I was very impressed with their service. They sent 2 reminder emails during the week before my appointment and a personal phone call to remind me. They took the car back as soon as I got there and said it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes but it only took them 40 minutes. Good prices and very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Jake was really helpful and made our experience really easy! He hooked us up for sure! Car looks and feels great. Brought my car in and got it back within hours just has they said we would. Definitely would recommend!

We just moved to Canton from Smyrna last November, and needed to move our service from the Mavis Cobb Pkwy location. Weve had everything from oil changes to major suspension work done in the last 10 months and all the work has been great.Jake and Joe are definitely stand-outs - they take the time to explain what the issue is, what work needs to be done, and the timeframe for it. Always communicating if unexpected delays pop up or extra work needs to be done. Its never just about dealing with the customer and the issue at hand but building a relationship for the next visit, and the next after that.

They did a good job repairing my drivers side tire. It had a leak that needed fixing. They took the time to save the tire. I appreciate their hard work to provide me with great service every time I visit.

Tire was hissing and everywhere around me was all booked up and couldn’t fit me in for a repair. I called this location and was told to come down right away and they’d have me out in 30 minutes. They kept their promise! Left after less than half an hour with a fixed tire at no charge to me. Excellent customer service! Will be back next time I need something!Update: Ended up at Mavis again because I ran over something in the rain. They let me stay after close and had me out before 7PM! They’re the best!

I had such a great experience with Mavis tire! Due to my line of work I had an urgent need to have my tires addressed. I called in and the guys were able to get me on the calendar in a timely manner. The work was done very professionally and they did what they said they would do! I look forward to coming back and referring my family and friends to this Mavis tire location!

Had the low tire pressure light on the way to work. Went to Mavis and was treated like a king. Jake told me he would take care of the problem and he did. In and out in 20 minutes and service was superb. Jake was very friendly and professional and it was a great visit. Building was clean and comfortable . I will go back to them for all my tire needs.

Took my daughter’s first car there. Received outstanding service. The team members went above and beyond the explain everything throughout the whole process. Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and the cost for all the work I had done was about half of what I was quoted somewhere else. This is a place I would feel comfortable referring my first time driving children, friends and family members to. I would highly recommend. They take care of you like they would take care of their own family.

I would not recommend this place. In fact, this place is probably the most unprofessional business in town. We went in there a few weeks ago to replace all 4 tires on our 4Runner. The bill was nearly $1,000. They had broke our tire pressure sensor on our vehicle yet refused to fix it without us paying for it but they are the ones who broke it. It was working just fine when we took the car in. They claim this happens very often but we have NEVER had this problem at any other tire store before. They broke our sensor and refused to fix it for free. The “manager” came out and said the best they could do is charge us $75 to have it fixed but why? We should have it fixed for free since they are the ones that had broke it in the first place! These people clearly have no idea what they are doing and are extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this joke of a business to anyone. The customer service is horrible. Needless to say we did not get it fixed there because we were not about to give them even more money especially for paying for something on our vehicle that they broke! We will never be back to this place again and recommend for others to not come here as well.

I was in a pinch and had a lot of things going on and needed to be in and out quickly. My battery had died and I needed another one. I called them and they were willing to put my battery in right away for me. I was in and out in no time and able to get back to the hospital where my husband is. Mike, the store manager is amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

My mother and her three girlfriends were traveling from FL to IN and stopped for the night at my house in GA. As they left to go home on Mothers Day morning, they noticed a sound and stopped to get it checked before getting on the interstate. I greatly appreciate knowing that there are considerate people like Tracy who are kind and generous in their thoughts and deeds. I visited this Mavis location on May 30th 2021 and the customer service was exceptional. I’d like to give Kudos to Tracy for his exceptional costumer service skills and his knowledge. I wasn’t able to get my wheel-bearing work done because the part couldn’t be located on Memorial holiday weekend but he did everything possible to try to help me. I recommend Mavis .

We had a nail in one of the 21” tires on our 2017 Porsche Macan. Jake and the team at Mavis on Riverstone Parkway in Canton got us in quickly on a Saturday morning and repaired the tire AT NO COST while we waited. They also provided consultation on the remaining life on all 4 tires.Highly recommended.

Mike was a great employee, but I believe he has since left.Since then, they tried to double charge me for the same tire. I had to prove it was previously paid for. The rep in the call center in New York apparently will schedule you, but then the employees at the physical location have little to no motivation to actually follow through with the schedule or your appt. Wasted half a day due to this broken system, they would not help me that afternoon. I understand its hard to find good help, Mavis, but scheduling through corporate... Unreal.

