if there was worse damage prior to performing any other work to allow me to scrap the phone if needed, which was great. After having the screen replaced, one corner began lifting from the frame. They fixed it without any additional charges, so Id recommend considering phone repairs here.

Went here after an obnoxious attempt by some teenager sales rep to try to get me to upgrade my phone. Told about some unlikely horror stories, etc. Im old-fashioned, in that, if I like something Ill side-step having to start fresh (not to mention paying an unnecessary amount).Thats where these guys came in.For conveniences sake, Ill bullet point why I rated five stars.• Super cleanly, and organized store. Usually, these types of places are disorganized and look very, rough.• Very fast service. Albeit, I had but only a very superficial crack in my screen, they had it back in my hands before three hours passed.• Above and beyond. In addition to my fixed screen, they also added an additional new frame and battery. Which, for my (wildly outdated [sarcasm]) Samsung Galaxy S8, was greatly needed.Thats about it. I had fast and excellent service where I wasnt really expecting to! Hats off to those that work here!

Took my phone there because my phone insurance sent me there to get my screen fixed and they were very professional, prompt and friendly. They fixed my phone in like an hour and 15 minutes and it seriously looks like when I first bought it. I will definitely go there again if Im in need of work on any electronics for sure. Was sent here by google to have a pixel repaired. What excellent service! The check-in process was smooth and they had a great understanding of the issue the device was have. They had it fixed in less than an hour even though they told me it would be at least 2 hours. I will definitely be returning when Im in need of phone repair.

When I walked into this store I was very worried that my phone repair was going to cost me a lot of money. I was greeted promptly and told the employee what was going on with my phone. I think he could tell that I was a bit nervous. The employee told me that he take a look at my phone and would be back in a few minutes and not to worry. The employee came back and han6me my phone a few minutes later and said that it was all fixed. I was surprised and as how much did I owe him. The employee told me that it was no charge.Great service. Had the unfortunate mishap of damaging the screen on my Samsung note 20 ultra after having it for only a few months. Ive been pretty lucky in terms of damaging phones over the last 20 years usually getting by until I was ready for an upgrade or already being eligible. Well that wasnt the case this time. I called around to several repair shops and most of their quotes were twice what I just paid here, and the other shops didnt even have the parts in stock. When I called uBreakiFix I was delighted to hear the cost of repair and the fact that they had everything in stock. I showed up when they opened and inside of 2 hours later I was picking up my repaired phone. All the staff were very friendly and professional. It nice to have an affordable and reliable option for fixing a damaged phone. I will definitely be recommending them to others in the future.

Took in my Pixel 4a 5G to have the screen replaced, which was completed but the screen was not staying connected to the phone, as I was told after the first return visit, some times the glue that google provides isnt strong enough so they use a in house product (this scared me b/c I would assume it would void any warranty I had from Google) after three return visits for the screen to be reattached to the phone, Ethan explained to me that the frame of the phone was bent and the screen would not lay flush on the body of the device. As this was not noticed by any of the techs previously or expressed to me, I have to assume that it is something that happened while in their hands. In addition I experienced a huge scare when after contacting them to find out the status of my phone (did ask them to contact me when it was ready with no contact) they informed me that the phone had been picked up and wasnt there, which couldnt have been as I had not been to the store. A short time later they contacted me and low and behold they had my phone it just wasnt where it normally would have been. I had already contacted 2 of my creditors to have my cards replaced as I didnt know where they were at or who had procession of them. This was easily the worst of the worst feelings and the over all customer service at this location has frustrated me. When I asked what can be done to fix the device the person just stood there and looked at me with no comment, as a result I took the device and have placed it in its original box and will not be using it in fear of it falling apart more thanks to Theybroketheydidntfixit.

After having a miserable experience on the phone with the big phone carriers insurance provider, Assurant, following advise I saw online I went to this uBreakiFix store. Even without needing to fully explain the situation, the staff here already knew more or less what my issue was when I told them about my power issues on my Pixel 4xl.Just on a whim I came here fully expecting them to say I am out of luck, but in fact that wasnt the case. They took my phone in and replaced what was needed in a extremely fast and caring manner. They initially quoted me a 2-3 hour wait, but I got a call after only 20 mins.As far as I see it, they saved me $600 on a new phone, plus whatever I pay per month on my insurance. I am 100% going to come back to this store whenever I need service on my Google phone in the future.

Worst experience of my life.I brought my phone into this store to have my screen replaced, they broke the back of my phone during repair and ruined the factory water seal. My phone quit working 3 days after. The store refused to help, even though the reason my phone had water damage (despite the 90 day warranty) was because of a mistake made on their end. They are now requesting an additional $300 to cover up their mistake even though I gave them $300 a week ago.I called corporate, the customer service number, no help. save your money and go elsewhere.Update: After posting this review, they did agree to fix my phone at no charge.

I took my phone in to have the cracked screen replaced after I dropped it. Two months later the multi-touch gestures (pinch zoom) stopped working but as the previous repair was still under warranty, they replaced it again without issue.

Don is the man! Had a mobile repair for a cracked screen, my man showed up super early for me, and knocked it out in less than 15 mins. Very friendly, kind, and polite as well. Kudos Don for making my experience such a positive one!
