Ron and crew are fantastic. I live about 50 minutes North but have a client in Jackson. I got a flat tire when leaving their home at 3:30 this afternoon and I drove to Conrad’s quickly. They got the issue resolved in less than an hour and super FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGABLE. Highly recommend!!!

If i could i would give 0 stars! they tried to tell me that my total was going to be $1400!!! i needed a brake done and a strut. They said that my brake was rusted and they were going to have to hammer it off and other parts will probably break off so it’s going to be more expensive... My family friend got it off in 10 minutes without anything breaking(: ! They said that the tires on my car are very rare to find and I won’t be able to get them cheaper than $66 dollars after he i asked him if he could get them cheaper because he said it was going to be $100 a tire, and that they had to size up because they couldn’t find my original tires. I found my cars tires at walmart for $33 and found all the parts I needed for $200. So everything came to $280 with tax! They are a scam and lie to get your money! Stimulus checks are coming out so no wonder it was $1400🤨?! Be careful and don’t let them scam you!! it’s so hard to find a place that won’t screw you over and lie!

Ive been to this location many times with a good overall experience.I took my vehicle to get the check engine light figured out. Replaced the thermostat and recommended a coplant flush, which I agreed to.I picked up the car and drove it home. On the way home the car gave me an engine overheating warning. I open the hood to find NO COOLANT in the reservoir tank.I cant begin to explain how frustrating this is. Especially after paying over 1000 dollars.I will never be back.

In a world where every time I go somewhere for service or have something done to my car, home, etc. I end up having more issues/damage and having to fix things myself to have it done right afterwards, the Jackson Ohio store, since 2007, has been a ROCK and a service provider that all others should look up to. I have some very strict and special requirements when it comes to my vehicles and tires as I work in the tire industry as an engineer and am a car enthusiast, but EVERYTIME, the Jackson location has delivered. Roy is a perfectionist and installs my tires on expensive wheels with ZERO damage, everytime. I can count on this store and the guys working there, and I have shared this with so many others, and will continue to be the only place I come to for my tire needs. At the counter, the guys like Paul and Justin dont roll their eyes at me with my mile long list of details. That is how it should be and these guys are true professionals looking to satisfy me as a customer. Unbelievable work, keep it up!Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to this Conrads store.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I just had new tires mounted on my 1979 Corvette, and was apprehensive about the care my car would receive. If Corvettes are lifted in the wrong spots, serious damage can occur. Paul, Tony, and the tech were very attentive and took the time to do the job right - I can’t say enough good things about them. Tony even offered to clean the bluing off of my white lettered tires before I left !! I’ve used this location to purchase tires in the past as well as routine services, and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. These guys are the best !!!! Thank you.

Had appointment for 2:00pm for new tires on our dodge journey we were told 1to 11/2 hours didnt get done until 6:25 pm . Was not happy for that long wait it wracked the whole day they should not tell you a time if it is not possible or even a little close

I had 4 new tires installed, and everything was handled in a very timely manner. They also provided me an estimate on some other recommended repairs, but no pressure to do so at this time. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was fresh. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for your use.

Had an appointment for Todd and his team to inspect unusual wear on two of my four tires I had them replace a couple years ago. Tires are still under warranty. Todd said it was for to car being out of alignment and manufacturer does not cover that situation. I brought it back to the Goodyear shop that did the assignment and has provided good and reasonable care for all my cars. They inspected the alignment with their equipment and found the car was working alignment specs. I reported this to Todd and he said hed see what kind of discount on replacement tires he could provide as customer satisfaction. Youd called me back and offered me a supposed 40% off the price of the tires but the price was what I paid when they were originally installed. Todd did not provide not provide customer satisfaction for me and I will never bring my business to any Conrads store ever again. And I will spread the word.

Usually have great service but yesterday even with having an appointment scheduled for half a week i waited over 3 hours and had to call the store and wait another 45 minutes in lobby for them to say they dont have all my tires in house, after being asked if I could leave it all weekend just for tire installation, very disappointed and will be ordering my tires online from now on

I had tires that were purchased from another dealer. When I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, they said the tires needed replaced. Justin contacted the dealer where I purchased them and got the information he needed to request a prorated price for new replacement tires. I got new tires for much less money than I expected. He definitely went above and beyond what I expected and made it a much more pleasant experience in buying new tires. Will definitely return to Conrad’s in the future.

Justin was very helpful with getting me quotes on tires. Justin was also quick to schedule the service on my vehicle and answer any questions I had. Had a flat tire over the weekend and brought the tire in first thing on Monday. Received a video of the issue at home within 45 and the tire was quickly repaired. Since I purchased my tires at Conrad’s there was no charge. Nice!

Two flat tires at same time resulted in a AAA flat bed ride to Conrads on Fulton. Service was great. Repaired and saved both tires which was wonderful. I didnt get the You need two new tires! speech. I stopped in to get my daughters oil changed & they were able to put me in the queue...it was a couple of hours wait but that was ok. The price was great, the service awesome & the staff member helping me was extremely kind. They sent a video of their inspection & took time to show any concerns. The clerk did not pressure me into getting any work done on the vehicle. I dont believe that has ever happened to me before so I was surprised. All in all a great experience!

My son’s Jeep Wrangler had a tire losing air, so I rushed up to put air in his tire. When I got there they were about to close. The tire was almost flat and I knew it would not make sense to put air in it and drive away. The guys at Conrad’s stayed late and fixed it for us. I went in at Christmas time to get tires. The truck needed a front end alignment. But the alignment couldnt be accomplished to GM specs. My camber bolts were a little rusted in place. They tried everything they could to free them up. The bolts needed burned out and new bushings and camber bolts put in. They did a fantastic job and keeping me informed of what was going on. In the end Nik and Todd plus the mechanic that was working on My truck did a great job and kept my cost low. Thank you Job well done 👍👍👍👍

Had an oil change today, waiting on truck 1 1/2 hours. It was a busy day.

