First time at this Supercuts in Canton. So happy to meet Krista who was my hair stylist for the highlights, cut and blow dry. She was very gentle with my long hair which could be challenging to handle, she listened to my concerns, and she did amazing job with the color and style. I left the place looking like a Hollywood star! Got a compliment from a stranger as I was walking to my car. Krista is one of the best hair stylists Ive ever met. The salon is clean, they closely follow all the pandemic regulations and precautions. Will definitely come back and tell my sister about Krista:)

Stopped in for quick haircut.

I did go to this location consistently every 2 weeks, there are 2 woman who are excellent! But unfortunately the last two times have been a very poor experience because of one employee that wouldn’t give me her name.. (Short blonde mid 30’s) the first time I called to book my appointment and she said don’t call us we will call you to come in, she never put it in the computer and waited for 20 minutes just to find out I was never put in the schedule! And just now she said come right in no problem on the phone. I get there and she answers the door when I get there to say “oh no it’s too late come back tomorrow” after I just got off the phone with her 8 minutes earlier and it was only 5:41!!! Very disappointing one person with an attitude is ruining what use to be a good establishment, my establishment that I had gone to for years!! No more, no one deserves to be treated like that especially in a service industry! I always tipped $20 for each cut because of the Covid closure!! Just sad

Ive been coming here for years because of Nina who is an excellent stylist. Fun to talk to and very professional. Highly recommend herAlso good Covid protection measures. Temperatures check & distance stations. Sanitize between customers.

Have been a customer for quite a while and have always been treated well, gotten a haircut that was neat and clean, and never overpaid for any service. I get as much as those paying much more at other salons. Very satisfied.

We live the next town over and other Supercuts are closer, but my two sons and I like to request Nina. She does a great job, is professional and great with the kids.

Im honestly torn about this one. It was going to be a 0 star if thats possible. My appointment was 220, and I didnt get taken until 320. Thats bad enough, but they took 2 people with later appointments before me!! After my hour wait, Paula cut my hair, thank God. The only reason I bumped this up to 3 stars is because of her. Paula your great, I wish I didnt have to wait for an hour to find that out!

I get my hair cut by Linsey A. and she always does a great job. Although the prices are extremely reasonable, it looks like I got $100 hair cut.

Impressed by Covid infection control. Took temp and contact info. Clean. Call first but we did walk in.

It was the worst haircut experience every. I asked for 2 inches on the side and she did 3.5 and then I asked for an inch on the top and she cut 2.5

We had an appointment at 4:20pm. We were told they would call and my daughter would come in. We waited 25 minutes and no call! The girl finally called and said 25 minutes wasn’t long to wait! Unprofessional and not on time.

Have been getting my hair cut by Nina here for over a year. Always a perfect haircut and Im pretty particular about how I want it to look. Everyone is really friendly.

I go in, ask for them to leave 3-4inches. She starts cutting, then shaves me down with a #3 buzzer. Too late now, let her finish, pay, tip and leave. Shouldn’t have paid or tipped (but Id feel bad not tipping), BUT I look like a clown now. Never go here if you want a good haircut, I won’t be back.

Very good experiance here what I observed waiting for my friend he was having his haircut Very professional staff!! I also observed it was very busy salon with little staff and they were at there max! But never hear any inappropriate language by any of that staff in fact they were very courteous and helpful and very professional with the amount of staff they had! I give this place a 5 star!

The woman who cut my hair was great! She kept up a conversation and was very easy to talk to. My haircut turned out great and Im very happy with it.

