He put in the extra effort and helped me locate and even called the ankle monitoring company himself to help me get my son out that night! ABC Bonding: the ONLY Bonding Company you should trust to assist in your release from the Detention Center. Dont ever go to jail....but if you find yourself in that unfortunate situation (like I did), call ABC Bonding. Trust me, dont even bother with the other guys in town. Melissa and Kai, helped me in a time of need, where minutes felt like hours. They had my release prepared with incredible efficiency, and had everything (including all of the important paperwork) in order for my co-signer to complete within minutes. They made an ultra-stressful situation feel manageable and much more comfortable. Their professionalism, their level of compassion and there desire to help are second to none. Being new in town and in a scary situation like this for the first time I immediately went online to look for a bondsman. I picked this company bc I couldn’t find one bad review. Kai took one of the scariest situations and turned it into one of the easiest things I ever had to do. After listening to what was going on and that my husband had just been arrested he immediately took charge and started the whole process over the phone. He wasn’t just hearing me talk he was really listening and even picked out my small children in the back ground and immediately recognized that decisions would need to be made based on them as well. One of the things I was very worried about was the time of night that it was, not having cash on me and banks being closed. Thankfully they take debit cards over the phone. He even sent me a receipt by text. He thoroughly explained the whole process my husband would be going through once he got to the jail and time frames and went ahead and called the jail to let them know that he was bonding him out so that I wouldn’t have to stress and keep calling the jail and keep calling the bonding company back or be the middle man between the two. He kept tabs on my husband while going through the process and then called me when he was ready. Because of his quick actions and his ability to recognize that it was not only affecting my husband but my whole family he had me working on information gathering on my end he needed so that when I did have to get out at that time of night with my children, the whole process would be as quick as possible. I feel as though had I picked any other bonding company the whole night could have been completely worse and even had a negative affect on my children. I know I told Kai thank you several times throughout the whole process however I hope he knows I will forever be grateful to him. When we think back on this night and talk about it years later Kai and ABC BONDING will be one of the things that we will remember as well as Kai for his professional, kind, quick actions and for making a terrible situation one that was easy to process and get through bc of his actions. For thinking of not only the money he would be making off the situation but of my small children as well during the process and for the decisions he made based on them at that time of night making it something that wasn’t negative or scary for them at all. I pray I never find myself needing a bondsman ever again however if I do or I know someone who does I will hands down without a doubt recommend this company to everyone for the rest of my life. I wish them success above all others and hope they never become jaded by the industry and will always keep the same quality’s and characteristics that make them a five star bonding company today!!
