Went to shop today to have tires put on and was treated with care and professionalism. Ethan and see gave great insight on my vehicle and let me know that i needed brakes shocks and wipers on my vehicle and gave me and offer that i couldn’t refuse i even looked up other competitors prices while waiting in the lobby area and was surprised at the savings i received today truly blessed. Had a great experience today at Mavis in Canton. I originally got my tires at another location but I am so glad I chose the one on Marietta St this time. From the time that I arrived till the time that I left. Fast, efficient, and super friendly. I enjoyed meeting Dee on the way out!

Excellent service and most of all excellent communication. They verified the tires were in stock, met a competitive price from a major warehouse club retail strore, set up an appointment for us and completed the work as promised and at the cost meeting a competitive.

Dee was extremely helpful and went out of her way to go above and beyond! She was tentative and caring. As soon as she saw me standing there i was immediately taken care of and as a girl it’s hard to find places that get it done so quick and easy!

This Mavis was great - I needed a blown tire replaced and they took care of it that day, which was so helpful. They are a busy place, but in spite of that, Angela and Chelsea at the front desk were always friendly and courteous, and the manager, Dee, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for a flat fix and was greeted by Ethan he was very helpful and suggested wiper blades, which I actually needed. The service was very quick and I had my car back within 1hr. Ethan even noticed I needed front struts which I already knew and gave me a quote.

My experience at Mavis was outstanding! Dee and Ethan were very friendly and helpful, and the prices were terrific. I had new tires installed, a front end alignment, and an oil change, and they had my car ready to go in less than half a day. They went above and beyond!

Annette took phenomenal care of my vehicle and me as a person in the world that was pretty stressed out about my tire. She got it back really quick and the guys in the back had it finished right before closing. They didn’t have to work that hard so close to time to go home but they did. I haven’t really been back since it was “Kauffman”. Felt a shift when Mavis came in. However my faith has been restored after the way I was looked after today. Thank you all so much. Great experience here at Mavis in Canton/Holly Springs. Worked with two separate people on different days and both were fantastic! They patched a tire for me and put the original tire back on and also put the spare tire back up under the truck.They were busy and couldn’t do the repair immediately, but I left the tire with them to repair and came back the next day to swap it out which they did quickly.Will definitely be going back and recommend them!

Kirby and the Mavis crew went above and beyond to help me out when I showed up with no appointment with a blown rear tire, and in need of new brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels. After I explained that I had an extreme family emergency I needed to get to ASAP. Kirby assured me that they would have me back on the road in no time. I couldn’t believe how fast the whole team jumped in on my truck , like a NASCAR pit crew. Truck was good to go and I was back on the road a lot faster than I expected . This place is a scam. The staff are very friendly and I think they use this so you can put your guard down. Every time I take my car there for a simple service they always claim I have some big expensive problem. I think they are a ripoff. During my last visit I just listened to the other customers who came in. Most of them came in for simple services and they were also told they had something majorly wrong with their vehicles. I will never visit there again.