Have come to this location multiple times in hopes that they are getting Better unfortunately not tried agian this past week hoping to get my daughters hair cut straight across it is crooked one side higher by almost 2 when I have gone in the past for my self to get a trim we talked About 3 but more like 7 to 9 Inches will cut off I had Long hair

I went in even after reading all the bad reviews hoping to have an average experience. What I got was a great experience from the min I walked in from the stylist who told me how long I would have to wait and made the whole experience very pleasant. Checked w me thru out the cut to make sure she didnt cut too short or anything else. I had a great experience and would def return

I called to schedule an appointment at 4:57 on a Saturday, they told me they weren’t taking names anymore because they close at 6 and that I could walk in but it would be a 45 minute wait. I got there at 5:05 and they told me they were all booked. I told the front desk lady that i called and they told me I could walk in, and that was only 5 minutes ago. So this woman named Lindsay who was cutting someone’s hair turns to me and yells that it’s because more people walked in during this 5 minutes and that they were booked. I’m a regular customer and always make sure to tip well, even when I don’t like the haircut, and felt like my business isn’t appreciated there, they could have simply told me over the phone that they were booked and not have wasted my time.Since the quality of the cuts are inconsistent I will not be returning.

Worst organizationEven if you call ahead prepare to wait for another 40m. Perhaps it is a bit racist I feel.I used to go regularly and past 3 months have deterioratedAlso other than perhaps one or two good staff the quality of hair cut is worse than a guy from street cutting. And I am a guy so a little error here and there may be fine. I can imagine horror done to womens hair.

Went in there once. The lady seemed to have an attitude because I showed up. Took my name and went back to what she was doing without telling me how long. So, I left. Went to a place 5 minutes away and will be going there from now on.

Some of the staff are great, but we often run into problems because Supercuts both books appointments and allows walk-ins. Personally, I think that appointments with set times should take precedence over people who just walk in, but that isnt always what happens.

After making an appointment with a specific stylist and getting confirmation, turns out they were not really working that day. Total waste of time, I stopped my holiday shopping and came out of my way to get a haircut just to find out they screwed up. Just got a lukewarm “sorry”, the girl who made my appointment didn’t even come out to apologize.

I guess opening for their advertised hours is really hard. I dont blame them though. 9AM is really very early. I dont know how any other store or business could ever operate before then.

Very bad experience today. Walked in with my 2 little ones for a haircut. It was 4pm and they close at 5pm. They refused to cut their hair and the lady started complaining about how understaffed they are, she is burned out because she cuts hair for 20+ customers a day, and was using words like S**t which Im teaching my 6 year old not to say! Very unprofessional!

This is what happened with me. I walked in at 8:30 pm and they close at 9pm. I have been there a few times and I was greeted by the girl who stands right behind the check out desk, I dont know her name but she is studying to be a nurse, she has cut my hair in the past so I know what she does. So she wanted me to have a seat and she was with a female client. 10 minutes later she came and told me that she wont be available till another 30 minutes or so and if I wanted I can come back after 30 minutes. I asked using my logic that dont we close by 9 ? she said yes we do close at 9 but she wont be done for another 30 minutes ? Im like then why do you want me to come back if you would close before I return ? she just made a face as she had no answer to my question. clearly she wanted me to leave and not come back that day. I left. She could have told me the truth and I would have rescheduled without a problem. I never went back again, I get seen at Hair Cuttery @ Stoughton now who waited for me till 9:10pm one day coz I called ahead even when they close at 9.Rule Number 1- you never want a customer walk out the door that too because of stupid staff. this nursing girl was ugly and dressed like a she emptied out a thrift store so I see why she acts the way she acts.

The quality is pretty hit or miss depending on who happens to be working, but theyre open late.

Booked an appointment online and waited 20+ minutes. I asked if the next person available could take me. I was told to wait while other walk-ins got a haircut. I don’t understand what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the point is to be seen at that time.

All the people waiting are WHITE and I am NOT.Writing this right after I returned back from this store. The white blond old lady with glasses working there said its 45 minutes before closing and one person is waiting and said it will be really difficult to cut my hair. I went to near by shop and passing by after 20 min, I saw 6 people were waiting to have some kind of hair job. Here you go super cuts canton. Thanks for discrimination.

Stylist did not clean or sterilize tools between customers, didnt clean hair off the chair or cape or the floor around the chair.