They were great! It was the first time going there for an oil change and tire rotation. When they finished I was sent a video of the inspection that was done under my vehicle. Turns out I also could use an alignment which wasn’t forced on me but since it’s my wife’s vehicle I said let’s do it. Ryin the tech walked me through the alignment process and was done in a matter of minutes. I will go there again!! No pressure just the work you want done.Thank you guys!!

We went to Conrad’s on recommendation from a family member. We were not disappointed! The experience was very positive!

I scheduled a front end alignment for my 1997 wrangler after I replaced all the tie rods on it. The scheduling was quick and easy and Conrads was able to get me in the next day. I picked the jeep up that afternoon and it drove straight and the steering wheel was centered perfectly. I have never had a 2 wheel alignment with no complications or additional parts needed that put me back $100.00 but the end result was satisfactory and the staff was very professional and friendly. I will return to conrads for additional work needed on my vehicles.

Had emergent transmission and abs trouble. Conrads offers a video inspection and then sends it to you. I found it to be a useful and complementary feature. They made a timely repair the next day and I was back on the road! Thanks guys I appreciate you all.

Sent my son there with an appointment to get his oil changed....2 1/2 hours later we are told $700 worth of work Is suggested. Just change the oil in a timely manner. Never again.

L scheduled an appointment for 10am and arrived almost 15 minutes early. I sat there until almost 11:15am before they even pulled my car in to begin being worked on. This is the 2nd time Ive been here for service and I have had awful experiences both times. This will definitely be the last time I come here.**Update 12/14**The district leader reached out to me and apologized for my poor service and also sent me a refund for the entire cost of the service. I appreciate this gesture and attempt to make things right. Because of this, I am upgrading from a 1 to a 3 star review but I still plan on going elsewhere in the future for my vehicle service.

Ive had nothing but great experiences every time I bring my cars here. They are very thorough and always willing to price match. They check out anything you may be concerned about and if they see a problem, they will respectfully let you know without being pushy. Its a great team. Be prepared for a decent wait time. I was at work, traveling between home visits and noticed a nail in my tire. I pulled into Conrads and one thing led to another with complications relating to lug nut issues. Because of my delay they didnt charge me a thing for repair. I couldnt believe it. Justin H certainly earned my business in the future. I drive all the time for work.

Conrads made it painless to get the tires I wanted. The service was great. I asked about them looking at my rear wiper and they took the time to fix it. I am definitely going back.

I’ll give them a middle of the road rating. I dropped my car off at 4:45am because I start work right near them at 5am. My appointment was scheduled for 10am, which was no problem because I work until 1pm. When I walked in to pick up my car, I was told that they hadn’t started on it yet and it was written up as being picked up at 4pm. When the guy at the counter flipped the printout over, it showed right at the top that I would be there at 1pm to pick up my car. I waited for 1hr and 45m for my car to get in and two new tires put on the rear. I will have to say that they apologized and said they would help make it right. Instead of $216.44 for the tires I got, they knocked the price down to $174.55. That much I do thank them for.

Great service. Todd and Nick were very helpful. My starter went out on my car. They helped me get my car towed to Conrads and fixed the next day. I brought the car home and engine light came on. I called them about it and they had me bring my car in the next morning and fixed the problem right away. Very pleased with how they worked with me. I will definately be a return customer.

The counter representatives were phenomenal! No questions asked, accepted Road Hazard warranty. Told they would have to order in the tire, could have it by 1. Called me at 1:18 to tell me it was done. Simple, honest fair! Great experience!

Disappointed. The oil change seems fine and the waiting area is clean. Trying to check out was a problem. Two service people both decided to have extended conversations while other customers were waiting. Even the customer in one conversation suggested switching to the register to check out waiting customers. The service worker declined saying, no, thats okay. We finally took a seat after 15 minutes. In the meantime, another lady came in to check out. She was ignored. First worker finally finishes, acknowledges we were first and starts checking us out. Second worker returns from extended conversation outside and phone rings, which he answered. A new customer walks in the door and steps up to guy on phone in front of the other waiting lady. Guy on the phone has no clue the other lady has been waiting. A simple ticket taking system would help or asking who is next. Multitasking would be great. It was obvious the one worker loved to talk about tires but his customer had made it clear he wasnt buying right then and suggested switching to waiting customers. Poor priorities to keep people waiting 20 minutes to check out.

Great experience tonight getting new tires at Conrad’s. I’ve used them in the past, but they got me in after work tonight and got my tires switched so quickly, easily and gave a great recommendation on tires in my price range and also fantastic quality.

They were able to fit me in for all new tires and also did an alignment without scheduling ahead. Great service and very friendly staff.

After having trouble with another car repair shop that I will not rename I took my car to Conrad’s. I was helped with what I was told by the other place that my car was not drivable only to find out the car was fine. Nick the service manager went above and behind to show me the breaks and rotors were fine and the other place just wanted our money. Really glad he took the time to do this for my wife and I. I highly recommend this location!

When an appointment is made in advance, and a window of time is given, basic service should be completed in the window. I value my time, Conrad’s doesn’t appear to share my value. Would not recommend.

Overall decent. Had an appointment, Was told it would be an hr to change two tires. Took almost 2hrs which it was a hot & busy day.. but I’m upset they charged me $2 tire disposal fee when I kept my old tires I didn’t notice until I left. They do offer drinks and popcorn as you wait.
