Went in today to get a haircut. All I asked for was a 2 on the sides and finger length on top. Instead of blending my hair on the sides she literally blended on top of my head. Its honestly the worst haircut of my life! Her clippers was yanking my hair on the sides. I can see small areas where it made my hair shorter on the sides and it looks really bad. She said she was having trouble with them all day and instead of just using good clippers from the very beginning she decided to use my hair to experiment! It so ridiculous that places like this hire these types of people! You basically have to flip a coin if youre going to get someone professional or not and it shouldnt be like that! I didnt want to tip her but the screen wasnt allowing me to click next so I basically had to give her a dollar and she didnt deserve a penny! Go somewhere else!!!!

Well this place is very nice the ladies cutting hair are very friendly and they do a hell of a good job

Would never tell anybody to get their haircut theyre showed up there on a Saturday at 4:30 they told me they were closing at 5 which states they close at 6 online and on the door and said that they werent taking any more people today would never go there again I didnt want to give them one star

Always a great haircut

I went here a few months ago to get my hair cut. The barber I usually go to at a different salon had gotten sick, and I had a very important interview coming up. So I decided to go here because I desperately needed a hair cut. I told the woman exactly how I wanted my hair cut as specifically as I could. She did the exact opposite. In the end my hair was extremely uneven, there was a blunt line on the back of my head, and she cut my hair way too high in the back. It basically looked like I had a bowl cut on the back of my head. I asked her if she could blend the back more and she said she couldnt. I then asked her again later if there was any way she could fix the back and she said it would look odd. At this point I had basically given up with this place, I paid and left. In conclusion, I did not have a good experience here. Im sure there are a lot of wonderful workers here that will cut your hair beautifully. Im just not going to risk going here again.

I was unsure about getting a womens cut here but I absolutely will be back their pricing is amazing and they are the only ones to ever layer and thin my hair not only the way I want it but without taking from the length 100% would recommend and already have

I was so impressed with the way they treated my 2 and a half year old! The stylist was some how able to get him to set for 30 minutes to get his haircut!. My son had so much fun and so did I! Totally worth future visits.

Ive been here 5 times, so far. I got a great cut (Bald Fade but on the military issued side of styling.) each time. Ive gotten a different stylist (I never ask for someone specific) each time. The MVP is the only way to go, youll never go back to anything less.The staff has always been good to great. I hate having to visit the very busy area they are located but Ill do it to get great cuts from them.

I have been going here for the last few years. I had moved from out of state. This Spoets Clups is much better then others. I have had great experiences,except for recently. The last couple cuts my son and I have gotten, have taken a long time. We went in today, LUCKILY I checked in through the app as per usual. It told me 75 minutes. I figured would do a little shopping and then get their. Come to find out, ONLY 2 stylists scheduled on a Friday!! Every time I have gone there has been at least 3 or 4. There were 8 people on the wait list and I think it was up to 2 1/2 hour wait or something crazy. If new managements could just schedule 1 or 2 more people. Or even be there on a Friday. It gets crazy

The ONLY place that my boys will get their hair cut! They love the VIP treatment and the fact that they do not leave the shop with hair on them at all. They have never left here unhappy and have never had a bad haircut.

They were great! Both 4 year old son and my husband got great cuts and the girls had great personality! We had free coupons and they took them with no questions and we got more coupons for next time! We will go there from now on!!

Haircut was decent. Still I prefer my barber. Its like when you go to walmart instead of any specialty store.

Had my haircut here several times and Im happy everytime. This time the manager Kristen blew it out of the park. Never thought I would enjoy a haircut so much. Very friendly and professional. Will absolutely keep coming back.Edit: My reason for dropping my rating down to 2 stars is because of the app. This should be first come first serve. I got in to the location with every chair empty and I couldnt sit down because 4 other people had used the app and werent even there yet. My wait time was 40 mins for all these guys to come in. I do NOT agree with this way of reserving a haircut. This has ruined my experience here and I will not come back if i have any more than a 20 minute wait for people who are not even present before me.Edit: Severely understaffed everytime I come here now. 2 people working and 7 people sitting and waiting. Not a fun experience. Will be returning to a barber where there is a very minimal wait time.

Did not have the balding shears or electric ones that every sports clips Ive been to have. She said only certain sports clips have them. I barely notice the hair cut. Nice perdonality

If I could give one star I would, do not go here to get your hair cut. my hair got chopped! I asked for a simple trim, and the lady cut way too much off and my hair was uneven!

Absolute joke. Ive been in here 3 times and all 3 times I got a different yet equally incompetent stylist. Go somewhere else. This place isnt nothing more than a sorry excuse of a novelty. Not every guy is into sports enough to go somewhere for a cut or trim and have old sport events being broadcasted on the tvs around the room. Its just not that important. Furthermore , the girls have nothing engaging to talk about and arent even hot. No skill . No personality. A complete waste of 20 bucks.

Casandra took care of me like part of her family. Came in with a haircut I had gotten somewhere else. And she was able to work magic on it.

The hairdresser is good but if you want a haircut, they dont do lineups.

Disappointed w Google. I put good local barber and sports clips came up first. They did not line up the boys hair. I asked them to but do to there not barbers they couldnt.Plus it was $20 for child hair cut, total being $40. Ridiculous! Will not go back. I will be going back to the old barber for sure. Clean cuts and $10 a piece.

Poor experience, two bad hair cuts for both of my boys. When I asked the manager to fix a few spots on my four year old, she got huffy and still didnt fix it. Will not be back. The Sports Clips in Green is so much better.
