I have used this place for at least 8 years with multiple vehicles, never with any problems. The last time I came for an oil change I was told I have an oil leak. I went to the dealership to figure out how to fix the leak and discovered I don’t have a leak. My oil plug was not in tight enough.Today, I was turned away from getting a oil change…. I brought my own oil and oil filter since in the past they didn’t have it. After waiting in the waiting room for about 5 minutes . I went up to the lady at the front desk and nicely asked her to ask to make sure when they changed my oil to make sure the oil plug was in tight. I was not rude, loud, disrespectful, or anything at all.About 15 minutes later after all of the other customers checked out and left. She told me I HAD to leave and go get oil changed else where. How I am being disrespectful and she refuses to have anyone tell her employees how do there job.I did not make a scene or anything, just walked out calm and nice with my sleeping newborn baby.

Dan and Tiffany looked over my truck, gave me an itemized list of maintenance they recommended I have done on the truck... Things that absolutely required immediate attention and things that I would need to be getting taken care of in the near future for the general maintenance and to prevent further damage, wear and unnecessary expense... I had the oil change, transmission flush, power steering fluids changed, and got a new air filter... Was in and out in about a half hour... They were fast, friendly and professional and I know to be preparing to change out my rear and front differential fluids and my 4×4 fluids soon... I really like this crew.

Quickest and most cost friendly place in canton to get your oil changed.

Tiffany and Jennifer both helped me this morning and were wonderful! I took my personal vehicle in to get serviced and they truly earned my business that I returned home and brought them my fleet vehicle that I usually get serviced elsewhere. They serviced BOTH cars in less time that it has taken at a competitor! They even helped me figure out a function on my smart phone that I couldn’t seem to figure out lol. Talk about first class service, and they just earned a new customer!

I am leaving this review because I took a car there to have an oil change and for them to check on other leaks, as we just brought the car. I understand they recognized the other leaks and brought it to our attention, thanks for that, which was the professional thing to do. BUT what happened afterwards is totally outright unprofessional and was not necessary at all. They being Tiffany Allene or Tiffany Whittaker (the store manager) contacted the company who sold me the car and left a bad review on this company. She convinced her colleagues Allyson Hartwell & Matthew Mason to do the same. How unprofessional is that!! THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DO THIS NOR WAS THIS PROFESSIONAL, AND IT WAS NOT THEIR BUSINESS!They do not have the right to try to bash this company no matter what they feel. They don’t know the person nor have done business with them. They overstepped here and is completely out of line, should I go further to say...their action are very juvenile! Not only that, they are jeopardizing us in getting our vehicle fixed now. Not fair to the company nor is fair to us!!Dropping in for an oil change has turned into a nightmare and possibly further action unless they remove their reviews which are not justified!!!

They are extremely fast I walked in told him what I needed they had me to pull up to a certain Bay they pulled it in and within minutes I was out of there I say within 20 minutes I was out of there I was in and out with no problem very knowledgeable they do all kinds of checks they check my brake lights they made sure all my lights were working I checked my cabin filter extremely knowledgeable extremely impressed with them I was in and out less than 20 minutes for about $35

This place knows how to do an oil change. Very good service

They told me that my cabin air filter was dirty, which I knew that it was NOT because I changed it myself a few weeks prior. So I felt that comment was pretty odd and decided to check the filter again. To my surprise they swapped my new filter with one that was extremely dirty and it didn’t even fit my vehicle. Now they refuse to talk.

Not really a good deal and they dont do everything that you pay for. They were supposed to fill up my wiper fluid and for $54 I would think they would go the extra mile. Im not really sure how the rest of the service shop is compared to the quick lube side.

This is the worst place I have ever been to get an oil change. The sign in front says 19.99. when asked before the change he said $39.99. reluctantly I said ok, then he gives me a bill for $52.00. These people are not honest. Go to Woodstock if you have to use haveline.

Excellent and trustworthy. These days it’s always to pain and almost scary going to get a oil change. Places will try to up sale you. Well this oil change doesn’t do any of that. These guys are totally nice and honest and personable. When in Canton this is my new oil change place. Other places may throw in a car wash for whatever price. This place will change your oil and send you on your day. It was super fast and the crew there today were all super helpful. They didn’t just ignore me or act like they didn’t care. Nice crew.

Watched Infinity War while some dude did the work. No clean up, no jack stands, no oil wrench breaking. Just Inifinity War and a bill that is actually cheaper than if I did it myself. They even called me sir! I usually get the hey you or aye man. Not here. In and out in 15 minutes. It was a good part of infinity war too, that fight scene in 20 minutes or so when Thanoss henchman show up...yeah. good times.

Ashley is the best! I always go here and only here for my oil change and anything else that comes up. They are fast and very professional. They are never pushy with anything unless absolutely necessary and I prefer that instead of trying to sell me on something I don’t need or can’t afford at the time. I’ve never had an issue. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else.

Fast and efficient oil changes/emissions. No pressure for services and they take the time to give you real answers. I’ve had some other issues (oil leak) that my dealership blew me off for as “no issue found” when there obviously was. The team here spent time diagnosing the issues and getting their hands dirty looking for the cause(s). It’s refreshing to have that sort of car service.

LM stated that synthetic oil was required which it is not per owner’s manual. Tried to upsell for oil cleaner even though I met manufacturer’s maintenance requirements. Revved engine to check oil pressure which is not required. Rude anytime I questioned him. Then called me rude.

I have been to a Havoline one other time and had a good experience so I came back today for my next oil change. Someone opened the door for me and I was seen right away. Chris was super helpful, I told him what oil I needed and he went over costs and everything. They even cleaned off my battery which had some build up on it. He explained how my air filter might need to be replaced soon, in a way that most shops don’t. As a woman I’m usually told they need to do certain maintenance immediately and they assume I don’t know better. This shop was different and I feel like that’s how all shops should treat their customers! I brought a book to read because I’m used to waiting around forever but they finished in the blink of an eye! I will return, thanks a lot guys!

I went here for the first time after the Jiffy Lube two blocks down the road didnt have the oil I need. They actually had the oil in stock (two different kinds of it) and got me in and out in 20 minutes.