Had an incredible experience with Mavis Tire at Canton Marketplace. My daughter went in to have them check the tire pressure on the front passenger side tire which was low. They looked at and filled all 4 tires up because they were all low. They told her that the back two tires were very close to needing to be replaced due to extreme wear. Since she had to be at work, she drove the short distance to her work and while sitting in her car for a few minutes she heard a big pop and looked at her back driver side tire which had popped. We called over to Mavis and Mark, the service manager said that he would drive over to where she was parked and change her tire for her while she was at work. He put on the spare and looked at the popped tire which had a hole in the sidewall. Im so thankful that the tire didnt pop while she was on the road! I was incredibly impressed that Mark had taken time to come change the tire on a very cold and extremely busy Sunday afternoon for them. He said that he also has a daughter too and that he wanted to make sure that my daughter was safe with her car. He made sure that my daughter understood that she needed to be extra careful with the spare tire on and to get new back tires as soon as she could. I really appreciate Mark going the extra mile for us and will recommend Mavis at Canton Marketplace to everyone!

I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom and NTB since the seventies and have never had a bad experience. Believe all the reviews about the brake service at this place.I scheduled an appointment online on Sunday for a Friday 10 am appointment. I didnt get a call to confirm the appointment until Friday morning. Then, my fiance gets there and the car isnt even in inspection until 10:45. After trying to tell me that all the rotors need to be replaced (inaccurate), they determine around 11:30 that they dont have the ability to service the brakes because their guy who does electronic brake systems isnt available. We live an hour away, needed this service done for a trip which we leave for Sunday, and we were left completely hanging to find another service center who can do this brake service Friday or Saturday.Way to waste our time and gas to travel to this facility. Literally will never recommend this place to anyone!!

I went to Mavis Tires and Brakes on 12/20/2020 to patch up a tire. I was told initially that it would be 2-3 hour wait. I had been there close to an hour before I was told they were done with my car. The Customer Service Rep told me that they fit my car in between 2 other cars since it was only a patch job. That was nice of them to do that. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. I recommend going there for all of your vehicle needs.

After having some issues with air retention on a tire I had recently purchased and had installed at this location I had been told that I would have to pay full price for a replacement even if the fault lie with the company for issuing me a faulty tire. Not only does this show a lack of professional responsibility but it (along with the lack of face masks on the premise) shows that they dont particularly care about their customers. Such practice also makes it difficult to trust that the company wont intentionally give you a faulty tire knowing youll have to pay twice, or that they wont just say its a faulty tire even if the issue lies elsewhere.

Mike has been absolutely amazing. We were having so many issues with our GMC. He walked us through the issues and he kept us up to date on everything and the best way to fix it. I highly recommend Mavis.

The team at Mavis did a wonderful job on the routine service on my Dodge Ram. I also appreciated the manager’s recommendations on future service work after thoroughly inspecting the vehicle.

Had some issues with mileage driven Michelin tires being out of balance. Mike was able to rebalance all 4 tires and now rides as good or better than when we bought vehicle new in 2015. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Not only did they lose my appointment. They did not order my tires. They did not tell me my car was not able to be worked on due to the type of wheels. If you like wasting your time and being told at the last minute they cant do the work. Then come here. Absolute horrible knowledge at mavis. They need to better select their employees.

Applicable time for such a busy store at times. Four tire change, in and out. no problems. Mr. Popp was a huge help and explained to me in detail my issues about the tpms and other sensors that was faulty. Great people to have work on my vehicles.

The customer service here was outstanding, I had a question about one of their tire brands (achilles) I’ve never heard of before and they took the time out to explain where they came from and how much feedback their other customers gave excellent feedback of the tires, I love the value pricing plus the warranty is the same as the other brands at a lot lower price. Overall I’m very happy oh and did I mention that this all happened on a Sunday where most shops are closed, Yeah that’s a major plus.

The guys here are amazing!!! The customer service is top notch! The whole team at this location from the manager Chris to the mechanic Joe and even the manager in training were all about taking care of their customer. I had a nail in my tire the day after the hurricane rolled through.. The team I dealt with at this location was incredible. I did not have my tire lug key and this team helped me out by being extremely patient as I ran to get one- and then ran to get the right one. I was able to get my coffee here as the waffle house next door was out... and that was much appreciated on a day I woke up without power at my house. We all shared laughs and had a good time talking and after my tire got repaired, as well as the additional services of oil change, tire rotation and balance, me and my Jeep rolled out of there happy! I highly recommend this location and will be getting all my tire and maintenance they offer done here from now on! HI DEE!!!!
