Worst experience ever. I gave them bond money of about $580. To bail out of Cobb. Then while I was in cherokee sheriffs office jail. They told my mom that I was not a good person for missing court (while in jail the whole time and gave them $580 for bonding out of cobb to cherokee. They told her they didnt care and took money. A lawyer told us that was illegal and I hope to help someone else in that already hard situation and get youre money stolen. Then keeping that going would make me part of the problem and would allow them to steal your money as well. I cant do that believe it or not.

They were there on a moments notice so I could help a friend in middle of the night

Godfrey was very personable and friendly. He doesnt accept partial payments or checks, but he was upfront about all this and the costs and told me that right away. He explained to me how the bail bond process works. He was honest about the way he accepts payment and what payments he accepts so that there was no confusion. He even suggested where I could go to get something to eat since I had to wait for a while. All in all I was very pleased with Godfrey and would use him again but because of his line of work, I hope I never see him in a business capacity again. LOL
